Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of powder coatings, in particular to an anti-doodling powder coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the anti-doodling powder coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of water-based resin, 2-5 parts of curing agent, 0.1-3 parts of catalyst, 0-6 parts of sizing agent and 8-20 parts of additive, wherein the additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: methyl hydrogen silicone oil a, hydroxyl silicone oil b, glycerol modified organic silicon c and polyorganosiloxane d, wherein a, b, c and d are parts by weight of corresponding components respectively and satisfy the following conditions: (0.4a + 0.1d)/(0.2c + 0.3b) =1. The anti-graffiti powder coating disclosed by the invention can obtain excellent graffiti resistance while ensuring the basic coating performance of the coating.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of powder coatings, and particularly relates to an anti-doodling powder coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, various small advertisements and wild advertisements which are scrawled, scrawled and pasted are more and more concerned by people, and the scrawling not only affects the appearance of the city and the landscape, but also has huge cost for removing the scrawling in various countries. These graffiti advertisements have been regarded as "urban cowhide delicacy" affecting the appearance of the city, and have become a persistent ailment that is difficult to cure in every city across the country.
The anti-graffiti coating is self-cleaning and stain-resistant, the water-based coating is green and environment-friendly, and the combination of the anti-graffiti coating and the water-based coating is a key development direction of modern functional coating products. However, the water-based anti-graffiti coating still has many application problems to be solved urgently. Firstly, negative factors such as emulsifiers, wetting agents etc. in the aqueous phase make it difficult for hydrophobic coatings to show good anti-graffiti effects, which also leads to intolerance of such coatings to physical abrasion. In addition, if the water-based coating needs to show excellent anti-graffiti effect, high-content fluorosilicone resin (10-30 wt%) is often selected, the economy and the high efficiency of materials are not reflected, and the requirements of low carbon and environmental protection are not met.
Therefore, there is a need to find an anti-graffiti powder coating that has excellent anti-graffiti and scrub resistance effects, thereby solving the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that the water-based paint in the prior art is not graffiti-resistant, and provides an anti-graffiti powder paint and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides in a first aspect an anti-graffiti powder coating comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of water-based resin, 2-5 parts of curing agent, 0.1-3 parts of catalyst, 0-6 parts of sizing agent and 8-20 parts of additive, wherein the additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: methyl hydrogen silicone oil a, hydroxyl silicone oil b, glycerol modified organic silicon c and polyorganosiloxane d, wherein a, b, c and d are parts by weight of corresponding components respectively and satisfy the following conditions: (0.4a + 0.1d)/(0.2c + 0.3b) =1; wherein the glycerin-modified silicone has a long-chain alkyl group, has a monovalent hydrocarbon group in a proportion of 35 mass% or less in the molecule, has only a glycerin group as a hydrophilic group, and has no other hydrophilic group; the polyorganosiloxane has at least two hydroxyl groups or hydrolyzable groups bonded to a silicon atom per molecule.

(1) Uniformly mixing methyl hydrogen silicone oil and hydroxyl silicone oil to obtain a first mixture;
(2) Mixing the glycerol modified organic silicon and the polysiloxane uniformly to obtain a second mixture;
(3) After the first mixture and the second mixture are subjected to third mixing, adding an aqueous resin for fourth mixing; then the curing agent, catalyst and slurry are added for a fifth mixing.
Preferably, the conditions of the first blending, the second blending, the third mixing and the fourth mixing each independently include: stirring at 300-600r/min for 15-25min; the fifth mixing conditions include: the stirring speed is 100-200r/min, and the time is 20-40min.
Compared with the prior art, the anti-doodling powder coating provided by the invention is prepared by adding the following additives in specific components: the paint is characterized by comprising methylhydrogen silicone oil a, hydroxyl silicone oil b, glycerol modified organic silicon c and polyorganosiloxane d, wherein a, b, c and d meet the specific formula, and the paint can obtain excellent anti-graffiti performance while ensuring the basic coating performance of the paint by matching with other technical characteristics. After the water-based pen and the oil-based pen are coated on a base material, the water-based pen and the oil-based pen have excellent anti-falling performance, high hardness and smooth surfaces, common water-based pens and oil-based pens can not scrawl basically, and even if the water-based pens and the oil-based pens with high corrosivity can partially scrawl, the water-based pens and the oil-based pens can be easily erased by using an aqueous detergent. The anti-graffiti powder coating does not contain environmentally-friendly components such as fluorine-containing silicone resin and the like, can have excellent anti-graffiti performance without adding an emulsifier and a wetting agent, and has coating performance meeting requirements. Under the same conditions, if a, b, c and d do not satisfy the above specific formula or if the additive does not contain any of the above components, the effects of the present invention cannot be achieved.

