Through comparing the analysis of the pressure change of the sole, the matched motion state is selected for targeted adjustment, and the height of the air cushion in each area of the insole is adjusted.

Claims (8)

1. An intelligent insole capable of being regulated and controlled in a partition way is characterized in that the intelligent insole consists of a surface layer, a sensing layer and a protective layer;
the surface layer of the insole is provided with two air cushions and a removable sweat absorbing patch;
the sensing layer comprises a plurality of pressure sensors, temperature sensors and raised points, a layer of electric heating wire is laid on the back surface of the sensing layer, the pressure sensors are uniformly arranged in a strip shape, and the raised points are uniformly distributed around the pressure sensors;
the protective layer comprises a wireless transmission device, a main control module, an energy storage unit, a charging port and an air bag, wherein the main control module comprises a pressure regulation module, a temperature regulation module, a motion monitoring module, an alarm module and a massage module;
the air bags are respectively positioned in a metatarsal region, an arch region and a heel region, each air bag can be controlled independently, the elastic columns with the length of 0.8cm are connected above the air bags in the metatarsal region and the heel region, the elastic columns with the length of 1cm are connected above the air bags in the arch region, and the elastic columns correspond to the convex points in the sensing layer; when the air bag is in a pressurized state, the elastic column moves upwards, the convex point moves upwards, and the stress condition of the position of the air bag is adjusted;
the pressure sensors are respectively positioned in the metatarsal region, the arch region and the heel region of the insole sensing layer and used for collecting the stress conditions of different regions of the sole of a user when the user walks, and the pressure sensors convert the pressure of the sole of the foot into voltage signals and transmit the voltage signals to the main control module;
the main control module receives the pressure information and transmits the pressure information to the motion detection module;
the motion detection module can automatically compare the information acquired and transmitted by the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor with the information of the health state of the database, and after abnormity is found, the pressure regulation and control module, the temperature regulation and control module and the alarm module are started to respectively carry out regulation and health early warning prompting work;
the motion detection module compares the pressure information with the database information, distinguishes the motion state through the step frequency and the step length, selects a pressure regulation and control mode matched with the current motion state and outputs a control signal to the pressure regulation and control module;
the pressure regulation and control module regulates the height of the convex point of the insole according to the normal stress condition set by the motion detection module, realizes the regulation of the supporting force and the supporting part of the sole and improves the stress of the sole;
when the motion detection module monitors that the temperature is too low, the motion detection module transmits a signal to the temperature regulation and control module to regulate the temperature rise of the insole;
the master control module is connected with the mobile phone end through a wireless device, a user can monitor foot sole information at the mobile phone end in real time, the massage module can be controlled and started at the mobile phone end, and the master control module can realize the function of simulating massage by controlling the protruding points on the sensing layer to press foot sole acupuncture points.

The intelligent insole capable of being regulated and controlled sectionally according to claim 1, wherein the air bags are regulated by the pressure regulating and controlling module, and the pressure in each air bag is regulated to perform pressurization and pressure relief operations so as to change the exposed height of the convex points on the sensing layer, change the contact position and the contact area of the insole and the sole and realize the regulation of the stress of the sections; the convex points are tightly attached to the surface of the sensing layer under the pressure relief state of the air bag; and in the state that the air bag is fully pressurized, the elastic column moves upwards, the protrusion point is higher than the sensing layer, and the protrusion point is 0.7cm higher than the sensing layer.

The intelligent insole capable of being regulated and controlled regionally according to claim 1, wherein the exercise monitoring module is provided with an exercise pressure information database under the health state of a human body, the exercise pressure information database comprises information of various exercise states of static walking, slow running, fast running and jumping, and the exercise state identification is mainly carried out through numerical values of stride, step frequency and sole pressure, so that the pressure regulation and control mode under the matched state is selected in an auxiliary mode.
