1. The retractable street light as recited in claim 4, wherein: the pulley block (32) further comprises reversing pulleys (322), one end of each traction line (33) in each transmission unit is connected with the telescopic section (2), and the other end of each transmission unit sequentially passes through the corresponding first pulley (321) and the corresponding reversing pulley (322) to be connected with the self-locking take-up pulley (31).

The retractable street light as recited in claim 5, wherein: the self-locking take-up pulley (31) comprises a take-up pulley shell, a support partition plate (311) arranged in the middle of the take-up pulley shell, a rotating shaft body (312) connected with the support partition plate (311) and extending towards two ends of the take-up pulley shell, and a pair of ratchet mechanisms arranged at two ends of the take-up pulley shell, wherein each ratchet mechanism comprises a ratchet wheel (313) and a check pawl (314), one side of each ratchet wheel (313) close to the rotating shaft body (312) is provided with a sleeve structure (315) so as to be sleeved on the rotating shaft body (312) through the sleeve structure (315), and a pre-compressed spring (316) is arranged between the ratchet wheel (313) and the support partition plate (31); and a handle structure is arranged at one end of the ratchet wheel (313) far away from the rotating shaft body (312).
