The telescopic mechanism 20 comprises a bolt 21 and a lock catch 22, the bolt 21 and the lock catch 22 are both located in the accommodating space 11, the lock catch 22 is connected with the tray body 10, and the bolt 21 is movable relative to the tray body 10, because the lock catch 22 can be matched with the second end of the bolt 21 and lock the second end of the bolt 21, the bolt 21 can be moved, so that the second end of the bolt 21 moves towards the direction close to the lock catch 22, the bolt 21 can be locked by the lock catch 22, and the first end of the bolt 21 retracts into the through hole; or the locking tongue 21 may be moved so that the second end of the locking tongue 21 moves away from the locking tongue 21, and the first end of the locking tongue 21 extends out of the through hole. As shown in fig. 4 and 6, under the condition that the lock tongue 21 moves to the first position, the lock tongue 21 extrudes the elastic sheet 31, at this time, the elastic sheet 31 is in a deformation state, the elastic sheet 31 can drive the hook 32 to move, so that at least part of the hook 32 extends out of the opening 12, the part of the hook 32 extending out of the opening 12 can be clamped with the fixing part 201, so that the tray body 10 is fixed relative to the server case 200, thereby avoiding the situation that the tray body 10 is inside the server case, the server case 200 shakes under the action of external force, and the phenomenon that the tray body 10 breaks away from the server case 200 occurs.
As shown in fig. 2, when the latch bolt 21 moves to the second position, the latch bolt 21 is separated from the elastic sheet 31, at this time, the elastic sheet 31 returns to the original state, and the elastic sheet 31 drives the portion of the hook 32 extending out of the opening 12 to retract, so that the hook 32 is separated from the fixing portion 201, and thus the fixing of the tray body 10 can be cancelled, and the tray body 10 can move relative to the server chassis 200, i.e., the tray body 10 can be pulled out from the server chassis 200.
It should be noted that, under the condition that the telescoping mechanism 20 includes the lock tongue 21 and the lock catch 22, and the number of the telescoping mechanisms 20 is 2, the fixing structures 30 may be disposed at 2 telescoping mechanisms 20, and each lock tongue 21 moves to press 1 elastic sheet 31, so that 1 elastic sheet 31 deforms.
In addition, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the inner wall of the accommodating space 11 may have a mounting surface 101, the elastic sheet 31 is connected to the mounting surface 101, and a preset included angle is formed between a plane where the elastic sheet 31 is located and the mounting surface 101, and when the latch 21 moves relative to the tray body 10, the size of the preset included angle changes; under the condition that the lock tongue 21 moves to the first position, the numerical value of the preset included angle is a first numerical value; under the condition that the lock tongue 21 moves to the second position, the numerical value of the preset included angle is a second numerical value; wherein the first value is less than the second value.

The first direction is a direction from the lock tongue 21 to the lock catch 22, the second direction is opposite to the first direction, and the second direction is a direction from the lock catch 22 to the lock tongue 21. When the locking bolt 21 moves in the first direction, the locking bolt 21 moves close to the lock catch 22, that is, the locking bolt 21 moves in a direction of retracting inwards the through hole; when the latch bolt 21 moves in the second direction, the latch bolt 21 moves away from the lock catch 22, i.e. the latch bolt 21 moves in a direction extending outward from the through hole.
It should be noted that a preset included angle is formed between the plane where the elastic piece 31 is located and the mounting surface 101, and the size of the preset included angle changes when the lock tongue 21 presses the elastic piece 31 to deform the elastic piece 31, for example, the larger the size of the preset included angle is, the larger the deformation amount generated by the elastic piece 31 when the lock tongue 21 presses the elastic piece 31 is. It should be further noted that, as shown in fig. 5, the elastic sheet 31 may be "U" shaped, that is, the elastic sheet 31 has two support rods extending in a preset direction, and the lock tongue 21 abuts against the two support rods of the "U" shaped elastic sheet 31 in the moving process, so that the elastic sheet 31 is deformed by applying force to the two support rods, and compared with the rectangular elastic sheet 31, the elastic sheet 31 can be deformed by a smaller force, which is convenient for operation. Or, the elastic sheet 31 may also be "L" shaped or "I" shaped, that is, the elastic sheet 31 has a supporting rod extending in a preset direction, and the bolt 21 abuts against one supporting rod of the elastic sheet 31 in the moving process, so as to apply force to the one supporting rod to deform the elastic sheet 31, thereby further reducing the force required to deform the elastic sheet 31. In addition, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the second end of the elastic sheet 31 may be provided with a connecting piece 33, the connecting piece 33 is connected with the inner wall of the accommodating space 11, and the connecting piece 33 is located between the locking tongue 21 and the inner wall of the accommodating space 11.
