The working principle is as follows: when the three-way pipe body 6 is used, when the three-way pipe body 6 is clamped, the port located below the three-way pipe body is placed between the two spreading arc blocks 509, then the three-way pipe body 6 is extruded, the connecting spring 505 is stretched passively, the port located below the three-way pipe body 6 is slowly pressed between the two spreading arc blocks 509, the supporting arc rods 504 support the outer side below the three-way pipe body 6, then the adjusting hydraulic cylinder 507 drives the clamping attachment plate 506 to clamp the upper side of the three-way pipe body 6, the upper side and the lower side of the three-way pipe body 6 are quickly limited, after the limitation of the three-way pipe body 6 is completed, the short pipe of an infusion apparatus is screwed into one end of the three-way pipe body 6, after the assembly is completed, the locking ring 802 is sleeved on the outer side of the three-way pipe body 6 close to the short pipe of the infusion apparatus, then the two locking rings 802 are connected through the locking bolt 806 and the locking nut 804, and simultaneously, the hose connected with the short pipe of the infusion apparatus passes through the plurality of supporting frames 202 on the inner side of the mounting ring 201, then the extrusion saccule 7 is sleeved on the outer side of the port below the three-way pipe body 6, then the sealing connecting cylinder 9 is pressed into the extrusion saccule 7 and the outer side of the port, finally a plurality of elastic extrusion ropes 10 are sleeved on the outer side of the port, the connection between the extrusion saccule 7 and the three-way pipe body 6 is realized through the sealing connecting cylinder 9 and the elastic extrusion ropes 10, after the assembly is completed, the hydraulic cylinder 507 drives the clamping attachment plate 506 to move to the uppermost direction, the support arc rods 504 at the two ends are manually pulled, so that the connecting spring 505 is stretched to the maximum, then the three-way pipe body 6 is pushed upwards, so that the port below the three-way pipe body 6 is separated from the support arc blocks 509, finally the three-way pipe body 6 is moved out from the end close to the sealing ring 3, the assembly between the three-way pipe body 6 and the short pipe is realized, when the three-way pipe body 6 and the short pipe after the assembly are put into use, the micro driving motor 812 and the adsorption pump 815 are started, the micro driving motor 812 drives the hollow rotating ring 811 to rotate through the rotating shaft 807, thereby driving each pushing block 810 to push the short pipe towards the direction of the three-way pipe body 6, the side effect driven by the impact force of liquid is offset, the firmness of the connection between the three-way pipe body 6 and the short pipe is ensured, meanwhile, the adsorption pump 815 adsorbs the outer side of the short pipe through an adsorption hole 817 on the hollow adsorption block 814, thereby when the pushing block 810 pushes the short pipe, the adsorption and the rotation driving force are added, so that the pushing effect is better, the hollow rotating ring 811 and the structure on the outer side of the hollow rotating ring 811 below also play a supporting effect on the short pipe, the influence of the self weight of the short pipe on the firmness of the connection between the three-way pipe body 6 and the short pipe of the infusion apparatus is reduced, in the using process, if the liquid cannot be delivered due to blockage of the fallopian tube, the liquid is pushed by pressing the extrusion balloon 7, the liquid inside the extrusion balloon 7 is driven by the pressing force to push the liquid in the tee pipe body 1101, the extrusion spring 1105 is pulled, the extrusion of the lower extrusion balloon 1102, and the most of the extrusion balloon is ensured, and the extrusion part moves towards the dredging effect of the fallopian tube, and the extrusion balloon 1102.
