(5) The invention provides various box closing devices and box discharging conveying devices, which are convenient for sealing a packing box filled with products and conveying the sealed packing box out of packing equipment, have simple structures and are convenient to assemble on a workbench.

As shown in fig. 3 and 8, in a specific embodiment, the working platform 2 includes a front supporting wall plate 21, a cross section of the front supporting wall plate 21 along a length direction thereof is U-shaped, the front supporting wall plate 21 is integrally designed and opens upward, a movable wall plate 22 is disposed between two opposite side surfaces of the front supporting wall plate 21, a relative position between the movable wall plate 22 and the front supporting wall plate 21 is adjusted by two ball screws, one of the two ball screws is a hand screw, the other is a synchronous screw, and the hand screw and the synchronous screw rotate synchronously through a chain and a gear. In a specific embodiment, the frame 1 comprises a rectangular frame 11, an operation panel 14 limited in the frame, an electric box 13 and support legs 12, and the workbench 2 is mounted on the frame 1 through the support legs 12. A side supporting plate 23 is arranged on one side of the workbench 2; the two vertical sides of the side support plates 23 are provided with reinforcing flanges 24. The cross section of supporting leg 12 on the direction of height is the U style of calligraphy, and the supporting leg 12 opening direction of two U types is relative, and supporting leg 12 upper surface is provided with the supporting groove, and the tip of the U type of supporting leg 12 is provided with strengthens hem 24, and supporting leg 12 side is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, mounting groove. The hollow frame 11, the electric box 13 and the operation panel 14 are mutually communicated, so that wiring is convenient for electrical connection, and the whole equipment is controlled through the operation panel 14. The side support plates 23 facilitate increasing the stability of the modular table 2 and the stability of the entire packaging apparatus. The support legs 12 not only can realize the light weight of the packaging equipment but also can increase the support strength, and the side surfaces of the support legs are convenient for supplementing the function of the modular workbench 2.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a driving mechanism 3 is disposed on one side of the table 2, the driving mechanism 3 includes a motor, a transmission mechanism 31, and a driving overload protection mechanism 33, the transmission mechanism 31 may be a link, a cam, an index box 32, or other conventional transmission mechanisms 31, and is respectively used for driving the lower box device 4, the conveying device 5, the conveying device 6, the pushing and boxing device 7, the closing device 8, and the out-box conveying device 9 of the packing box. Preceding supporting wall panel 21 is close to and constitutes dress box packing passageway between one side of product conveyor 6 and the activity wallboard 22, set gradually box device 4 under the packing carton on workstation 2, packing carton conveyor 5, go out box conveyor 9, product conveyor 6 is located the side of packing carton conveyor 5 near the one end of box device 4 under the packing carton, it is located product conveyor 6 and packing carton conveyor 5 top to push away material cartoning device 7, it is located the both sides that packing carton conveyor 5 is close to a box conveyor 9 one end dress box packing passageway to close box device 8.
As shown in fig. 5, the specific packing box discharging device 4 includes a box storage supporting seat plate 41, a packing box storage 42, a packing box discharging suction cup 43, and a discharging suction cup adjusting member 44, wherein the packing box storage 42 includes four adjustable box storage discharging blocking strips 421, a blocking strip position adjusting member 422, a box storage discharging baffle 423, and a discharging baffle connecting frame 424. The driving mechanism 3 drives the discharging sucker adjusting piece 44 and the packing box discharging sucker 43 to reciprocate between the packing box warehouse 42 and the packing box conveying device 5 through the transmission mechanism 31, the transmission mechanism 31 can be a cam, three connecting rods, an elastic piece and a rotating shaft, and the packing box discharging sucker 43 is installed on the transmission shaft. The box storage supporting seat plate 41 is connected with the workbench 2, the box storage blanking barrier strip 421 is arranged at the upper end of the box storage supporting seat plate 41, and one end of the blanking barrier connecting frame 424, which is far away from the box storage supporting seat plate 41, is connected with the material pushing and boxing device 7. The barrier strip position adjusting piece 422 and the blanking baffle connecting frame 424 are used for adjusting the positions of the box warehouse blanking barrier strip 421 and the box warehouse blanking baffle 423 according to the size of the packing box 81; the blanking suction cup adjusting piece 44 is used for adjusting the position of the packing box blanking suction cup 43. The positions of the box warehouse blanking barrier 421 and the box warehouse blanking baffle 423 are adjusted according to the size of the packing boxes 81, the packing boxes 81 are placed in the packing box warehouse 42, and the packing boxes 81 in the packing box warehouse 42 are sequentially grabbed to the packing box conveying device 5 through the packing box blanking suckers 43.
