Abstract
The invention discloses a composite herbicide composition containing haloxyfop-methyl, which comprises haloxyfop-methyl, diflufenican and plant source components, wherein the plant source components are tartary buckwheat-ageratum extract, and the preparation method of the plant source components comprises the following steps: washing whole plant of herba Cirsii, cutting into pieces, grinding radix Et rhizoma Fagopyri Tatarici into powder, mixing the powder and pieces to obtain raw material mixture, adding deionized water into the raw material mixture, extracting in water bath at 65+ -5deg.C for 4-5 hr, air cooling to room temperature after extraction, solid-liquid separating, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain the plant source component. The compound herbicide disclosed by the invention has a good control effect on weeds, is simple in preparation process, and solves the problem of poor weeding effect of a single herbicide. The compounded herbicide composition acts on weeds in different modes, improves the weeding effect, reduces the drug resistance of the weeds, and is particularly suitable for removing annual grassy weeds in fields.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of herbicides, in particular to a composite herbicide composition containing fenpyrad and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pyroxasulfone is a novel isoxazole selective herbicide taking ultralong chain fatty acid as a target, and after being absorbed by weed roots and buds, the halofop-butyl is destroyed to inhibit the growth of weeds, and the control spectrum is similar to that of chloroacetamides such as acetochlor, metolachlor and the like, so that the herbicide can effectively prevent and remove grasses and broadleaf weeds and has the advantages of low consumption, high activity, long lasting period and the like. Diflufenican (Picolinafen) is a picolinamide structural compound, which is an herbicide originally developed by basf corporation. The medicine has good inhibiting and preventing and killing effects on various annual grassy weeds and broadleaf weeds including Lala vine, wild violet, large ear Myrtae, etc. The mechanism of action after administration is: the diflufenican can inhibit the synthesis of carotenoid, and the activity of phytoene desaturase in weeds is inhibited, so that cell chlorophyll of the weeds is destroyed and broken, and finally the weeds die. The diflufenican has the advantages of high weeding performance, long acting time, small toxic and side effects on crops, multiple applicable crop types and the like, so that good sales are kept all the time since the diflufenican is marketed, and the market application and development prospects are wide. Plant-derived herbicides are one of the current directions of herbicide development, and more than 30 families of plants in the world have been found to contain nearly hundred natural compounds with herbicidal activity, and some of them have been developed into natural herbicides and have been patented and popularized.
The combined use of two or more herbicidal agents to synergistically enhance the overall herbicidal efficacy is a common technical means in the art, for example CN113100244a discloses a herbicide composition having a broad herbicidal spectrum and an remarkable weed control effect, and its use. The quinclorac and the terbutazine with different structure types and action mechanisms are compounded for use, so that the medicine property counteraction or other side effects can not occur, but also has obvious synergistic effect, and the preventing and killing effect of the two components on annual and perennial gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds can be improved to a greater extent; as another example, CN112806377a discloses a herbicide composition containing clopyralid and saflufenacil and application thereof, the active ingredients of the herbicide composition are clopyralid and saflufenacil, the mass ratio of the clopyralid to the saflufenacil is 1:5-5:1, and the herbicide composition and auxiliary agents and/or fillers allowed on pesticides are prepared into corresponding dosage forms for preventing and removing water from peanuts. The composition of the invention has obvious synergism on preventing and killing the water hyacinth in the proportion range. Therefore, a solution for combining two or more herbicides to increase the herbicide properties has become one of important research and development directions in the art.
Disclosure of Invention

Field test
Corn fields are taken as study subjects, and weeds are barnyard grass. 10 days before corn planting, the suspension herbicides prepared in each example and comparative example were sprayed in the respective corresponding test fields, and the dosage was 100ga.i./ha. Weed control was investigated 40 days after the application of the drugs, 3 points on the diagonal of each test field were sampled, and 0.5m each point 2 Fresh weight of the non-withered barnyard grass in the test field is investigated, and accordingly, the control effect is calculated, and the same amount of clear water is used as a blank control group. Control = (fresh weight of weeds in the blank control group-fresh weight of weeds in the test field)/fresh weight of weeds in the blank control group x 100%, and the results are shown in table 1.
As can be seen from Table 1, the compound herbicide provided by the invention has good control effect on weeds, and is characterized in that the relative quantity of barnyard grass in the crop field is obviously reduced after 40 days of application. The comparative example 4 and each comparative example show that the plant source component of the invention obviously has an accelerating effect on the weeding effect of the haloxyfop-methyl and diflufenican composite herbicide, and the weeding effect of the herbicide compounded by the haloxyfop-methyl and diflufenican is relatively poor.
