Fig. 5 is a wireless transmission module of the control circuit of the remote control system of the lighting fan of the present invention, in which IC1 and peripheral components constitute a wireless transmission circuit.
As shown in fig. 6, three solutions of the temperature sensing circuit are provided, which are compatible with various temperature sensors. Fig. 6 (a) shows a temperature sensing circuit supporting a digital temperature sensor. The D-NTC is not a common thermistor in the figure, but a high-precision two-pin digital pulse output temperature sensor, converts temperature change information into a digital pulse signal by using a digital temperature sensing technology of a semiconductor characteristic, automatically detects the temperature change information once every 2 minutes, and sends out a control signal, so that the control is more accurate and rapid compared with the thermistor control. In addition, the digital temperature sensor can work at 1.65v, and has the advantage of low power consumption. The scheme is the preferable scheme.
Fig. 6 (b) is a temperature sensing circuit supporting a single bus type temperature sensor;
fig. 6 (c) shows a temperature sensing circuit supporting the IIC bus type temperature sensor.
As shown in fig. 7, the operation flow of the remote control system for the lighting fan of the present invention includes; the power-on system operates; displaying the current operation content; monitoring whether key input exists or not, if yes, reading key array data, judging whether a current key is effective or not, if not, returning to the power-on running state of the system, if yes, judging whether temperature sensing is started or not, if yes, starting a temperature sensing program, reading current environment temperature data, then generating temperature display content and a corresponding wind speed control code, if not, judging the function of the current key according to key data, generating display content and wireless control code data of the current key, then displaying the function content of the current key, starting a wireless sending module, sending the control code, judging whether the current key is released or not, if not, continuing to read the key array data, and if not, returning to the power-on running state of the system; if no key input exists, whether the display is achieved or not is judged, if the time is not achieved, the system returns to the power-on running state, if the time is achieved, the display module is closed, and the system enters a low-power-consumption energy-saving state; judging whether the timing temperature sensing is started or not, if not, entering a timing query state, if so, starting the temperature sensing module, reading the current temperature data, generating a new wind speed control code, starting the wireless sending module, sending the wind speed control code for one time, closing the temperature sensing module and the wireless sending module, and returning to the temperature sensing timing query state.
As shown in fig. 8, the operation flow of the temperature sensing program included in the operation flow of the remote control system includes: starting a temperature sensing program; the temperature sensor is powered for 20ms and begins to output digital pulses; judging whether a low level is output or not, if so, judging whether the low level time is more than 100 mus or not, if so, judging that the pulse output is abnormal, displaying a low level output abnormal code, if not, judging whether the pulse is changed into high level or not, if not, returning to judge whether the low level time is more than 100 mus or not, if yes, ending a digital pulse period, adding 1 to pulse count, judging whether the low level is continuously output or not, if yes, returning to judge whether the low level time is more than 100 mus or not, if not, judging whether the high level time is more than 100 mus or not, if not, returning to judge whether the low level is output or not, if yes, finishing one-time temperature sensing, stopping outputting the digital pulse, converting a digital pulse count value into a current temperature value, and setting an output wind speed code according to the temperature value; if the low level is not output, whether the time of 20ms is up is judged, if not, the temperature sensing program is returned to the starting state, if yes, no low level pulse is output for more than 20ms, the temperature sensor is abnormal, and the abnormal code of the temperature sensor is displayed.
The following discloses various key operation and corresponding display schemes of the embodiment of the invention:
1. forward and reverse keys: changing the positive and negative rotation directions of the fan;
(1) the display screen displays: the rolling is performed in forward rotation of a-f-e-d-c-b-a, and the rolling is performed in reverse rotation of a-b-c-d-e-f-a;
(2) short press (off/on): displaying the current forward and reverse rotation state, wherein the forward and reverse rotation state is not switched;
(3) long press (bright screen/off screen): 2S, switching the positive and negative rotation states, wherein the positive state is changed into the negative state, and the negative state is changed into the positive state;
(4) no action after screen lightening: and automatically turning off the screen after 10S.
2. A fan switch key: controlling the on and off states of the fan;
(1) the display screen displays: 0\1\2\3\4\5\6,0 indicates that the fan is turned off, and the number 1~6 indicates that the corresponding speed gear is 6-gear in total;
(2) short press/long press (screen off): after the screen is lightened, the current state is displayed by digital flashing, the fan is in an off state, and the current state is displayed by flashing to 0; the fan is in an on state, the current rotating speed gear number 1~6 is displayed in a flashing mode, and the functions are not switched;
(3) short press/long press (on bright screen): the on state and the off state of the fan are switched mutually, and the current rotating speed gear number 1~6 is displayed to be synchronously switched with the display of 0;
(4) no action after screen lightening: and automatically turning off the screen after 10S.
3. Adding a key to wind speed: adding a rotating speed gear;
(1) the display screen displays: 0\1\2\3\4\5\6,0 indicates that the fan is turned off, and the number 1~6 indicates that the corresponding speed gear is 6-gear in total;
(2) short press/long press (off/on): when the fan is in an on state but in an off state due to natural wind, the rotating speed gear is increased and displays the number after the gear is increased, and the number is not increased after the number is increased to 6; when the fan is turned off, 0 is displayed;
(3) short press/long press (off/on): the fan is turned on and the natural wind is turned on, the natural wind opening state is displayed: the rolling is carried out in a circulation mode of 'a-b-g-e-d-c-g-f-a';
(4) no action after screen lightening: and automatically turning off the screen after 10S.
4. Wind speed key reduction: reducing the gear of the rotating speed;
(1) the display screen displays: 0\1\2\3\4\5\6,0 indicates that the fan is turned off, and the number 1~6 indicates that the corresponding speed gear is 6-gear in total;
(2) short press/long press (off/on): when the fan is in an on state but in an off state due to natural wind, the gear of the rotating speed is reduced and displays a number after gear reduction, and the number is not reduced after the gear reduction is reduced to 1; when the fan is turned off, 0 is displayed;
(3) short press/long press (off/on): the fan is turned on and the natural wind is turned on, the natural wind opening state is displayed: the 'a-b-g-e-d-c-g-f-a' rolls circularly;
(4) no action after screen lightening: and automatically turning off the screen after 10S.
5. Natural wind key: switching a natural wind mode and a conventional operation mode;
(1) the display screen displays: and displaying in a natural wind state: the rolling is carried out in a circulation mode of 'a-b-g-e-d-c-g-f-a';
(2) short press/long press (screen off): the fan is turned on and the natural wind is turned on: the rolling is carried out in a circulation mode of 'a-b-g-e-d-c-g-f-a'; when the fan is switched on but the natural wind is switched off, the current rotating speed gear number is displayed in a flashing mode, and the functions are not switched; the fan is in an off state, and flickers to display 0;
(3) short press/long press (on bright screen): under the fan "on" state, natural wind mode and conventional operation mode switch over each other, show: the cyclic rolling of the 'a-b-g-e-d-c-g-f-a' is switched synchronously with the corresponding synchronous switching of the current rotating speed gear number '1~6'; in the fan 'off' state, a '0' is displayed;

