Description

Data assets system and method of medical data
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical informatization, and relates to a data asset transformation system and method for medical data.
Background
With the rise of the informatization technology level of medical institutions, medical data rapidly grows and accumulates. Hospital information management systems (HIS), clinical Information Systems (CIS), laboratory information management systems (LIS), image archiving and communication systems (PACS), radiology Information Systems (RIS), and the like play an important role in medical institutions. However, since the information systems are vertical business systems, and the design and construction of the information systems are oriented to specific business requirements, the medical data are dispersed in different business systems, and it is difficult to perform effective systematic management, maintenance and use on the medical data.
Chinese patent publication CN113793116A discloses a medical database sharing platform and scientific research project management system, which establish a standard database sharing rule and flow by providing the medical database sharing platform and the scientific research project management system, assist in database operation, and promote safe sharing of data resources; and the expert quality control based on the shared database items is provided, and the high-quality sharing of data resources is promoted. However, a large number of manual interaction modes and simple database integration are adopted, and the automatic and large-scale data requirements cannot be flexibly met. Chinese patent publication No. CN114974482A discloses a clinical and scientific research data analysis management system based on medical detection, which realizes the closed loop of data management by data capture and analysis. But only real-time capture and processing is done at the data level. Chinese patent publication CN110335650A discloses a scientific research information sharing platform combining clinical data and a scientific education system, which adopts a layered architecture to comprehensively integrate medical data to form a data center, and realizes effective data sharing in a technical level based on the layered architecture, but does not adopt a method of data directory which is more beneficial to business personnel to use.
