The whole operation flow of the automatic production line is as follows:
the pot 1 is carried to the soundproof painting booth 300 in the abutting mold 207 and then stopped to finish painting, so that the circulation carrying means 200 is moved intermittently.
S1, firstly, one of the carrying platforms 204 moves to the second boss 07, the universal ball 04 is abutted to the boss, the movable shaft 205 is lifted upwards, the jacking platform 05 is in a material receiving state, the feeding assembly 400 can be a conveyor belt, a sucker and the like in the prior art, the cookware 1 is brought above the jacking platform 05 and falls on the jacking platform 05, and due to the arrangement of the sticking mold 207, the cookware 1 can be firstly contacted with the sticking mold 207 and cannot slide out of the range beyond the sticking mold 207 even if the cookware is inclined;
s2, the carrying platform 204 moves to leave the second boss 07, at the moment, the pressing execution pieces 730 are far away from the edge of the cookware 1, the cookware 1 can be completely attached to the profiling 207, when the carrying platform 204 moves to the first boss 06, namely, the carrying platform is about to enter the sound insulation spraying room 300, the belt of the cookware rotating device 800 is in a state of being about to contact with the turntable 206, namely, the first boss 06 pushes the movable shaft 205 upwards first, the pressing execution pieces 730 move towards one side of the cookware 1, the inclined plane of the pressing execution pieces 730 is extruded to the edge of the cookware 1, and the cookware 1 is completely fixed on the profiling 207;
s3, the carrying platform 204 enters the sound insulation spraying room 300 to correspond to the position of the thermal spraying machine 02, the clamping device 600 performs clamping, the carrying platform 204 is fixed, the pot rotating device 800 drives the rotary table 206 to rotate, the pot 1 and the attaching die 207 rotate together, the rotation can enable the thermal spraying machine 02 to spray on the integral cylindrical surface of the pot 1 during spraying, and a nozzle of the thermal spraying machine 02 can be adjusted in position so as to achieve a better spraying effect;
s4, the carrying platform 204 carries the painted pot 1 to the area of the discharging assembly 500, namely, the third boss 08, the universal ball 04 is abutted against the boss, the lower movable shaft 205 is lifted upwards, in the process, the pot 1 is in a pressing state by the pressing executive member 730, but the pressing force comes from the pulling force of the pressing tension spring 740, when the front surface of the pot bottom of the pot 1 is lifted upwards by the lifting platform 05 in the movable shaft 205, the lifting force is the pulling force of the pressing tension spring 740 which is easily overcome, and the pressing executive member 730 is in contact with the edge of the pot 1 through an inclined plane, the clamping condition can not occur in the process of overcoming the pulling force of the pressing tension spring 740, therefore, after the pot 1 is lifted by the lifting platform 05 at the position, the edge of the pot 1 and the rotary table 206 are in a separated state with a distance, the discharging assembly 500 can adopt a sucking disc to suck the pot 1 from the upper part, and also can adopt a forklift arm to insert the pot 1 from the separated distance to lift the separated distance to take away the pot 1.

Claims (16)

1. An automatic production line capable of improving thermal spraying quality of cookware is provided with an auxiliary structure capable of enabling cookware (1) to rotate effectively and stably, and comprises a rack (01), wherein one side of the rack (01) is provided with a sound insulation spraying room (300), a plurality of groups of thermal spraying machines (02) are arranged in the sound insulation spraying room (300), and a feeding assembly (400) and a discharging assembly (500) are arranged opposite to the sound insulation spraying room (300), and the automatic production line is characterized by further comprising an island platform (100) horizontally fixed on the rack (01), a circulating carrying device (200) arranged in the island platform (100), a clamping device (600) used for stabilizing the circulating carrying device (200), a cookware rotating device (800) capable of enabling the cookware (1) to rotate during spraying, and a pressing device (700) arranged in the circulating carrying device (200) and used for performing self-centering pressing on the cookware (1) during spraying;
during operation, circulation carrier (200) carries pan (1) to give sound insulation spraying room (300) from material loading subassembly (400), clamping device (600) carry out the clamp to circulation carrier (200), closing device (700) compress tightly pan (1), pan rotary device (800) make pan (1) stable rotation, heat sprayer (02) carry out the spraying to pan (1) after the ready, circulation carrier (200) transport unloading subassembly (500) with pan (1) again and transport after accomplishing.