The packing box conveying device 5 comprises an inner chain guide strip 51 and a packing box guide chain 52, and a packing box guide limiting piece 53 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the packing box guide chain 52; one end of the packing box guide limiting piece 53 is connected with the packing box guide chain 52, and the other end extends in the direction far away from the packing box guide chain 52; the guide chain through groove has been seted up at interior chain gib block 51 middle part, and the direction locating part through groove has been seted up to the upper surface, and the direction chain through groove is linked together with the direction locating part through groove.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the packing box conveying device 5 further includes two packing box pressing strips 54 and two pressing strip position adjusting pieces 55, the two packing box pressing strips 54 are respectively located above the inner chain guide strip 51, and the pressing strip position adjusting pieces 55 are used for adjusting the distance between the packing box pressing strips 54 and the inner chain guide strip 51 and the distance between the packing box pressing strips 54 and the packing box lowering device 4. A packing box conveying channel is formed between the two inner chain guide strips 51 and the two packing box pressing strips 54, one end, close to the lower packing box device 4, of each packing box pressing strip 54 is provided with a packing box auxiliary unfolding piece 541, and packing boxes in the packing box warehouse 42 are conveyed to the packing box packaging channel while the packing box auxiliary unfolding pieces 541 unfold the flat packing boxes 81 into a three-dimensional shape. The driving mechanism 3 is used for driving the packing box guide chain 52 to move in the guide chain through groove, the driving mechanism 3 drives the packing box guide chain 52 to drive the packing box 81 to move along the opening direction of the inner chain guide strip 51, and the distance between the adjacent packing box guide limiting parts 53 is adjusted to adapt to the packing boxes 81 with different sizes by adjusting the relative positions of the two packing box guide chains 52 in the same inner chain guide strip 51.
As shown in fig. 5, the product conveying device 6 includes a product conveying support frame 61, a product conveying positioning frame 62, and a product conveyor belt 63, which may be implemented in any conventional manner in the art. A plurality of product conveying baffle plates 631 are arranged on the outer periphery of the product conveying device 6 along the width direction of the product conveying device, and a protective cover 632 is arranged at one end of the product conveying belt 63, which is far away from the rack 1. One end of the product conveying support frame 61 is connected with two sides of the middle part of the product conveying belt 63, and the other end of the product conveying support frame is connected with the rack 1; one end of the product conveying positioning frame 62 is connected with one end of the product conveying belt 63 close to the packaging box conveying device 5, and the other end of the product conveying positioning frame is connected with the workbench 2. The driving mechanism 3 drives the product conveying device 6 and the packaging box conveying device 5 to synchronously and intermittently operate through the transmission mechanism 31, conveys the products and the unfolded three-dimensional packaging box 81 on the same straight line, and then packs the products into the packaging box 81 through the material pushing and box packing device 7.
As shown in fig. 6, the material pushing and box packing device 7 includes a material pushing and box packing support frame 71, and a material pushing mechanism 72, a material pressing mechanism 73, a horizontal displacement rail 74, and a vertical displacement rail 75 which are provided on the material pushing and box packing support frame 71. The material pushing and box packing support frame 71 is connected with one side of the front support wall plate 21, and the lower surface of the material pushing mechanism 72 is provided with a material pushing overload protection mechanism 76. The driving mechanism 3 drives the pushing mechanism 72 and the pressing mechanism 73 to move along the opening direction of the horizontal displacement rail 74 and along the opening direction of the vertical displacement rail 75 through the transmission mechanism 31.
Specifically, two vertical displacement rails 75 are fixedly connected with the frame body, the setting direction of the vertical displacement rails 75 is set along the height direction of the device, one side of one horizontal displacement rail 74 close to the vertical displacement rails 75 is provided with two rail grooves, and the two horizontal displacement rails 74 are respectively spliced and matched with the two vertical displacement rails 75 and can move along the direction of the vertical displacement rails 75. Or the horizontal displacement track 74 is fixedly connected with the frame body, the vertical displacement track 75 is movably connected with the horizontal displacement track 74 and can move along the opening direction of the horizontal displacement track 74, and the pushing mechanism 72 is movably connected with the vertical displacement track 75 and can move along the opening direction of the vertical displacement track 75.
