The drug injection apparatus of claim 1, wherein: cutting mechanism includes fixed plate (24), electro-magnet (25), lifter plate (26), guide bar (27), solid fixed ring (28), tool bit (29) and extrusion fixed block (30), the inside at shell (4) is fixed in fixed plate (24) and electro-magnet (25), electro-magnet (25) bottom is provided with rather than matched with solid fixed ring (28), and is sliding connection between lifter plate (26) and shell (4).
