The circuit breaker contact test tool of claim 6, wherein the rotating assembly (5) comprises a second adjusting gear (51) and a first pinion (52), the second adjusting gear (51) is fixedly connected with the second adjusting assembly (22), the first pinion (52) is meshed with the second adjusting gear (51), the first pinion (52) can rotate around the axis thereof and can revolve around the second adjusting gear (51), and the rotating part (312) is rotatably connected with the first pinion (52) and can be locked by the locking structure (6).
