the adjusting rod is rotatably connected with the fixing plate, a thread structure is arranged on the adjusting rod, and the thread structure is two sections of threads with opposite rotation directions;
the adjusting nuts are in threaded connection with the adjusting rods;
the support frameworks are annularly arranged around the adjusting rod;
the connecting rods correspond to the supporting frameworks, one ends of the connecting rods are hinged to the adjusting nuts, and the other ends of the connecting rods are hinged to the supporting frameworks.
According to the conveniently-installed dust removing device, the adjusting nuts are provided with a plurality of hinged arms corresponding to the plurality of supporting frameworks, and the connecting rods are hinged to the hinged arms.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides a dust removing device which is easy to install. The filter bag support part 2 includes: the device comprises a fixing plate 21, an adjusting rod 22, a plurality of adjusting nuts 24, a plurality of supporting frameworks 23, a plurality of connecting rods 25 and a bottom plate 27. The fixing plate 21 is fixedly connected with the card 14, and the filter bag is crimped on the card 14 by the fixing plate 21; one end of the adjusting rod 22 is rotatably connected with the fixing plate 21, with reference to fig. 13, the adjusting rod 22 is provided with an annular protrusion 221, the annular protrusion 221 is sleeved on the fixing plate 21, it is ensured that the adjusting rod 22 can be rotatably connected with the fixing plate 21, meanwhile, the axial movement of the adjusting rod 22 is limited, the other end of the adjusting rod 22 is rotatably connected with the bottom plate 27, and the diameter of the bottom plate 27 is determined according to actual requirements; the fixed plate 21 is provided with an avoiding space 211 for sleeving the adjusting rod 22; the adjusting rod 22 is provided with a thread structure, an adjusting nut 24 is in threaded connection with the adjusting rod 22, and a supporting framework 23 is arranged around the adjusting rod 22 in a surrounding mode; the connecting rod 25 corresponds to the supporting framework 23, one end of the connecting rod 25 is hinged to the adjusting nut 24, and the other end of the connecting rod 25 is hinged to the supporting framework 23. The supporting framework 23 is provided with a hinged seat 231 corresponding to the connecting rod 25, and the connecting rod 25 is hinged with the hinged seat 231. The adjusting nut 24, the connecting rod 25 and the supporting framework 23 form a quadrilateral structure. When the adjusting rod 22 is rotated, the supporting frame 23 is pre-fixed by external force, and when the adjusting rod 22 rotates relative to the fixing plate 21, the adjusting nut 24 moves up and down on the adjusting rod 22, thereby realizing outward movement of the supporting frame 23. The support framework 23 can be fixed in a handheld mode in advance, and when the adjusting rod 22 rotates, the support framework 23 can be circumferentially fixed by means of self resistance due to the fact that the friction force between the support framework 23 and the filter bag is gradually increased. The bottom plate 27 is located at the bottom of the filter bag, and the bottom plate 27 is subjected to large rotation resistance due to friction force between the bottom plate and the filter bag, so that the bottom plate 27 is kept relatively fixed, when the adjusting rod 22 is rotated, the bottom plate 27 does not rotate at a large angle, and the supporting framework 23 gradually moves outwards when the adjusting rod 22 rotates.
The outer side of the box body 1 is also fixedly connected with an air bag 15, and the air bag 15 is communicated with the pulse back blowing device 3 and used for providing compressed gas.

Further, the thread structure is two threads with opposite screwing directions, and the two threads with opposite screwing directions enable the adjusting nuts 24 on the two threads to move towards or away from each other, so that the supporting framework 23 is enabled to expand horizontally and outwards.
Referring to fig. 12, further, the adjusting nut 24 is provided with a plurality of hinge arms 241 corresponding to the plurality of support frames 23, and the connecting rod 25 is hinged to the hinge arms 241. When the adjusting nuts 24 are guaranteed to move, all the supporting frameworks 23 move simultaneously, concentricity of the supporting frameworks 23 is guaranteed, and the supporting frameworks 23 are prevented from being eccentric with the mounting holes.
Referring to fig. 5, further, one of the supporting frames 23 corresponds to at least two adjusting nuts 24, and at least two adjusting nuts 24 are respectively located on the threads with different turning directions to ensure that the adjusting nuts 24 move towards or away from each other.