The pushing mechanism 72 includes a pushing adjusting plate, a pushing proximity switch seat, and a pushing rear push-type broach. The material pushing adjusting plate is L-shaped, and one side of the upper end of the material pushing adjusting plate, which is close to the horizontal displacement rail 74, is provided with a rail groove which is movably connected with the horizontal displacement rail 74 and can move along the opening direction of the horizontal displacement rail 74. The middle of the L-shaped pushing adjusting plate is provided with a long round hole for adjusting the overall height of the pushing mechanism 72 or adjusting the relative positions of the pushing proximity switch seat and the pushing rear push broach in the width direction of the frame body. And a displacement through groove is formed in the lower surface of the material pushing proximity switch seat along the direction of the arrangement of the material pushing rear push broach, and the material pushing rear push broach is in plug-in fit with the displacement through groove of the material pushing proximity switch seat. In an alternative embodiment, the pushing mechanism 72 further includes a sensor disposed on a side of the pushing proximity switch base away from the driving mechanism 3.
The pressing mechanism 73 includes a pressing adjusting plate and a pressing plate (not shown in the figure), the pressing adjusting plate is L-shaped, and one side of the upper end of the pressing adjusting plate, which is close to the horizontal displacement rail 74, is provided with a rail groove which is movably connected with the horizontal displacement rail 74 and can move along the opening direction of the horizontal displacement rail 74. The middle of the L-shaped material pressing adjusting plate is provided with a long round hole which is used for adjusting the overall height of the material pressing mechanism 73 and adjusting the relative position of the material pressing plate in the width direction of the frame body.
The connecting mechanism comprises a circumference rotating arm, a power pull rod, a first swing arm, a material pushing front pull rod, a material pushing rear pull rod, a material pushing cam and a second swing arm. Specifically, one side of the pushing cam is connected with a driving shaft of the driving mechanism 3, the middle part of the second swing arm is rotatably connected with the frame body, one end of the second swing arm is abutted against the outer peripheral side of the pushing cam, and the other end of the second swing arm is rotatably connected with the pushing mechanism 72. Optionally, the connecting mechanism further includes an elastic element, and one end of the second swing arm is in a state of abutting against an outer peripheral side of the pushing cam. One end of the circumference rotating arm is connected with a driving shaft of the driving mechanism 3, and the other end of the circumference rotating arm is rotatably connected with one end of the power pull rod. One end of the first swing arm is rotatably connected with the frame body, and one end of the power pull rod, far away from the circumferential rotating arm, is rotatably connected with the displaceable position of the first swing arm. One end of the pulling rod is rotatably connected with the upper end of the pushing mechanism 72 after pushing, and the other end of the pulling rod is rotatably connected with the non-hinged part of the first swing arm. One end of the material pushing front pull rod is rotationally connected with the material pressing mechanism 73, and the other end of the material pushing front pull rod is rotationally connected with the displaceable position of the first swing arm; one end of the second swing arm, which is far away from the material pushing cam, is rotatably connected with the upper end of the material pressing mechanism 73.
When the product and the unfolded three-dimensional packaging box 81 are in a straight line, the product conveying device 6 and the packaging box conveying device 5 stop moving, the driving device enables the pressing mechanism 73 to limit the size of the product in the height direction through the transmission mechanism 31, the pushing mechanism 72 pushes the product into the packaging box 81 along the horizontal displacement track 74, at this time, the pressing mechanism 73 and the pushing mechanism 72 simultaneously move along the horizontal displacement track 74 in the direction far away from the packaging box 81 and move upwards along the vertical displacement track 75, at the same time, the product conveying device 6 and the packaging box conveying device 5 operate until the next product and the unfolded three-dimensional packaging box 81 are in a straight line, and at this time, the pressing mechanism 73 and the pushing mechanism 72 synchronously reset and repeat the above operations. The conveyor belt for conveying the packaging box 81 and the conveyor belt for conveying the products can move continuously at the first time after the pushing mechanism 72 finishes the action of pushing materials into the box, collision between the pushing mechanism 72 and the conveyor belt for conveying the packaging box 81 and between the pushing mechanism 72 and the limiting part and the baffle on the conveyor belt for conveying the products is avoided, and production efficiency is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, after the product enters the packing box 81, the packing box 81 is closed by the box closing device 8. When the packing box 81 comprises a box body, two small hinges 811 positioned in the width direction of two ends of the box body, one large hinge 812 positioned in the height direction of two ends of the box body and an inserting tongue 813 positioned at the tail end of the large hinge 812, the box closing device 8 comprises a small folding mechanism 82 and a large folding mechanism 83 which are respectively and sequentially arranged on two sides of a packing channel of the packing box from the direction close to the box discharging device 4 of the packing box to the direction far away from the box discharging device 4 of the packing box.