Because the second end of the elastic sheet 31 is provided with the connecting piece 33, the elastic sheet 31 can be connected through the connecting piece 33, so that the connection between the elastic sheet 31 and the inner wall of the accommodating space 11 is stable. The connecting piece 33 is located between the lock tongue 21 and the inner wall of the accommodating space 11, so that when the lock tongue 21 moves relative to the tray body 10, the lock tongue 21 can move towards the surface of the lock tongue 21 against the connecting piece 33, and the lock tongue 21 can press the elastic sheet 31 in the moving process, so that the elastic sheet 31 can move along the hook 32.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the connection between the elastic sheet 31 and the connecting member 33, and the connecting member 33 is used to connect the elastic sheet 31 and the inner wall of the accommodating space 11, the elastic sheet 31 and the connecting member 33 may be manufactured in an integrated manner, that is, the elastic sheet 31 and the connecting member 33 are integrated, and both the elastic sheet 31 and the connecting member 33 have elasticity. The fixing structure 30 is an elastic protrusion, the elastic protrusion is disposed on a surface of the tray body 10 away from the accommodating space 11, that is, the elastic protrusion is disposed on an outer surface of the tray body 10, and the outer surface of the tray body 10 is a surface of the tray body 10 facing the server chassis 200, such as a surface of the first side plate 15 facing the server chassis 200, or a surface of the second side plate 16 facing the server chassis 200. Alternatively, the elastic protrusion is also used to be separated from the fixing portion 201 when the retractable mechanism 20 is in the extended state, that is, the elastic protrusion can be separated from the fixing portion 201 when the retractable mechanism 20 is in the extended state, at this time, the elastic protrusion can release the fixing of the tray body 10, and at this time, the retractable mechanism 20 can be operated to pull out the tray body 10 from the server chassis 200.
That is, a user can push the tray body 10 along the first direction, so that the tray body 10 moves towards the inside of the server chassis 200, and at this time, the server chassis 200 extrudes the elastic protrusions, so that the elastic protrusions deform, so that the tray body 10 can smoothly enter the server chassis 200, the elastic protrusions are clamped with the fixing portions 201, and the elastic protrusions recover to deform to fix the tray body 10; when the user uses the telescopic mechanism 20 to move the tray body 10 along the second direction, the fixing portion 201 extrudes the elastic protrusion, so that the elastic protrusion deforms and moves out of the fixing portion 201, that is, the elastic protrusion is separated from the fixing portion 201, and at this time, the elastic protrusion cancels the fixing of the tray body 10, so that the tray body 10 can move relative to the server chassis 200.
It should be noted that, the distance between the outer surface of the tray body 10 and the server chassis 200 may be small, in order to avoid the small distance between the tray body 10 and the server chassis 200, which may affect the installation of the elastic protrusions, or the installation of the elastic protrusions may make the tray body 10 difficult to enter the server chassis 200, an avoiding groove may be provided on the tray body 10, the elastic protrusions are disposed in the avoiding groove, and the problem that the tray body 10 enters the server chassis 200 to be affected by the arrangement of the avoiding groove is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the tray 100 includes a tray body 10 and a telescopic mechanism 20, the tray body 10 has an accommodating space 11, the telescopic mechanism 20 is installed in the accommodating space 11, and the telescopic mechanism 20 has a contracted state and an extended state. Since the tray body 10 is provided with a through hole connected with the accommodating space 11, the telescopic mechanism 20 provided in the accommodating space 11 can protrude from the accommodating space 11 through the through hole. Under the condition that the telescopic mechanism 20 is in the contracted state, the telescopic mechanism 20 is contracted in the through hole, so that the telescopic mechanism 20 can be positioned in the accommodating space 11, or the telescopic mechanism 20 can be positioned in the accommodating space 11 and the through hole, that is, the telescopic mechanism 20 is positioned in the tray body 10, and at this time, the telescopic mechanism 20 is hidden inside the tray body 10; with the retractable mechanism 20 in the extended state, the retractable mechanism 20 at least partially extends out of the through hole, i.e., the retractable mechanism 20 is at least partially located outside the tray body 10, so that the user can operate the retractable mechanism 20 to pull the tray body 10. That is, the tray 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the retractable mechanism 20, and the retractable mechanism 20 may be hidden in the tray body 10 or the retractable mechanism 20 may at least partially extend out of the tray body 10 when the retractable mechanism 20 is in different states. In a case where at least a portion of the telescopic mechanism 20 is extended outside the tray body 10, the extended portion of the telescopic mechanism 20 may serve as a handle for moving the tray body 10, so that a user may operate the telescopic mechanism 20 to move the tray body 10; when the telescopic mechanism 20 is in the retracted state, the telescopic mechanism 20 is retracted into the through hole and is located inside the accommodating space 11, so that the telescopic mechanism 20 can be hidden.