Referring to fig. 6, further, the fixing plate 21 is provided with a ventilation hollow structure for negative pressure dust collection and pulse gas passing.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 13, further, a limiting plate 213 is slidably connected to the fixing plate 21, the adjusting rod 22 is provided with a limiting structure 222 corresponding to the limiting plate 213, and the limiting plate 213 can fix the limiting structure 222. The limiting plate 213 can limit the rotation of the adjusting lever 22, and ensure that the adjusting lever 22 is fixed after being adjusted to a proper position.
Referring to fig. 15, further, a rack structure 2131 is disposed on a surface of the limiting plate 213, the limiting structure 222 is a gear structure, and the limiting plate 213 realizes fixing of the adjusting rod 22 through cooperation of the rack structure 2131 and the gear structure.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, further, the limit plate 213 is elastically connected to the fixing plate 21. A spring is provided between the stopper plate 213 and the fixing plate 21, and the stopper plate 213 abuts against the adjustment lever 22 via the spring to prevent the adjustment lever 22 from rotating freely.
Further, the shape of the rack structure 2131 on the limiting plate 213 is an arc, and the arc rack structure 2131 is adapted to the gear structure. Arc rack structure 2131 is bigger with gear structure laminating area, and is fixed more firm. The number of the limiting plates 213 is 2, the limiting plates 213 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the adjusting rod 22, the two limiting plates 213 are oppositely arranged, and the two limiting plates 213 are abutted against the adjusting rod 22.
Further, the fixing plate 21 is provided with a mounting groove 212 corresponding to the limiting plate 213, and the limiting plate 213 is slidably connected to the mounting groove 212 to realize the horizontal movement of the limiting groove.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, further, a self-locking block 26 is slidably connected to the fixing plate 21, the limiting plate 213 is located inside the self-locking block 26, a locking plate 261 and a releasing post 262 are disposed on the self-locking block 26, the self-locking block 26 has a hollow structure inside, and the self-locking block 26 is sleeved outside the adjusting rod 22. The locking plate 261 is located at the lower portion of the self-locking block 26, and the release post 262 is located above the locking plate 261. The release column 262 is located between the two limit plates 213, the two sides of the upper portion of the release column 262 are provided with inclined plane structures, the inclined plane structures can abut against the limit plates 213, when the self-locking block 26 moves downwards, the inclined plane structures support the two limit blocks 213 outwards, and the limit blocks 213 are separated from the adjusting rod 22. The locking disc 261 is provided with an annular boss structure, when the limiting plate 213 abuts on the adjusting rod 22, the inner diameter of the annular boss structure is matched with the outer diameter of the limiting plate 213, so that the limiting plate 213 can be fixed by the annular boss structure, when the self-locking block 26 moves upwards, the limiting plate 213 abuts on the adjusting rod 22 under the action of the spring, the limiting plate 213 is fixed by the annular boss structure, the locking effect of the limiting plate 213 is increased, and the adjusting rod 22 is prevented from rotating. Annular boss structure height dimension on the locking dish 261 cooperates with the size of inclined plane structure on the release post 262, guarantees that when the limiting plate 213 descends from locking piece 26, the inclined plane structure outwards expands, annular boss structure does not play the interference effect, and when the locking piece 26 ascended, limiting plate 213 kick-backed, the inclined plane structure does not play the interference effect, guarantees the normal expansion and the locking of stopper 213. When the self-locking block 26 moves up and down, the automatic locking and releasing of the adjusting rod 22 are realized through the matching of the locking disc 261, the releasing column 262 and the limiting plate 213.
Further, a spring is arranged between the self-locking block 26 and the fixing plate 21, and the spring jacks up the self-locking block 26, so that in a normal state, the limiting plate 213 is locked by the locking disc 261, and the fixing of the adjusting rod 22 is realized.
Referring to fig. 14, further, for convenience of installation and transportation, the fixing plate 21 may be installed in a splicing manner, that is: the fixing plate 21 is divided into a plurality of parts according to actual conditions, and the plurality of parts are assembled and fixed through bolts to form a complete fixing plate 21. In the transportation process, the fixing plate 21, the adjusting rod 22, the adjusting nuts 24, the supporting frameworks 23 and the connecting rods 25 are disassembled for transportation, so that the occupied space for transportation is reduced, and the transportation cost is reduced.
