Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for relieving emergency braking of a motor train unit, which includes a loop bypass switch S2, a loop relay R1 and an emergency braking loop;
normally closed contacts of emergency brake handles S1 in each compartment of the motor train unit are sequentially connected in series, a first end of a circuit after series connection is connected with a first end of a normally closed contact of a loop bypass switch S2, a second end of the normally closed contact of the loop bypass switch S2 is connected with a first end of a normally open contact of the loop bypass switch S2, and a coil of a loop relay R1 is connected between a second end of the normally open contact of the loop bypass switch S2 and a second end of a circuit after the normally closed contacts of the emergency brake handles S1 are sequentially connected in series;
the second end of the circuit, which is formed by sequentially connecting the second ends of the normally closed contacts of the loop bypass switch S2 and the normally closed contacts of the emergency brake handles S1 in series, is connected with a first power supply device;
the emergency braking loop is used for controlling the braking of the motor train unit when the coil of the loop relay R1 is powered off, and the braking of the motor train unit is relieved when the coil of the loop relay R1 is powered on.
In consideration of the fact that passengers do not have the right to restore the emergency brake handle S1 to the non-triggered state in the prior art, when the passengers trigger the emergency brake handle S1 by mistake, workers in the motor train unit need to go to the compartment where the emergency brake handle S1 is triggered to restore the emergency brake handle S1 to the non-triggered state after confirming that the motor train unit is really abnormal, so that braking of the motor train unit is relieved, the whole process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the operation order of the motor train unit can be influenced.
The function of realizing braking or relieving braking of the motor train unit based on the state of the emergency brake handle S1 in the motor train unit is realized by the cooperation of an emergency alarm loop and an emergency brake loop. The loop bypass switch S2 and the loop relay R1 belong to an emergency alarm loop, the emergency alarm loop has the main function of controlling whether a coil of the loop relay R1 is electrified or not based on the state of an emergency brake handle S1, and the emergency brake loop has the main function of controlling whether the motor train unit is braked or the motor train unit is relieved to brake based on the electrified state of the coil of the loop relay R1.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for relieving emergency braking of a motor train unit provided by the invention. When a passenger triggers the emergency brake handle S1 by mistake, the normally closed contact of the emergency brake handle S1 on the emergency alarm loop is disconnected, when the loop bypass switch S2 is not triggered, the normally closed contact of the loop bypass switch S2 connected with the normally closed contact of the emergency brake handle S1 in series is continuously kept closed, the normally open contact of the loop bypass switch S2 is kept disconnected, the coil of the loop relay R1 in the emergency alarm loop is in a power-off state, and when the emergency brake loop detects that the coil of the loop relay R1 in the emergency alarm loop is in the power-off state, the motor train unit is controlled to brake. When workers in the motor train unit know that the emergency brake handle S1 is triggered by passengers by mistake and want to relieve braking of the motor train unit, the workers can trigger the loop bypass switch S2, the normally closed contact of the loop bypass switch S2 connected with the normally closed contact of the emergency brake handle S1 in the emergency alarm loop is disconnected, the normally open contact of the loop bypass switch S2 is closed, so that the first power supply device can supply power to the coil of the loop relay R1, and the coil of the loop relay R1 is in a power-on state, so that the emergency brake loop can relieve braking of the motor train unit. Therefore, when the brake of the motor train unit is relieved by workers, the workers do not need to go to the compartment triggered by the emergency handle of the passenger, the time and the labor are saved in the process of relieving the brake of the motor train unit, and the loop bypass switches S2 can be arranged in the power distribution cabinets at the two ends of the motor train unit to further relieve the work load of the workers.
In the present application, the specific circuit configuration of the emergency brake loop is not particularly limited, and the emergency brake loop may have a function of controlling braking of the motor train unit when the coil of the loop relay R1 is powered off, and releasing braking of the motor train unit when the coil of the loop relay R1 is powered on.
In conclusion, the invention provides a device for relieving emergency braking of a motor train unit, which comprises a loop bypass switch S2, a loop relay R1 and an emergency braking loop, wherein when a passenger triggers an emergency braking handle S1 by mistake, a coil of the loop relay R1 is powered off, and the emergency braking loop controls the motor train unit to brake emergently after detecting that the coil of the loop relay R1 is powered off; and the mechanic determines that after the emergency brake handle S1 is triggered by mistake, the passenger triggers the loop bypass switch S2 to close the normally open contact of the loop bypass switch S2, so that the coil of the loop relay R1 is electrified, and the emergency brake loop detects that the coil of the loop relay R1 is electrified, so that the brake of the motor train unit is relieved. Therefore, when the passenger triggers the emergency brake handle S1 by mistake, a mechanic does not need to go to the compartment triggered by the emergency brake handle S1 to manually restore the emergency brake handle S1 to the state when the emergency brake handle S1 is not triggered, time and labor are saved, and the normal operation of the motor train unit is not influenced for a long time.

as a preferred embodiment, the emergency braking loop comprises an emergency braking relay R2 and an emergency braking control device;
a normally open contact of the loop relay R1 is connected with a coil of the emergency braking relay R2 in series, and two ends of a circuit after the circuit is connected with the second power supply device;
the emergency brake control device is used for controlling the motor train unit to brake when detecting that the normally open contact of the emergency brake relay R2 is opened, and relieving the brake of the motor train unit when detecting that the normally open contact of the emergency brake relay R2 is closed.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of another device for relieving emergency braking of a motor train unit provided by the invention. The embodiment provides a specific implementation circuit of an emergency braking loop, and the emergency braking loop comprises an emergency braking relay R2 and an emergency braking control device. Specifically, loop relay R1 ' S in the emergency warning loop normally open contact and emergency brake relay R2 ' S coil are established ties, consequently loop relay R1 ' S coil is in the power failure state after emergency brake handle S1 is triggered, loop relay R1 ' S normally open contact is the off-state, consequently emergency brake relay R2 ' S coil also is in the power failure state, emergency brake relay R2 ' S normally open contact disconnection, emergency brake controlling means controls EMUs braking when detecting emergency brake relay R2 ' S normally open contact disconnection. When workers in the motor train unit trigger the loop bypass switch S2, the coil of the loop relay R1 in the emergency alarm loop is electrified, the normally open contact of the loop relay R1 in the emergency brake loop is closed, therefore, the coil of the emergency brake relay R2 is electrified to enable the normally open contact of the emergency brake relay R2 to be closed, and the emergency brake control device relieves the braking of the motor train unit when detecting that the normally open contact of the emergency brake relay R2 is closed.