Therefore, the tray 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be extended out of the tray body 10 in an operable state when the tray body 10 needs to be moved, so that the telescopic mechanism 20 can be used as a handle for a user to move the tray body 10; under the condition that the tray body 10 does not need to be moved, the telescopic mechanism 20 can be operated, so that the telescopic mechanism 20 is in a contraction state and is hidden inside the tray body 10, and the problem that the telescopic mechanism 20 is exposed to influence the operation space of the plug cable can be avoided.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a server chassis 200, where the server chassis 200 includes a server chassis 200 body and the tray 100 in any of the embodiments; the server chassis 200 has a receiving portion, the tray body 10 is slidably connected to the receiving portion, and the retractable mechanism 20 is configured to drive the tray body 10 to move, so that the tray body 10 retracts into the receiving portion, or so that at least a portion of the tray body 10 extends out of the receiving portion.
The server chassis 200 includes a server chassis 200 body and a tray 100, the server chassis 200 body has a receiving portion, and the tray body 10 is slidably connected to the receiving portion, that is, the tray body 10 can slide relative to the receiving portion, so that the tray body 10 is located inside the server chassis 200 body or extends out from inside the server chassis 200 body. The tray 100 includes a retractable mechanism 20, and the retractable mechanism 20 can drive the tray body 10 to move, so that the tray body 10 is retracted into the accommodating portion, as shown in fig. 10, or so that the tray body 10 at least partially extends out of the accommodating portion, as shown in fig. 9.
In addition, in some embodiments, the inner wall of the accommodating portion may be provided with the fixing portion 201, and the tray 100 may further include a fixing structure 30, the fixing structure 30 being provided on the tray body 10; under the condition that the telescopic mechanism 20 is in a contracted state and the tray body 10 is contracted in the accommodating part, the fixing structure 30 is clamped with the fixing part 201, so that the tray 100 is fixed relative to the server chassis 200 body; when the retractable mechanism 20 is in the extended state and the tray body 10 at least partially extends out of the accommodating portion, the fixing structure 30 is separated from the fixing portion 201, so that the tray 100 is movable relative to the server casing 200 body.

Claims (12)

1. A tray is applied to a server case and is characterized by comprising a tray body and a telescopic mechanism, wherein the tray body is provided with an accommodating space, a through hole is formed in the tray body and communicated with the accommodating space, the telescopic mechanism is installed in the accommodating space, and the telescopic mechanism has a contraction state and an extension state;
under the condition that the telescopic mechanism is in a contracted state, the telescopic mechanism is retracted in the through hole; under the condition that the telescopic mechanism is in the stretching state, the telescopic mechanism at least partially extends out of the through hole.
2. The tray of claim 1, wherein the retractable mechanism comprises a latch and a catch, the latch and the catch are both located in the accommodating space, and the catch is connected with the tray body, the catch is used for matching with the second end of the latch and locking the second end of the latch, the latch is movable relative to the tray body so that the first end of the latch extends or retracts from the through hole, and the catch has a locked state and an unlocked state;
under the condition that the telescopic mechanism is in a contraction state, the lock catch is in a locking state, the lock tongue is located at a first position, the second end of the lock tongue is matched with the lock catch, the lock catch locks the second end of the lock tongue, and the first end of the lock tongue is retracted into the through hole;
when the telescopic mechanism is in the stretching state, the lock catch is in the unlocking state, the lock tongue is located at the second position, the second end of the lock tongue is separated from the lock catch, the lock catch releases the lock on the lock tongue, and the first end of the lock tongue extends out of the through hole.
3. The tray of claim 2, wherein the latch is provided with a first opening extending from a first end to a second end of the latch, the first opening is connected with the tray body through a fixing member, the size of the first opening in a preset direction is larger than that of the fixing member, and the first opening is movable relative to the fixing member so that the latch is movable relative to the tray body;
wherein, the preset direction is the direction from the first end of the lock tongue to the second end of the lock tongue.