(2) short press/long press (screen off): after the screen is lightened, the current state is displayed by digital flashing, the lamp is in an off state, and the current state is displayed by flashing to 0; the lamp is in an on state, the current brightness gear number 1~9 is displayed in a flickering mode, and the functions are not switched;
(3) short press/long press (on bright screen): the lamp on state and the lamp off state are switched mutually, and the current brightness gear number 1~9 is displayed and is correspondingly switched synchronously with the display of 0;
(4) no action after screen lightening: and automatically turning off the screen after 10S.
7. Brightness plus key: highlighting a degree gear;
(1) the display screen displays: 0\1\, 2\, 3\, 4\, 5\, 6\, 7\, 9,0 indicates that the lamp was turned off, and the number 1~9 indicates the brightness level of the corresponding lamp;
(2) short press/long press (off/on): when the lamp is in an 'on' state, the brightness gear is increased and the number after the gear is added is displayed, and the number is not added after the number is added to 9; when the lamp is turned off, 0 is displayed;
(3) no action after screen lightening: and automatically turning off the screen after 10S.
8. Brightness minus key: a brightness reduction gear;

(3) no action after screen lightening: and automatically turning off the screen after 10S.
9. Timing key: a function at the time of setting;
(1) the display screen displays: 0. 1, 2, 4,0 indicate timed off, 1, 2, 4 correspond to 1h \/2h \/4h, respectively;
(2) short press/long press (screen off): after the screen is lightened, the current timing state is displayed, the current timing number 1/2/4 or 0 is displayed in a flashing mode, and the functions are not switched;
(3) short press (bright screen): when the fan and the lamp are both off, the display is 0, and when any one of the fan and the lamp is on, the switch of 0-1-2-4 is timed every time the fan and the lamp are pressed;
(4) long press (bright screen): after long press for 2S, timing to be 'off', and displaying '0';
(5) no action after screen lightening: and automatically extinguishing the screen after 10 seconds.
10. Code matching or temperature sensing keys: a pairing key/temperature sensing function switch key of the emitter and the receiver;
(1) the display screen displays: the code matching is that the code is rolled in the mode of d-g-a; temperature-sensitive I FEEL "off", display "0"; temperature-sensitive I FEEL "on", display "1";
(2) short press (screen off): opening a screen, displaying the current state, flashing the number and not switching the functions;
(3) short press (bright screen): the on state and the off state of the temperature sensing I FEEL are switched mutually, and the display 1 and the display 0 are switched synchronously;
(4) long press (off/on): entering a code matching state after long pressing for 2S, displaying that the'd-g-a' rolls, and turning off the screen after releasing the key;
(5) no action after screen lightening: and automatically turning off the screen after 10S.
11. Light color selection key
When the key is pressed, no display is carried out, and the light color is respectively switched to yellow light, warm white light and cold white light;

the key module comprises a forward and reverse rotation key, a natural wind key, a timing key, a code matching or temperature sensing key, a fan on-off key, a lamp on-off key, a wind speed adding key, a wind speed reducing key, a brightness adding key, a brightness reducing key, a yellow key, a warm white key and a cold Bai Guangjian;
further, the display module comprises an LED display screen, the LED display screen comprises a seven-segment LED display device, the seven-segment LED display device comprises seven light-emitting diodes which are arranged to form a Chinese character 'ri', and the seven light-emitting diodes are used for displaying static or dynamic graphs through the combination of the light-emitting state or the non-light-emitting state; the LED display screen is provided with a backlight device for illuminating the screen; the LED display screen comprises a bright screen and a dead screen.

s3, acquiring the screen-on or screen-off state of the LED display screen, and the key mode of which key has input, short-pressing or long-pressing, and judging which control content is to be operated through the operation of the MCU according to the combination of the display state, the key input and the key mode;
s4, sending a control code to the lighting fan through the wireless sending circuit according to the control content required to be carried out, and executing the control content corresponding to the control code by the lighting fan control circuit;
s5, controlling the LED display screen to perform corresponding static or dynamic display under the bright screen according to the executed control content;
s6, the LED display screen is turned on for 10S, the key is automatically turned off when the key does not act, static or dynamic display corresponding to the current control content is continuously unchanged, the step S1 is returned, and the operation is executed in a circulating mode.
