It should be noted that: in this embodiment, the restraint strap set 61 and the pull wire 622 are commercially available elastic ropes;
the working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
two LNG liquefied gas pipelines to be connected are connected through a quick connection assembly 4, the two LNG liquefied gas pipelines are respectively connected with a quick connection unit 41 on a quick connection joint, after the LNG liquefied gas pipelines are respectively inserted into connecting pipes 411 of the two quick connection joints, clamping claws 412 arranged inside the connecting pipes 411 clamp the LNG liquefied gas pipelines to realize quick connection, after connection, guide sleeves 414 lock the clamping claws 412, and the two adjacent quick connection joints realize quick clamping through clamping grooves 4210 on a mounting ring 421 and clamping blocks 422;
after the two LNG liquefied gas pipelines are communicated, the connecting pipe body 1 is sleeved outside the liquefied gas pipelines, heat insulation cotton is filled in the connecting pipe body 1, and heat insulation is carried out on the inside of the connecting pipe body 1; the fixing pieces 31 on the fixing component 3 are installed at two ends of the installation shell 12 through threads, the adjusting bolts 322 on the aperture adjusting modules 32 are adjusted according to apertures at two ends of the liquefied gas pipeline, and then the fixing component 3 is tightly attached to the liquefied gas pipeline through a plurality of layers of sealing gaskets 323 arranged inside the installation block 321, so that the two ends of the liquefied gas pipeline are further sealed; after filling, a mounting substrate 21 is mounted on the mounting shell 12, a sealing sleeve assembly 5 and a restraint assembly 6 are mounted on the mounting substrate 21, a sealing sleeve body 51 in the sealing sleeve assembly 5 is movably sleeved at a joint of the LNG liquefied gas pipeline, a fastening lug 52 is arranged on the inner wall of the sealing sleeve body 51 to realize further connection with the LNG liquefied gas pipeline, a pull wire 622 which is connected with an adjusting block 621 and penetrates through the mounting substrate 21 is pulled to contract to penetrate through a restraint belt group 61 which is movably wound on the side wall of the sealing sleeve body 51 by the mounting substrate 21, so that the sealing sleeve body 51 can more tightly surround the LNG liquefied gas pipeline, polyurethane sealant is injected into a third sealing cavity formed by the LNG liquefied gas pipeline and the sealing sleeve body 51 through a feed hole 5200 formed in the fastening lug 52, further sealing is realized, leakage of liquefied natural gas is prevented, and the sealing effect of the joint of the two LNG liquefied gas pipelines is effectively enhanced.
Example 3
The difference from example 1 is: as shown in fig. 12, the mounting ring 421 further includes a first mounting ring 4213, and a second mounting ring 4214 connected to the first mounting ring 4213, where the first mounting ring 4213 includes a first mounting ring body and a sealing groove disposed on the first mounting ring body, and the second mounting ring 4214 includes a second mounting ring body and a sealing strip disposed on the second mounting ring body and corresponding to the sealing groove.
Through the joint of the sealing groove between the first mounting ring 4213 and the second mounting ring 4214 and the sealing strip, the primary sealing of the joint of the two LNG liquefied gas pipelines is realized, and the permeation of liquefied natural gas is reduced primarily.

Claims (10)

1. The sealing structure for connecting LNG liquefied gas pipelines is characterized by comprising a connecting pipe body (1) arranged on two adjacent LNG liquefied gas pipelines and a quick-connection assembly (4) used for connecting the two adjacent LNG liquefied gas pipelines, wherein the quick-connection assembly (4) is positioned in the connecting pipe body (1) and forms a first sealing cavity with the inner wall of the connecting pipe body (1), and a sealing unit (2) is arranged in the first sealing cavity;
the connecting pipe body (1) comprises an external pipe shell (11) and an installation shell (12) arranged inside the external pipe shell (11);
the sealing unit (2) comprises a mounting substrate (21) mounted on the mounting shell (12), a built-in sealing module (22) mounted on the mounting substrate (21), and an external sealing layer (23) used for sealing the built-in sealing module (22); the built-in sealing module (22) comprises a sealing sleeve assembly (5) which can be movably sleeved at the joint of the LNG liquefied gas pipeline, and a constraint assembly (6) which is arranged on the mounting base plate (21) and is used for constraining the distance between the sealing sleeve assembly (5) and the LNG liquefied gas pipeline; a constraint cavity is formed between the sealing sleeve assembly (5) and the mounting substrate (21), and the external sealing layer (23) is arranged in the constraint cavity.
2. A liquefied LNG gas pipeline connection seal structure according to claim 1, wherein a second hermetic chamber is formed between the outer shell (11), the mounting shell (12), and the mounting base plate (21); a heat-insulating packing layer is filled in the second sealing cavity; a threading groove (210) is formed in the inner wall of the mounting substrate (21), and an embedding groove (211) is formed in the inner wall of the mounting substrate (21); the mounting shell (12) is provided with a threading hole (120) corresponding to the threading groove (210); the mounting shell (12) is provided with a filling hole (121).