The automatic production line capable of improving thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 1, wherein a hollow area is arranged in the middle of the island (100), a partition wall is arranged in the center of the hollow area, and a sunken platform is arranged at the edge of the island (100) close to the hollow area.

The automatic production line capable of improving thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 2, wherein the circulating carrier (200) comprises a chain (201) arranged in a sunken platform of the island (100), a guide sliding rail (202) forming a closed loop around a hollow area at the outer ring of the island (100), and a carrier platform (204) with one end hinged on the chain (201) and the other end movably connected with the guide sliding rail (202) through a universal pulley (03); the carrying platform (204) is arranged at a plurality of intervals, a plurality of chain wheels meshed with the chain (201) are arranged on the rack (01) at intervals, one of the chain wheels is connected with the driving motor, and the wheel shaft of the chain wheel and the connecting shaft of the chain (201) are vertically arranged.

An automatic production line capable of improving thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 3, wherein a guide groove (203) for matching with the pressing of the feeding, discharging and pressing device (700) is arranged in the island (100) around a hollow area between the chain (201) and the guide slide (202).

The automatic production line capable of improving the thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 4, wherein the circulating carrier (200) further comprises a movable shaft (205) tightly and rotatably sleeved on the center of the carrier platform (204); the lower part of the movable shaft (205) is provided with a universal ball (04), the upper part is fixedly provided with a round jacking platform (05), and a compression spring (208) is sleeved above the universal ball (04); the upper end of a compression spring (208) is abutted with the lower surface of a carrying platform (204), the lower end of the compression spring (208) is abutted with the upper edge of a universal ball (04), and after a movable shaft (205) is connected with the carrying platform (204), the universal ball (04) falls in a guide groove (203) and is always positioned in the guide groove (203) along with the surrounding movement of the carrying platform (204).

The automatic production line capable of improving thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 4, wherein the guide groove (203) is provided with an upward first boss (06) at a section located in the sound-proof spraying room (300), an upward second boss (07) at a section located in the feeding assembly (400), and an upward third boss (08) at a section located in the discharging assembly (500).

The automatic production line capable of improving the thermal spraying quality of the cookware according to the claim 5, wherein the circulating carrying device (200) further comprises a turntable (206) which is tightly sleeved on the periphery of the movable shaft (205) through a key slot and can slide up and down, and an attaching mold (207) which is tightly sleeved on the movable shaft (205) in a rotatable manner and attached to the upper surface of the turntable (206).

The automatic production line capable of improving the thermal spraying quality of the cookware according to the claim 3, wherein the lower surface of the turntable (206) is attached to the upper surface of the carrying platform (204), the outer edge of the turntable (206) extends downwards along the whole peripheral surface to form a certain width, and the width is a rough surface.
9. The automatic production line capable of improving thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 8, wherein the rough surface is a continuous groove.
10. The automatic production line capable of improving thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 8, wherein the rough surface is a continuous protrusion.

The automatic production line capable of improving the thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 7, wherein the lower surface of the profiling (207) is a plate surface, the middle part of the profiling is hollow, and the upper part of the profiling is a round hole with a diameter larger than that of the jacking platform (05).

The automatic production line capable of improving thermal spraying quality of cookware according to claim 3, wherein the clamping device (600) comprises a main body fixing part and a dynamic moving part, the main body fixing part is arranged on one side of the thermal spraying machine (02) and covers the whole length of the sound-proof spraying room (300), the main body fixing part comprises a fixed guide rail (610) fixed on the outer side surface of the island platform (100), a movable guide rail (620) arranged on the inner side of the island platform (100) and opposite to the fixed guide rail (610), an elastic block (630) of which one plate surface is attached to the movable guide rail (620) and the other plate surface is attached to the side wall of the sinking platform, a clamping cylinder mounting seat (640) arranged below the fixed guide rail and the movable guide rail and fixedly connected with the rack, and a clamping cylinder (650) arranged in the clamping cylinder mounting seat (640); the dynamic moving part comprises followers (601) fixedly connected to two sides of each carrying platform (204);
the lower part of the movable guide rail (620) is provided with a notch for the chain (201) to pass through, and the end part of the piston rod of the clamping cylinder (650) is fixedly connected with the movable guide rail (620).
