The longitudinal direction of the longitudinal beam 1172 is longitudinal (also is the moving direction of the logistics vehicle), and the two longitudinal beams 1172 are parallel to each other and arranged at intervals; the cross beams 1173 are arranged in parallel and at intervals, one end of each cross beam 1173 is connected with one of the longitudinal beams 1172, and the other end of each cross beam 1172 is connected with the other longitudinal beam 1172.
Referring to fig. 2, the bottom frame 110 is provided with a first rail 113, a rear baffle 114 and a stopper 115. The first rail 113 is used for sliding of wheels of the logistics vehicle. The back baffle 114 is specifically disposed at an end of the first rail 113 away from the locking mechanism 130, and the back baffle 114 is used for abutting against a wheel of the logistics vehicle to limit the movement of the logistics vehicle. The baffle plate 115 is specifically arranged on the side of the bottom frame 110 far away from the locking mechanism 130, and the baffle plate 115 is used for abutting against the logistics vehicle to limit the movement of the logistics vehicle.
The first frame 117 is provided with a first rail 113 on a side away from the connection plate 119, and the first rail 113 is particularly provided on the support foot 1171. The second frame 118 is also provided with a first rail 113 on the side remote from the connection plate 119. Two second rails 1191 are disposed on the connection plate 119, and the two second rails 1191 are respectively located on two sides of the connection plate 119 and respectively connected to the support legs 1171 of the first frame 117 and the support legs 1171 of the second frame 118. The first rail 113 and the second rail 119 are parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other. When the tray is used for supporting the logistics vehicles, wheels on two sides of one logistics vehicle are respectively arranged on the first rail 113 on the first frame 117 and one second rail 1191 on the connecting plate 119, and wheels on two sides of the other logistics vehicle are respectively arranged on the first rail 113 on the second frame 118 and the other second rail 1191 on the connecting plate 119. Therefore, the tray can simultaneously support at least two logistics vehicles, and the transportation efficiency of the logistics vehicles is effectively improved.
The logistics vehicle is pushed, the wheels of the logistics vehicle slide on the first track 113, and the logistics vehicle moves to the position above the tray. The end of the first rail 113, which is far away from the locking mechanism 130, is provided with a tailgate 114, and when the logistics vehicle moves to a certain distance, the wheels of the logistics vehicle touch the tailgate 114, and the tailgate 114 restricts the wheels to continue to slide, so as to restrict the logistics vehicle from moving. First track 113's setting can not only play guide and spacing effect to the removal of commodity circulation car, can also bear the commodity circulation car, improves the stability of structure.
The bottom frame 110 is arranged on the side far away from the locking mechanism 130, and besides the rear baffle 114 limits the wheels of the logistics vehicle, the baffle 115 directly limits the logistics vehicle; the logistics vehicle is clamped from the front side and the rear side of the logistics vehicle through the baffle plates 115 and the locking mechanisms 130, and the stability of the logistics vehicle locked by the tray is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the turning plate 120 is installed on the bottom frame 110 in a liftable manner. Specifically, two sides of the turning plate 120 are movably connected to the two longitudinal beams 1172, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3, the two longitudinal beams 1172 are both provided with mounting holes 112, the length direction of the mounting holes 112 extends along the vertical direction, and the mounting holes 112 are used for the turning plate 120 to be mounted on the two longitudinal beams 1172. The stopper hole 111 is specifically formed in the side member 1172, and the stopper hole 111 and the mounting hole 112 are provided at an interval in the longitudinal direction.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, flanges 121 are disposed on two lateral sides of the flap 120, and the flanges 121 are provided with mounting holes 122. The fastening member 123 is simultaneously inserted into the assembling hole 122 and the mounting hole 112, so as to realize the lifting connection between the turning plate 120 and the bottom frame 110.
Fasteners 123 connect the flap 120 and the sill 110 together and maintain the flap 120 raised and lowered relative to the sill 110. When the locking is released, the turning plate 120 falls down due to self weight, at the moment, the fastening piece 123 descends synchronously along with the turning plate 120, and the fastening piece 123 is inserted in the mounting hole 112 all the time. Therefore, when the flap 120 is lowered, the fastener 123 slides down in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the mounting hole 112. When the height of the installation hole 112 is lowered to a certain extent, the side wall of the installation hole 112 is abutted against the fastener 123, so that the fastener 123 is limited to be further lowered, and the falling of the turning plate 120 is further limited. By the arrangement, the turning plate 120 can be arranged on the bottom frame 110, so that the structure compactness is improved; and the whole structure is simple, and other parts are not needed to control the turning plate 120 to be in the initial state.
Referring to fig. 2, the bottom frame 110 is provided with a positioning limiting rod 116 directly above the turning plate 120. The positioning limiting rod 116 is used for positioning and limiting the lifting process of the turning plate 120. The two ends of the positioning limit rod 116 are respectively connected with the two longitudinal beams 1172, and the positioning limit rod 116 and the cross beam 1173 are parallel to each other and arranged at intervals.
Referring to fig. 4, a positioning limiting groove 125 with an upward opening is formed on the lateral side wall of the turning plate 120. The position-restricting groove 125 is used to accommodate the position-restricting rod 116. When the turning plate 120 moves up and down, the position limiting rod 116 is at least partially positioned in the position limiting groove 125.
The width of the positioning limiting groove 125 is greater than the width of the positioning limiting rod 116, and the depth of the positioning limiting groove 125 is greater than the thickness of the positioning limiting rod 116. During the lifting process of the flap 120, the positioning limiting rod 116 is at least partially positioned in the positioning limiting groove 125. Through the cooperation of the positioning limiting rod 116 and the positioning limiting groove 125, the turning plate 120 cannot deviate in the lifting process, and the positioning limiting rod 116 can also prevent the turning plate 120 from excessively rising and causing parts to fall off.
Referring to fig. 4, a rotating shaft 124 is fixed on the upper end surface of the turning plate 120.
Referring to fig. 5, the locking mechanism 130 includes a limiting member 131, a front locking plate 132, a linkage plate 133, a plug 134, a mounting seat 135 and a spring 136. When the turning plate 120 moves upwards, the limiting piece 131 can move transversely and be inserted into the limiting hole 111 to lock the turning plate 120 and the front clamping plate 132, so that the logistics vehicle is locked. When the plug 134 moves longitudinally, the linkage plate 133 rotates to drive the limiting member 131 to move in a direction away from the limiting hole 111, so that the locking is released.