A sealing structure for LNG liquefied gas pipe connection according to claim 2, characterized in that the restraint assembly (6) comprises a restraint strap group (61) passing through the mounting base plate (21) and capable of being movably wound around the outer side wall of the sealing sleeve assembly (5), and a tightening adjustment assembly (62) for adjusting the degree of contraction of the restraint strap group (61);
the tight-binding adjusting assembly (62) comprises a plurality of adjusting blocks (621) embedded in the embedding grooves (211), and pull wires (622) which are connected with each adjusting block (621) and sequentially penetrate through the threading grooves (210) and the threading holes (120); the restraint band group (61) passes through the adjusting block (621).

The sealing structure for connecting the LNG liquefied gas pipeline according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing assembly (3), wherein the fixing assembly (3) comprises fixing members (31) which can be movably sleeved with both ends of the connecting pipe body (1), and an aperture adjusting module (32) arranged on the fixing members (31); the fixing piece (31) comprises a fixing piece body (311) and connecting pieces (312) which are respectively arranged on the fixing piece body (311) and are used for being connected with the mounting shell (12); the connector (312) is mountable on the mounting housing (12); the aperture adjusting module (32) comprises mounting blocks (321) respectively arranged on the fixing piece (31), a plurality of adjusting bolts (322) respectively arranged on the mounting blocks (321), and a plurality of layers of sealing gaskets (323) arranged inside the mounting blocks (321).

The sealing structure for connecting LNG liquefied gas pipelines according to claim 1, wherein the quick-connection assembly (4) comprises two quick-connection joints which can be respectively connected with two adjacent LNG liquefied gas pipelines in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the quick-connection joint comprises a quick-connection unit (41) and a connection unit (42), wherein one end of the quick-connection unit (41) can be connected with an LNG liquefied gas pipeline, and the connection unit (42) is arranged at the other end of the quick-connection unit (41); the two quick-connection joints are connected with each other through a connecting unit (42).

The LNG liquefied gas pipeline connection sealing structure according to claim 5, wherein the quick connection unit (41) comprises a connection pipe (411), a claw (412) which is arranged on an inner wall of the connection pipe (411) and can clamp the LNG liquefied gas pipeline, a release sleeve (413) which has one end extending into the connection pipe (411) and is clamped on an inner wall of the claw (412), and a guide sleeve (414) which is arranged on an inner wall of the connection pipe (411) and is used for locking the claw (412);
the connecting unit (42) comprises a mounting ring (421) which is sleeved on the connecting end of the quick connecting unit (41) and is provided with a clamping groove (4210), and a clamping block (422) arranged on the clamping groove (4210).

The sealing structure for connecting the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) pipeline according to claim 6, wherein the clamping groove (4210) comprises a clamping groove body (4211) and a limiting groove (4212) communicated with the clamping groove body (4211); the clamping block (422) comprises a clamping block body (4221) corresponding to the clamping groove body (4211) and a limiting block (4222) arranged on the clamping groove body (4211) and corresponding to the limiting groove (4212).

The liquefied natural gas pipeline connection sealing structure according to claim 6, wherein the mounting ring (421) further comprises a first mounting ring (4213), a second mounting ring (4214) connected to the first mounting ring (4213), the first mounting ring (4213) comprises a first mounting ring body and a sealing groove provided on the first mounting ring body, and the second mounting ring (4214) comprises a second mounting ring body and a sealing strip provided on the second mounting ring body and corresponding to the sealing groove.

The sealing structure for the connection of the LNG liquefied gas pipeline as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing sleeve assembly (5) comprises a sealing sleeve body (51) movably sleeved at the joint of the LNG liquefied gas pipeline and forming a third sealing cavity with the LNG liquefied gas pipeline, a plurality of groups of fastening lugs (52) uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the sealing sleeve body (51), and a built-in sealing layer (53) filled in the third sealing cavity.

A sealing structure for LNG liquefied gas pipe connection according to claim 9, wherein the fastening projection (52) comprises two first stabilizing plates (520) symmetrically spaced apart on the inner wall of the seal gland body (51), a second stabilizing plate (521) disposed between the first stabilizing plates (520), and a cover plate (522) disposed on the first stabilizing plate (520) and the second stabilizing plate (521); the first stabilizing plate (520) is provided with a feeding hole (5200), and the first stabilizing plate (520), the second stabilizing plate (521) and the cover plate (522) jointly form a sealed cavity.