The small folding mechanism 82 includes a small folding front-folding portion 821 and a small folding guide bar 822 provided in this order from the direction close to the packing box discharging device 4 to the direction away from the packing box discharging device 4; the driving mechanism 3 drives the small-hinge forward-folding portion 821 to fold the small hinges 811 of the lower packing box device 4 in the width direction of both ends of the body of the packing box 81, and the small-hinge guide bars 822 are used to fold the small hinges 811 of the lower packing box device 4 in the width direction of both ends of the body of the packing box 81.
The big folding mechanism 83 comprises a big folding guide plate 831, a big folding adjusting support bar 832 and a big folding tongue-inserting mechanism 833; the big folding tongue inserting mechanism 833 comprises a front tongue inserting block 8331 and a rear tongue inserting block 8332; big folding guide plate 831 is arranged obliquely from the direction close to box loading device 4 to the direction far away from box loading device 4 along big folding 812 close to box 81 to the direction far away from big folding 812 of box 81, when big folding 812 of box 81 is positioned between big folding guide plate 831 and big folding adjusting support bar 832, driving mechanism 3 drives front latch block 8331 to move towards the direction close to box 81, and when big folding 812 of box 81 moves to the space between big folding guide plate 831 and big folding adjusting support bar 832, driving mechanism 3 drives rear latch block 8332 to move towards the direction close to box 81.
In use, small flap lead 821 bends small flap 811 of pack 81 adjacent to pack lowering device 4, and small flap 811 of pack 81 remote from pack lowering device 4 is bent by small flap guide 822 as pack 81 moves along the pack transport path. The driving mechanism 3 drives two large folding mechanisms 83 at two sides of the box packing passage, which are close to the box discharging device 4, to respectively bend one large folding 812 at two ends of the packing box 81, the driving mechanism 3 drives the glue coating mechanism to coat glue on the surface of the bent large folding 812, and the driving mechanism 3 drives two large folding mechanisms 83 at two sides of the box packing passage, which are far away from the box discharging device 4, to bend the other two large folding 812 at two ends of the packing box 81 and to abut against the glued large folding 812.
In use, small flap lead 821 bends small flap 811 of pack 81 adjacent to pack lowering device 4, and small flap 811 of pack 81 remote from pack lowering device 4 is bent by small flap guide 822 as pack 81 moves along the pack transport path. The method comprises the steps of firstly bending one large folding 812 at each of two ends of the packing box 81 through a group of large folding mechanisms 83, then gluing the surface of the bent large folding mechanism 83 through a gluing mechanism, and then bending the other two large folding 812 at the two ends of the packing box 81 through the group of large folding mechanisms 83 and gluing the other two large folding 812 with the glued large folding 812.
After the final product is packaged in the packaging box 81, the final product is conveniently output from the compact automatic box packaging device through the box output conveying device 9. The box outlet conveying device 9 comprises box outlet conveying belts 91 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the boxing and packaging channel, and the distance between the mutually close side surfaces of the two box outlet conveying belts 91 is smaller than or equal to the size of the packaging box 81 in the width direction of the boxing and packaging channel; the driving mechanism 3 is used for driving the cassette output conveying belt 91 to move.
The driving mechanism 3, the lower packing box device 4, the packing box conveying device 5, the product conveying device 6, the pushing and packing box device 7, the box closing device 8 and the box discharging and conveying device 9 are convenient to assemble randomly on the workbench 2, so that the installation is more time-saving and labor-saving, the maintenance is more convenient and faster, the light-weight stability is good, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

as shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment relates to a boxing and packaging device and a using method thereof, including the following steps:

The small folding front folding part bends the small folding of the packaging box close to the packaging box lower box device, and the small folding of the packaging box far away from the packaging box lower box device bends under the action of the small folding guide strip in the moving process of the packaging box along the packaging box conveying channel. The method comprises the steps of firstly bending one large hinge at each of two ends of a packaging box through a group of large folding mechanisms, then coating glue on the surface of the bent large folding mechanism through a glue coating mechanism, and then bending the other two large hinges at the two ends of the packaging box through the group of large folding mechanisms and bonding the other two large hinges with the glued large hinges.
F. After the products are packaged in the packaging box, the products are conveniently output from the compact automatic box packaging equipment through the box discharging and conveying device.

