Abstract
The invention provides a sport management mode and a sport management system for providing sport suggestions, which firstly obtain user information of a user, transmit the user information to a server to obtain corresponding sport suggestion information, then the user operates sports equipment, the sports equipment generates operation information by the operation of the user, and then transmit the operation information and the sport suggestion information of the sports equipment to the server in a digital data mode, thereby providing specific customized and exclusive sport suggestions before each sport for the user, and enabling the user to exercise and build body more effectively after doing exercises according to the sport suggestion information.