In the present invention, the aqueous resin, the curing agent, the catalyst, and the slurry may be any conventional ones available in the art. In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the anti-graffiti powder coating of the first aspect, comprising the following steps:
(1) Uniformly mixing methyl hydrogen silicone oil and hydroxyl silicone oil to obtain a first mixture;
(2) Mixing the glycerol modified organic silicon and the polysiloxane uniformly to obtain a second mixture;
(3) After the first mixture and the second mixture are subjected to third mixing, adding water-based resin for fourth mixing; then the curing agent, catalyst and slurry are added for a fifth mixing.
The preparation method disclosed by the invention is beneficial to promoting the synergistic effect and uniform distribution among the raw materials and improving the anti-graffiti performance of the coating.
Preferably, the conditions of the first blending, the second blending, the third mixing and the fourth mixing each independently include: stirring at 300-600r/min for 15-25min; the fifth mixing conditions include: the stirring speed is 100-200r/min, and the time is 20-40min.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. Wherein the water-based resin is water-based polyurethane resin, the curing agent is phenolic resin, and the catalyst is dinonyl naphthalenesulfonic acid.
Example 1
The anti-doodling powder coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of waterborne resin, 2 parts of curing agent and 0.5 part of catalyst, wherein the weight ratio of the additive to the waterborne resin is 0.2; the additive comprises: methyl hydrogen silicone oil a 1 part, hydroxyl silicone oil b, glycerol modified organic silicon c 1 part and polyorganosiloxane d, wherein a, b, c and d are parts by weight of corresponding components respectively and satisfy the following conditions: (0.4a + 0.1d)/(0.2c + 0.3b) =1; wherein the glycerol is modifiedThe organic silicon has long-chain alkyl, the proportion of univalent hydrocarbon groups in the molecule is 20 mass percent, and the content of glyceryl accounts for 4wt percent of the total weight of the glycerin modified organic silicon; and having only a glyceryl group as a hydrophilic group and no other hydrophilic group; the polyorganosiloxane has at least two hydroxyl groups bonded to silicon atoms per molecule, and the hydroxyl content is 6wt% based on the total weight of the polyorganosiloxane. The kinematic viscosity of the methyl hydrogen silicone oil is 100-120mm at 25 DEG C 2 And s. The dynamic viscosity of the hydroxyl silicone oil at 25 ℃ is 1200-1300 mPas.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:

The procedure is as in example 1 except that the glyceryl groups are present in an amount of 10% by weight based on the total weight of the glycerin-modified silicone.
Example 7
The procedure is as in example 1 except that the glyceryl groups are present in an amount of 1% by weight based on the total weight of the glycerin-modified silicone.
Comparative example 1
The process is followed as in example 1 except that (0.4a + 0.1d)/(0.2c + 0.3b) is greater than 1,b is 3 parts.

3. The anti-graffiti powder coating according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the additive to the aqueous resin is from 0.2 to 0.3.
4. Anti-graffiti powder coating according to claim 1, characterized in that the methylhydrogensilicone oil has a kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃ of 80 to 120mm 2 /s。
5. Anti-graffiti powder coating according to claim 1, characterized in that the hydroxyl silicone oil has a kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃ of 1200 to 1500 mPa-s.

9. Process for the preparation of an anti-graffiti powder coating according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) Uniformly mixing methyl hydrogen silicone oil and hydroxyl silicone oil to obtain a first mixture;
(2) Mixing the glycerol modified organic silicon and the polysiloxane uniformly to obtain a second mixture;
(3) After the first mixture and the second mixture are subjected to third mixing, adding an aqueous resin for fourth mixing; then the curing agent, catalyst and slurry are added for a fifth mixing.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the first homogenising, the second homogenising, the third mixing, and the fourth mixing conditions each independently comprise: stirring at 300-600r/min for 15-25min; the fifth mixing conditions include: the stirring speed is 100-200r/min, and the time is 20-40min.
