Claims (10)

1. A cable connection device for server function testing, comprising:
the probe fixing plate is provided with a probe, and a first end of the probe can be inserted into a PIN PIN of a mainboard to be tested; the second end of the probe is connected to the adapter card through a signal connecting line;
the adapter card comprises a PCB, wherein a first interface and a second interface are arranged on the PCB and are electrically connected through a circuit of the PCB;
the second end of the probe is connected to the first interface through a signal connecting line, and the second interface is connected to a wiring terminal of the accompanied and tested board card through an original connecting line.
2. The cable connection device for server function test according to claim 1, wherein the first interface is a male-female connector, a male head of the male-female connector is disposed on the PCB, and a female head of the male-female connector is electrically connected to the signal connection line.
3. The cable connection device for server function test according to claim 2, wherein the male heads of the male and female connectors are soldered to the PCB.
4. The device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second interface is a connector of the same type as the interface to be tested of the motherboard.
5. The device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the probe fixing plate is an insulating fixing plate.
6. The device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the insulating fixing plate is a hard rubber insulating fixing plate.
7. The device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the adapter card is a pair of adapter cards, and the pair of adapter cards has a first interface and a second interface.
8. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the adapter card is a many-to-many adapter card, and the many-to-many adapter card is provided with N first interfaces and N second interfaces, where N is greater than 1; each first interface corresponds to one second interface.
9. The device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the adapter card is a one-to-many adapter card, and the one-to-many adapter card is a first interface connected in parallel with a plurality of second interfaces.
10. The device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the adapter card is a many-to-one adapter card, and the many-to-one adapter card is formed by connecting a plurality of first interfaces in parallel and then connecting the first interfaces to a second interface.