4. The tray of claim 2, wherein the latch tongue is provided with a second opening, the second opening being located adjacent to the first end of the latch tongue, and wherein at least a portion of the second opening is exposed to the tray body when the latch tongue is in the second position.

The tray of claim 2, wherein the lock catch comprises an accommodating cavity, a clamping piece and an elastic piece are arranged on the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity, the stretching direction of the elastic piece is consistent with the moving direction of the lock tongue, the clamping piece has elasticity, the second end of the lock tongue is provided with a clamping part, and the clamping piece is used for being matched with the clamping part and locking the clamping part;
under the condition that the spring bolt is at the first position, the clamping piece is abutted with the clamping part, the surface of the spring bolt facing the elastic piece is abutted with the elastic piece, and the elastic piece is in a compressed state;
under the condition that the spring bolt is at the second position, the clamping piece is separated from the clamping portion, the surface of the spring bolt facing the elastic piece is separated from the elastic piece, and the elastic piece is in an original state.

The tray according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing structure, wherein the fixing structure is disposed on the tray body, a fixing portion is disposed in the server case, and the fixing structure is used for being clamped with the fixing portion when the telescopic mechanism is in a contracted state, so that the tray body is fixed relative to the server case; under the condition that the telescopic mechanism is in the stretching state, the telescopic mechanism is separated from the fixing part, so that the tray body can move relative to the server case.

The tray of claim 6, wherein the retractable mechanism comprises a latch and a catch, the latch and the catch are both located in the accommodating space, and the catch is connected with the tray body, the catch is used for matching with the second end of the latch and locking the second end of the latch, and the latch is movable relative to the tray body so that the first end of the latch extends out of or retracts into the through hole;
the fixing structure comprises an elastic sheet and a clamping hook, the clamping hook is connected to a first end of the elastic sheet, a second end of the elastic sheet is connected with the inner wall of the accommodating space, an opening is formed in the tray body, and the elastic sheet is used for driving the clamping hook to move, so that at least part of the clamping hook extends out of the opening, or the part of the clamping hook extending out of the opening is retracted;
under the condition that the lock tongue moves to the first position, the lock tongue extrudes the elastic sheet, the elastic sheet is in a deformation state, and the elastic sheet drives at least part of the clamping hook to extend out of the opening so as to clamp the clamping hook and the fixing part;
under the condition that the spring bolt moves to the second position, the spring bolt is separated from the elastic sheet, the elastic sheet is restored to the original state, and the elastic sheet drives the part, extending out of the opening, of the clamping hook to be retracted, so that the clamping hook is separated from the fixing part.
8. The tray according to claim 7, wherein the inner wall of the accommodating space is provided with an installation surface, the elastic sheet is connected with the installation surface, a preset included angle is formed between the plane where the elastic sheet is located and the installation surface, and the size of the preset included angle is changed under the condition that the lock tongue moves relative to the tray body;
under the condition that the lock tongue moves to the first position, the numerical value of the preset included angle is a first numerical value;
under the condition that the lock tongue moves to the second position, the numerical value of the preset included angle is a second numerical value;
wherein the first value is less than the second value.
9. The tray of claim 7, wherein the second end of the spring plate is provided with a connecting piece, the connecting piece is connected with the inner wall of the accommodating space, and the connecting piece is positioned between the lock tongue and the inner wall of the accommodating space.
10. The tray according to claim 6, wherein the fixing structure comprises an elastic protrusion, the elastic protrusion is arranged on the surface of the tray body, which is away from the accommodating space, and under the condition that the telescopic structure is in a contracted state, the elastic protrusion is clamped with the fixing part, and the tray body is fixed relative to the server case;
under the condition that the telescopic structure is in the stretching state, the elastic bulge is separated from the fixing part, and the tray body can move relative to the server case.
11. A server chassis comprising a server chassis body and the tray of any one of claims 1-9;
the server case body is provided with an accommodating part, the tray body is slidably connected with the accommodating part, and the telescopic mechanism is used for driving the tray body to move so as to enable the tray body to retract into the accommodating part or enable at least part of the tray body to extend out of the accommodating part.
12. The server chassis of claim 11, wherein a fixing portion is disposed on an inner wall of the accommodating portion, and the tray further comprises a fixing structure disposed on the tray body;
under the condition that the telescopic mechanism is in a contracted state and the tray body is contracted in the accommodating part, the fixing structure is clamped with the fixing part so that the tray is fixed relative to the server case body;
when the telescopic mechanism is in an extended state and the tray body at least partially extends out of the accommodating part, the fixing structure is separated from the fixing part, so that the tray can move relative to the server case body.
