Performance test
The cleaning oils prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 3 of the present application and the cleaning agents of comparative examples 1 and 2 were prepared into samples, and the relevant properties were examined.
1. Stability detection: 100ml of the sample was placed in a clean 250ml wide-mouth glass bottle with no color plug, placed in an oven at 40.+ -. 2 ℃ for 25 hours, taken out, and immediately checked for appearance and smell.
2. Cleaning efficiency detection: according to the cleaning efficiency test method in CAS162-2011 cleaning agent for engine lubricating system, the cleaning oil prepared in the embodiment and the comparative example and the cleaning agent prepared in the comparative example are tested and tested, and the cleaning rate is measured.
3. And (3) detecting corrosiveness: and (3) detecting the corrosiveness of the sample according to the test method in GBT 5096-2017 copper sheet corrosion test method of petroleum products.
4. And (3) universality detection:
preparing 3 screw air compressors with the same type and three different brands of lubricating oil; the three screw air compressors were cleaned with equal amounts of the cleaning oil of example 10 of the present application and comparative examples 1 and 2, respectively;
first test: the three screw air compressors all use the same amount of light-emitting single screw air compressor lubricating oil GN-D60;
second test: equal amount of Jia-duo air compressor oil SX2 with the number of Aircol PD 46 is used in all three screw air compressors; third test: equal amount of Zhuo Lijia-way L-DAB100 screw air compressor oil is used in all three screw air compressors;
the clear liquid after cleaning was collected, and the weight gain was recorded, and the more the weight gain was, the more the oil scale was dissolved under the same amount of conditions, the stronger the cleaning ability was, and the details are shown in table 3.

According to the comparison of the performance detection data of the examples 1-3 and the comparison examples 1 and 2 in the table 2, the cleaning oil prepared by the examples 1-3 has better high-temperature stability, can realize cleaning when equipment works, has stable performance, and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning oil prepared by the examples 1-3 reaches more than 95%, compared with the cleaning efficiency of the comparison examples 1 and 2, the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning oil prepared by the application is obviously improved, which indicates that the cleaning effect of the cleaning oil prepared by the application is better; the cleaning oil copper sheets prepared in examples 1-3 were rated 1a in the corrosion test, i.e., nearly as freshly polished copper sheets; the corrosion grade measured in comparative example 1 is 1b, the corrosion grade measured in comparative example 2 is 2b, the corrosiveness of the cleaning agents in comparative examples 1 and 2 on copper sheets is greater than that of the cleaning oil prepared in examples 1-3 of the application, and further, the cleaning oil prepared in the application is also demonstrated to be capable of greatly reducing the damage to equipment compared with the existing cleaning agent.
The inventor analyzes that the cleaning oil provided by the application adopts alcohol ether solvent as a main agent, butyl acetate as a reinforcing agent, and antioxidant and heavy alkylbenzene as well, and the cleaning oil prepared by combining and compounding the components has extremely strong affinity and relatively high specific gravity to the metal surface of equipment, can be quickly immersed into a gel layer to be stripped from the metal surface, and can be quickly dissolved in a short time; not only can not cause corrosion to the metal surface of the equipment, but also can play a certain role in protection.
In examples 3 to 6, the alcohol ether solvent of the cleaning oil is further limited by the component ratio, and the mass ratio of the ethylene glycol phenyl ether, the ethylene glycol butyl ether and the ethylene glycol propyl ether in the alcohol ether solvent is defined as (1.2-1.5): (0.8-1.2): (0.7-0.9), by the limitation, the glycol phenyl ether, the glycol butyl ether and the glycol propyl ether in the alcohol ether solvent can have better proportion, the three complement each other, the dissolution effect of the alcohol ether solvent on oil dirt is further improved, and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning oil prepared in the embodiments 3-6 is further improved.
In examples 7 to 9, a certain amount of dibutyl phthalate is added on the basis of example 3, and the dibutyl phthalate is well compatible with the heavy alkylbenzene, so that the solubilization of oil dirt is achieved, the cleaning effect of the cleaning oil is further improved, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning oil prepared in examples 7 to 9 is obviously improved compared with that of example 3.
In the embodiment 10, the component proportion of the alcohol ether solvent is limited, and dibutyl phthalate is also added, so that the maximum dissolution effect of each component can be excited under the synergistic cooperation of multiple components, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning oil prepared in the embodiment 10 is optimal.

According to the comparison of the test results of the three tests of the example 10 and the comparative examples 1 and 2 in the table 3, the weight gain of the cleaning oil prepared in the example 10 of the application is the largest in the three tests, while the comparative examples 1 and 2 show different increase amounts in different tests, thus also illustrating the efficient and stable dissolution and cleaning effects of the cleaning oil prepared in the example 10 of the application on the oil scales generated by different types of lubricating oil.
Most of the existing cleaning agents in the market are temporary after-sales products for processing faults, which are produced by manufacturers for producing oil products aiming at own special oil products, and have no universal effect on different oil products. The cleaning oil prepared by the application can effectively remove equipment faults caused by engine oil impurities, can ensure the service life of a machine, can better dissolve oil dirt of various oil agents, and has better universality and better economic value.
