step four, the straightened steel bar enters the rust removing mechanism 5, the third motor 27 is started, the cleaning cylinder 24 drives the wiping sheets 42 to rotate under the transmission of the gear, the steel bar continuously passes through the wiping sheets 42 to generate friction with the wiping sheets, residual rust on the surface is removed, meanwhile, the wiping sheets 42 keep high-speed rotation, and the steel bar is in contact with no dead angle, so that the removal work of an oxide layer is completed;
fifthly, after the surface oxidation layer of the steel bar is treated, the steel bar is lubricated, after the steel bar enters the lubricating mechanism 6, the pressure pump 31 is started, the pressure pump 31 conveys the lubricating liquid in the lubricating liquid storage cavity 29 to the liquid conveying pipe 30, and the lubricating liquid is sprayed by the spray head close to one side of the steel bar, so that the lubricating liquid is attached to the surface of the steel bar, and the surface of the steel bar is lubricated;
and step six, the lubricated steel bars enter the wire drawing mechanism 7, the diameter reduction and the length drawing are realized through the steel bar wire drawing die 33, and finally the steel bars are wound outside the winding mechanism 8.