at least one side of the workbench (2) is provided with a side supporting plate (23); two vertical side edges of the side supporting plates (23) are provided with reinforcing folded edges (24); the working module comprises one or more of a driving mechanism (3), a packing box discharging device (4), a packing box conveying device (5), a product conveying device (6), a material pushing and box packing device (7), a box closing device (8) and a box discharging and conveying device (9);
the upper end of at least one side face of the front supporting wallboard (21) and/or the lower surface of the movable wallboard (22) are/is provided with reinforcing folded edges (24), and the upper surface of the bottom surface of the front supporting wallboard (21) is provided with a plurality of through holes (211);
the section of each supporting leg (12) in the height direction is U-shaped, and a supporting groove is formed in the upper surface of each supporting leg (12); the U-shaped end part of the supporting leg (12) is provided with a reinforcing folded edge (24); the side surface of the supporting leg (12) is provided with a plurality of mounting holes and/or mounting grooves.
3. The cartoning packaging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the pack lowering device (4) comprises a pack magazine support base plate (41), a pack magazine (42), a pack unloading suction cup (43), an unloading suction cup adjustment member (44);
the packing box warehouse (42) comprises a plurality of box warehouse discharging barrier strips (421), barrier strip position adjusting pieces (422), box warehouse discharging baffle plates (423) and a discharging baffle plate connecting frame (424);
the box storage supporting base plate (41) is connected with the workbench (2), the box storage blanking barrier strip (421) is arranged at the upper end of the box storage supporting base plate (41), and one end, far away from the box storage supporting base plate (41), of the blanking barrier connecting frame (424) is connected with the material pushing and boxing device (7);
the barrier strip position adjusting piece (422) and the blanking baffle connecting frame (424) are used for adjusting the positions of the box storehouse blanking barrier strips (421) and the box storehouse blanking baffles (423) according to the size of the packing box (81); the blanking sucker adjusting piece (44) is used for adjusting the position of a packaging box blanking sucker (43);
the driving mechanism (3) is used for driving the discharging sucker adjusting piece (44) and the packing box discharging sucker (43) to do reciprocating motion between the packing box warehouse (42) and the packing box conveying device (5).
4. Cartoning packaging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a cartoning packaging lane is defined between a side of the front supporting wall panel (21) adjacent the product conveyor (6) and the movable wall panel (22);
the packing box conveying device (5) comprises a plurality of inner chain guide strips (51) and a plurality of packing box guide chains (52), and a plurality of packing box guide limiting parts (53) are arranged on the outer peripheral side of each packing box guide chain (52); one end of the packing box guide limiting piece (53) is connected with the packing box guide chain (52), and the other end of the packing box guide limiting piece extends in the direction far away from the packing box guide chain (52); a guide chain through groove is formed in the middle of the inner chain guide strip (51), a guide limiting piece through groove is formed in the upper surface of the inner chain guide strip, and the guide chain through groove is communicated with the guide limiting piece through groove;
the inner chain guide strips (51) are integrally formed, and guide strip clamping grooves are formed in the lower surface of one side, away from each other, of the two inner chain guide strips (51) and are respectively clamped with the upper surfaces of the front support wall plate (21) and the movable wall plate (22) on the two sides of the boxing and packaging channel;
the number of the inner chain guide strips (51) is two, the number of the packing box guide chains (52) is four, and two packing box guide chains (52) are arranged in a guide chain through groove of each inner chain guide strip (51);
the packing box conveying device (5) further comprises packing box pressing strips (54) and pressing strip position adjusting pieces (55), the number of the packing box pressing strips (54) is two, the two packing box pressing strips are respectively located above the inner chain guide strips (51), and the pressing strip position adjusting pieces (55) are used for adjusting the distance between the packing box pressing strips (54) and the inner chain guide strips (51) and the distance between the packing box pressing strips (54) and the packing box lower box device (4);
a packing box conveying channel is formed between the two inner chain guide strips (51) and the two packing box pressing strips (54), and a packing box auxiliary unfolding piece (541) is arranged at one end, close to the packing box lower box device (4), of each packing box pressing strip (54);
the driving mechanism (3) is used for driving the packing box guide chain (52) to move in the guide chain through groove.
5. The cartoning packaging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the product conveying device (6) comprises a product conveying support frame (61), a product conveying positioning frame (62), a product conveyor belt (63);
one end of the product conveying support frame (61) is connected with two sides of the middle part of the product conveying belt (63), and the other end of the product conveying support frame is connected with the rack (1); one end of the product conveying and positioning frame (62) is connected with one end of the product conveying belt (63) close to the packaging box conveying device (5), and the other end of the product conveying and positioning frame is connected with the workbench (2);
a plurality of product conveying baffle plates (631) are arranged on the outer periphery side of the product conveying device (6) along the width direction of the product conveying device; a protective cover (632) is arranged at one end of the product conveyor belt (63) far away from the rack (1);
the driving mechanism (3) is used for driving the product conveying belt (63) to rotate.
