Example 1
The paint evidence sampler provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, includes a rotary cutter body 1, a supporting pillar 2 and a handle 3, wherein the rotary cutter body 1 is used for scraping paint, and the rotary cutter body 1 may be made of a hard metal material, for example: can be made of steel. The support column 2 is used for positioning support, the bottom of the support column 2 is a tip, supporting and positioning effects can be better achieved, and the support column 2 can also be made of steel. The rotary cutter body 1 and the support column 2 are both arranged on the bottom surface of the handle 3, and the handle 3 can be made of high polymer materials, for example: nylon has good hand feeling and high strength. Specifically, the bottom of the handle 3 is provided with a blind hole, the tops of the rotary cutter body 1 and the support column 2 are inserted into the blind hole, and the rotary cutter body 1, the support column 2 and the handle 3 can be connected by glue or interference fit to be fixed together, so that the rotary cutter body 1, the support column 2 and the handle 3 form a whole.
In this embodiment, the rotary cutter body 1 is a square cylinder, the bottom of the cylinder is provided with the cutting edge 101, and the square cylinder is used as the cutter body of the rotary cutter body 1, so that the strength is high, and the rotary cutter body is not broken in the process of extracting paint.
In this embodiment, the facet of cutting edge 101 is the arcwall face of sinking to cylinder inside, and the paint sample can better be cut to the arcwall face, and the risk of cutting process sample rupture can be reduced as far as to the arcwall face structure.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the bottom edge of the edge surface of the blade 101 is a straight edge or an arc-shaped edge that is concave inwards, and the arc-shaped edge can better cut a sample. The proximal edge 102 of the side of the bottom surface of the rotary cutter body 1 which is closer to the support post 2 has a shorter length than the distal edge 103 of the bottom surface of the rotary cutter body 1 which is further from the support post 2, so that it is easier to cut a sample when the sample is rotationally cut.
The bottom surface of the rotary cutter body 1 may be perpendicular to the side surface, as shown in fig. 5, or the bottom surface of the rotary cutter body 1 is an inclined surface, and may be a side surface opposite to the cutting surface of the blade 101, that is, an included angle between the left side surface of the rotary cutter body 1 is an obtuse angle, so that when a sample is cut, the contact area between the bottom surface of the rotary cutter body 1 and a sample extraction object is reduced, and the friction force when the sample is cut is reduced, thereby saving labor in operation.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the blade surface of the blade 101 is a bevel surface, and the included angle between the bevel surface and the bottom surface of the cylinder is an acute angle, for example, an angle of 60 °, so that the blade is easier to process and is less prone to tipping during sampling. In this embodiment, the handle 3 includes a handle body 301 and a handle 302, the handle body 301 and the handle 302 are vertically connected to each other, and the rotary cutter body 1 and the support column 2 are both disposed on the bottom surface of the handle body 301.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the handle 301 and the handle 302 are both cylinders, and both are T-shaped, and the handle 301 is a square cylinder, so as to facilitate installation of the rotary cutter body 1 and the support column 2; the handle 302 may be a cylinder for easy grasping.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, handle 302 may be cross-shaped to better control the sampler by hand.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the handle 301 is a cylinder, as shown in fig. 8, the handle 302 is a disk, and the cylinder is vertically disposed below the disk, specifically, in the middle of the disk; further, as shown in fig. 9, the side wall of the disc is provided with a curved surface, so that the disc can be held by hand more comfortably and can also be used for better force application.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the paint evidence sampler further includes a box sleeve 4, the box sleeve 4 may be made of a polymer material and has good wear resistance, the box sleeve 4 has an inner cavity and a top opening, and is sleeved outside the rotary cutter body 1 and the support column 2, so that the rotary cutter body 1 and the support column 2 can be protected when the sampler is not used, and the rotary cutter body 1 and the support column 2 can be prevented from injuring other objects or people. In specific application, the upper part of the box sleeve 4 is sleeved on the handle body 301, the rotary cutter body 1 and the support column 2 are wrapped in the inner cavity of the rotary cutter body, the inner wall of the box sleeve 4 is tightly attached to the handle body 301 and mutually extruded, and the box sleeve 4 can be prevented from falling off from the handle body 301.
When the paint evidence sampler is used, the handle 3 is held by a hand, the box sleeve 4 is taken down, the conical tip point of the bottom cone of the support column 2 is fixed near the part to be sampled, and the distance from the tip point to the sampling part ensures that the rotary cutter body 1 can rotatably cut the paint on the sampling part. The rotary cutter body 1 is put on a part to be sampled, the rotary cutter body 1 is rotated downwards and forwards with proper force by taking the point of the conical tip as a supporting point, and a paint sample with complete layers and large relative block type can be cut off in a rotary manner. The paint physical evidence sampler of this implementation easy operation, it is low to operation sampling personnel sampling skill and strength requirement.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
