Abstract
The invention provides a device for testing the binding force of a paint layer by a dry adhesive tape method, and belongs to the technical field of surface processing. The device comprises a handle, a pressure comprehensive indicator, a support, a length regulator, a spring, a roller, a spring assembly, a sliding switch, an adhesive tape clamp, a rebound switch and an adhesive tape fixing rod. The invention has novel structure and convenient operation, and can observe the applied rolling pressure; meanwhile, test result differences caused by differences of hand tearing strength, speed and angle of different testers are avoided. The invention has reasonable design, can carry out quantitative and standardized tests and ensure the stability and consistency of test results.

Background
Aircraft painting is the coating of aircraft surfaces with special materials to meet certain protective requirements. Therefore, the paint adhesion is one of the most important inspection indicators of paint performance. At present, most of paint film inspection methods on industrial production lines are dry tape methods. The adhesive tape is rolled at the bonding part by the self weight of the rubber roller. When the examined sample part is not suitable for the roller, the adhesive tape is directly pressed by a finger. After pressing was completed, one end of the tape was pulled and the tape was quickly torn off with a force perpendicular to the surface of the sample. The test area and the adhesive surface of the tape were visually inspected to see whether or not the paint film was peeled off.
The existing method for testing the bonding force of the dry adhesive tape is fully manual operation, and the operations from adhesive tape pasting, compacting and adhesive tape tearing are manually operated by operators. The dynamics of compaction sticky tape, the angle, speed, the dynamics of tearing the sticky tape all receive operator human factor to influence, can't accomplish accurate, unified. Therefore, the device provided by the invention can reduce the influence of human factors in the process of the adhesive tape bonding force inspection method, strictly control the bonding force of a paint film, and greatly improve the accuracy and stability of adhesive tape bonding force inspection.

The spring assembly 10 consists of a spring, an upper snap ring, a lower snap ring and a rebound switch 13; wherein, the spring is sleeved on one branch of the U-shaped support arm 5, the upper end of the spring is fixed on the U-shaped support arm 5 through an upper snap ring, the lower end of the spring is connected with a lower snap ring, and the lower snap ring is matched and locked with a bayonet lock on the U-shaped support arm 5; be equipped with rebound switch 13 and adhesive tape holder 12 on the snap ring down, through pressing rebound switch 13, make snap ring down drive adhesive tape holder 12 and kick-back fast under the effect of spring force, provide a vertically power for the sticky tape.
