after the limiting part 21 is contacted with the stop structure 14, the contact force is gradually increased, and the maximum value can reach 1.5KN.
As can be seen from fig. 6, the contact force between the limiting portion 21 and the stopping structure 14 increases in a period of time after the limiting portion 21 and the stopping structure 14 contact, and in this process, the limiting portion 21 and the stopping structure 14 do not separate, which can provide sufficient time and space for the opening of the side airbag.
After the scheme of the invention is adopted, the stress performance of the clamping connection structure 7 between the door protection plate 4 and the door metal plate 3 does not need to be greatly improved, the requirement on assembly stability can be met, the relevant design can be adopted, when side collision occurs, the door protection plate 4 and the door metal plate 3 are prevented from being completely separated through the butting of the anti-falling support 1 and the limiting hook 2 along the left and right directions, the space and time for unfolding the side airbag can be ensured to a certain extent, and the safety performance of a vehicle under the side collision working condition, particularly the side column collision working condition can be improved.
It should be understood that the arrangement position of the door panel retaining structure at the vehicle door is determined according to specific requirements, and taking the left front vehicle door as an example, the door panel retaining structure is arranged close to the rear end of the door metal plate 3. Specifically, its position in upper and lower direction can correspond with the H height of seat, and the position in front and back direction can correspond with the seat reference point, and exemplarily, 3 upper portions of door panel beating are equipped with the bulge of inside protrusion, and the bulge extends along the fore-and-aft direction, and it can strengthen the rigidity on 3 upper portions of door panel beating, and anticreep support 1 can install in the below of bulge on 3 of door panel beating, and spatial structure is rationally distributed.
