Abstract
The invention provides a pipeline joint coating device, a coating method and a pipeline system. The method is characterized in that the electric melting pipe fitting, the hard outer protecting pipe and the two pipelines to be repaired are assembled in advance, then the pipelines are connected in a hot melting mode through hot electric melting, and then the hard outer protecting pipe on the outermost portion is connected, so that the hard outer protecting pipe cannot be adopted due to welding.

The defects of the prior art are as follows:
in order to facilitate construction, the prior art adopts PE rubber for rolling connection, the rubber is soft and is easy to deform in the rolling connection, welding and foaming processes, and the quality of a connector is influenced. The invention relates to a pipeline joint coating device which is used for carrying out hot melting connection on two sections of pipeline joints and realizing heat preservation treatment, and the device is used for joint treatment of a PE-RT heat preservation pipe prefabricated by polyurethane foam in the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pipe joint coating device includes an electric melting pipe fitting 1 and a hard outer protection pipe 2 sleeved outside the electric melting pipe fitting, wherein the electric melting pipe fitting 2 can be externally connected with a hot melting device to perform hot melting connection on a joint of a PE-RT thermal insulation pipe 3 inserted into the electric melting pipe fitting 1.

connecting the interfaces of the two PE-RT heat preservation pipes 3 in a hot melting way through hot electric melting, and then taking out the electric melting welding connecting line 11;
welding the hard outer protective pipe 2 with the outer protective pipe 31 ports of the two PE-RT heat preservation pipes 3;
and finally, carrying out air tightness detection on the gap 4 between the hard outer protective pipe 2 and the electric melting pipe fitting 1 through the wiring hole 21, foaming the gap 4 after the air tightness detection is qualified, and repairing the wiring hole 21 after foaming is finished.

4. A pipeline joint patching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a hard outer protective pipe;
inserting an electric melting pipe fitting into an inner cavity of the hard outer protecting pipe, and then inserting two pipelines to be repaired into the electric melting pipe fitting;
hot melting and connecting the joints of the two pipelines by hot electric melting;
connecting the hard outer protective pipes with the outer protective pipe ports of the two pipelines; and
and foaming the gap between the hard outer protective pipe and the electric melting pipe fitting.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the interface of the two pipes is hot-melted by hot-melting, specifically:
forming a wiring hole in the hard outer protective pipe, and penetrating an electric fusion welding connecting wire into the wiring hole;
and connecting the joints of the two pipelines in a hot melting mode through hot electric melting, and then taking out the electric melting welding connecting line.
6. The pipe joint patching method of claim 5, wherein the number of the wiring holes is two.
7. The method for repairing a pipe joint according to claim 4, further comprising performing airtightness detection on a gap between the hard outer sheath and the electrofused pipe fitting through the wiring hole before the foaming process.
8. The method for repairing a pipe joint according to claim 4, wherein the hard outer sheath is made of a high density polyethylene material.
9. The method of claim 4, wherein the pipe is a PE-RT pipe.
10. A pipe system comprising a plurality of pipe elements, wherein adjacent ones of said pipe elements are connected by a pipe joint patch device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
