the wart grabbing mechanism (1) comprises a shell (11) with a cylindrical structure, a driving rod (12) which axially penetrates through the shell (11) and can slide along the axis direction, a plurality of U-shaped claw plates (13) which are annularly distributed at one end of the driving rod (12), needles (14) fixed on the claw plates (13) and auxiliary arms (15), wherein one end of each auxiliary arm (15) is movably connected with the claw plate (13), and the other end of each auxiliary arm is movably connected with the shell (11);
the cutter cutting device comprises a shell (2), wherein the shell (2) comprises an upper shell (21) and a lower shell (22), the lower shell (22) is in threaded connection with the upper shell (21), one end, far away from the upper shell (21), of the lower shell (22) in the axial direction is of an open structure, and a plurality of cutter operation openings (23) are formed in the side wall of the lower shell (22) in an annular mode;
the shell (11) is coaxially mounted inside an upper shell (21), the claw plate (13), the needle head (14) and the auxiliary arm (15) are all arranged inside the upper shell (21), one end of the driving rod (12) penetrates through and extends out of the upper shell (21), and a spring (17) is arranged between the driving rod (12) and the upper shell (21) to enable the driving rod (12) to be elastically supported;
the adjusting seat fixing seat (5) is movably connected to one end, far away from the upper shell (21), of the lower shell (22);
the cutter (3), the said cutter (3) is placed under the syringe needle (14);
a cutter adjusting seat (4); the cutter adjusting seat (4) comprises an ear plate (41) fixed on the adjusting seat fixing seat (5) and a cutter seat (42) adjustable in angle with the ear plate (41), and the cutter (3) is fixed on the cutter seat (42).
2. The wart removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limit ring (121) is fixedly mounted at one end of the driving rod (12) which is arranged outside the upper shell (21), and a pressing plate (16) is mounted at one end of the driving rod (12) which is far away from the claw plate (13);
handles (24) are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of one end, close to the pressing disc (16), of the upper shell (21).

The wart removing device according to claim 1, wherein the knife holder (42) is provided with a mounting hole (421), the cutter (3) is mounted in the mounting hole (421), the knife holder (42) is in threaded connection with a cutter fixing screw (43) which can abut against the cutter (3), and the knife holder (42) is also in threaded connection with a knife holder fixing screw (44) which can abut against the ear plate (41).
4. The wart resection device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the adjusting seat fixing seat (5) far away from the lower shell (22) is movably connected with a soaked cotton (6), and a fixing ring (61) is arranged between the soaked cotton (6) and the adjusting seat fixing seat (5);

7. The method for using the wart removal device as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, comprising at least the following steps:
s1, thoroughly removing and cleaning dirt and dust on the surface of wart skin of a patient;
s2, applying externally applied anesthetics on the surface and the periphery of the wart body, and waiting for 20min;
s3, adjusting the lower shell (22), clockwise rotating the lower shell (22) and enabling the lower shell (22) to move towards the direction of the pressing disc (16), and rotating the lower shell (22) until the needle end of the needle head (14) is exposed below the lower shell (22);
s4, adsorbing the disinfectant by the absorbent cotton (6), then placing the disinfectant on a wart body, placing the wart body at the axis of the fixing ring (61), and then placing the adjusting seat fixing seat (5) on the fixing ring (61);
s5, grabbing the wart, namely pressing a driving rod (12) towards a lower shell (22), elastically contracting a spring (17) and generating an elastic rebounding acting force, enabling a claw plate (13) and a needle (14) to be unfolded outwards by taking the wart as a center through the driving rod (12), then placing the wart among a plurality of needles (14), stopping pressing the driving rod (12), enabling the spring (17) to rebound elastically, enabling the driving rod (12) to move towards the direction opposite to the pressing direction, enabling the claw plate (13) and the needle (14) to be close to the wart, and pricking the wart into the wart in the process of closing the needle (14) to finish a wart grabbing action;
s6, rotating the lower shell (22) anticlockwise to enable the lower shell (22) and the upper shell (21) to move away from each other and continue to rotate after being abutted against the adjusting seat fixing seat (5), and at the moment, under the tensioning action force of the separation of the lower shell (22) and the upper shell (21), stretching the wart body upwards;
s7, installing the cutter (3), adjusting the cutter adjusting seat (4) to enable the cutter (3) to be arranged below the needle head (14) and at the joint of the wart body and the skin, fixing the cutter (3) on the cutter seat (42) and enabling the tip of the cutter (3) to be inserted into the wart body;
and s8, removing the wart, holding the shell (2) by one hand and rotating the adjusting seat fixing seat (5) by the other hand by three hundred and sixty degrees by an operator, removing the wart, and taking down the device.
