[ example one ]
Fig. 1 to 7 show a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses an electronic device 100, which is, for example, an antenna device, but the invention is not limited thereto. The electronic device 100 includes a device body 1 and two unlocking type covers 2 detachably mounted on the device body 1. For convenience of describing the embodiment, only one unlocking type cover 2 and its related device body 1 structure will be described in the following description, but the invention is not limited thereto; that is, the number of the unlocking type outer cap 2 may be at least one.
It should be noted that, although the unlocking type cover 2 is described as being associated with the apparatus body 1 in the embodiment, the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown, the unlocking type cover 2 can be used alone (for example, sold) or used in combination with other components. The following will describe the structure of the device body 1 and the unlocking type cover 2 separately, and then the connection relationship between the two will be described in due course.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the apparatus body 1 includes a housing 11, a body 12 disposed in the housing 11, and a connector 13 mounted on the body 12. The housing 11 encloses an accommodating space 111, and the housing 11 has an opening 112 communicating with the accommodating space 111. The body 12 is an electronic component for implementing the operation of the device body 1, such as: the body 12 may include a circuit board and a plurality of electronic components mounted on the circuit board. The connector 13 is disposed in the accommodating space 111 (for example, the connector 13 is mounted on a circuit board), and the position of the connector 13 corresponds to the opening 112 for the cable connector 200 to be plugged.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the cable connector 200 includes two unlocking portions 201a respectively located at two opposite sides (e.g., left and right sides of the cable connector 200 in fig. 4), and the cable connector 200 further includes a plurality of transmission lines 202. The cable connector 200 can be inserted into and locked with the connector 13 to be in a locked position (see fig. 4), such that an operating distance Do between any unlocking portion 201a and an adjacent device body 1 is 1mm to 4mm. The operating distance Do is in the present embodiment in the direction in which the two unlocking portions 201a are aligned.
The unlocking type outer cover 2 has a cover body 21, two mounting portions 22 extending from both ends of the cover body 21, respectively, and two pressing portions 23a extending from the inner surface of the cover body 21. The cover 2 can be detachably fixed (e.g., screwed) to the housing 11 through the two mounting portions 22, so that the cover 21 closes at least a part of the opening 112, at least a part of any one of the pressing portions 23a is located in the accommodating space 111 of the housing 11, and the outer surfaces of the cover 21 and the two mounting portions 22 are preferably aligned with the housing 11.
Further, the operating distance Do is smaller than the finger width of a typical operator, which is not conducive to manually pressing any unlocking portion 201a of the cable connector 200, and thus it is difficult to separate the cable connector 200 from the connector 13. However, in the present embodiment, when the cable connector 200 is in the locking position (as shown in fig. 5), the cover 2 can be pressed against the two unlocking portions 201a of the cable connector 200 by the two pressing portions 23a, so that the cable connector 200 can be adjusted from the locking position to an unlocking position (as shown in fig. 6 and 7) separated from the connector 13.
It should be noted that the unlocking type cover 2 can adjust the cable connector 200 in the locking position to the unlocking position in different structures according to design requirements, and the unlocking type cover 2 is illustrated in the following structure in the embodiment, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the number of the mounting portions 22 may be at least one, and the unlocking type cover 2 can be detachably fixed to the housing 11 through at least one mounting portion 22.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the cover 21 includes a baffle 211 and a shielding plate 212 (substantially vertically) connected to the baffle 211. The two mounting portions 22 are respectively formed by extending from (two ends of) the baffle 211 (for example, the baffle 211 and the two mounting portions 22 together form a flat plate), and the baffle 211 is formed with a wire-placing hole 2111 (located between the two mounting portions 22). When the unlocking type cover 2 is fixed to the housing 11, the accommodating space 111 can be communicated with the outside through the wire placing hole 2111. Furthermore, when the cable connector 200 is inserted into the connector 13 and the locking-type cover 2 is fixed to the housing 11, at least one transmission line 202 of the cable connector 200 passes through the wire-placing hole 2111.
Furthermore, the shielding plate 212 is formed with two crevasses 2121 whose positions respectively correspond to the two pressing portions 23a, and the two pressing portions 23a are arranged opposite to each other and spaced apart; the two pressing portions 23a are arranged substantially in mirror symmetry in the present embodiment, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It should be noted that, although two crevasses 2121 of the shielding plate 212 are illustrated in the embodiment, the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the shielding plate 212 in fig. 4 may be further hollowed out to connect two crevasses 2121 to form at least one crevasse 2121.
In the present embodiment, each of the pressing portions 23a includes a pressing section 231 extending from the inner surface of the shielding plate 212 toward the corresponding crevasse 2121, and an operating section 232 extending from the pressing section 231 and penetrating through the corresponding crevasse 2121. In any one of the pressing portions 23a, the pressing section 231 is substantially U-shaped and has one end connected to the corresponding crevasse 2121 and a portion between the side edges of the adjacent shielding plates 212, and the other end of the pressing section 231 is located at the corresponding crevasse 2121.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, when the cable connector 200 is in the locking position and the unlocking type cover 2 is disposed on the housing 11, the two operation segments 232 can be pressed toward each other, so that the two pressing segments 231 (by being elastically deformed) are clamped between the two unlocking portions 201a, and the cable connector 200 is adjusted from the locking position to the unlocking position.
In order to effectively unlock the cable connector 200 by the two pressing portions 23a of the unlocking type cover 2, the unlocking type cover 2 preferably satisfies the following conditions: the end of any pressing portion 23a far away from the shielding plate 212 (e.g., the bottom end of the pressing section 231 in fig. 5) is separated from the inner surface of the shielding plate 212 by a triggering height H23 of 4mm to 9mm, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In summary, in the electronic device 100 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the unlocking type cover 2 can be installed on the housing 11 to serve as a protection cover, and the unlocking type cover 2 can also serve as a tool for detaching the cable connector 200 from the device body 1; that is, the cover 2 can be unlocked to adjust the cable connector 200 from the locked position to the unlocked position, thereby facilitating the insertion and removal of the device body 1 (e.g., the connector 13) and the cable connector 200.
[ example two ]
Please refer to fig. 8 to 11, which illustrate a second embodiment of the present invention. Since the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, the same parts of the two embodiments are not repeated (e.g. the cable connector 200, the device body 1, the baffle 211 of the cover 21, the two mounting portions 22, the operating distance Do, and the triggering height H23), and the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are substantially as follows:
in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the shielding plate 212 of the cover 21 is not formed with any break 2121, two pressing portions 23a are formed by extending from the inner surface of the cover 21, the two pressing portions 23a are disposed opposite to each other and spaced apart from each other, and the two pressing portions 23a are disposed substantially in mirror symmetry, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Further, each of the pressing portions 23a has a pressing section 231 connected to the baffle 211, and a guiding section 233 extending from the pressing section 231 in a direction away from the baffle 211. In the present embodiment, the two pressing sections 231 are substantially parallel to each other, one ends of the two pressing sections 231 are respectively (vertically) connected to two ends of the baffle 211, and the other ends of the two pressing sections 231 respectively extend in a direction away from each other to form two guiding sections 233.
Accordingly, when the cable connector 200 is inserted into the connector 13 and the unlocking type cover 2 is fixed to the housing 11, the two pressing portions 23a are located in the accommodating space 111 and clamped between the two unlocking portions 201a (by the two pressing sections 231), so that the cable connector 200 is maintained at the unlocking position.
That is, after the cable connector 200 is in the locking position, the unlocking type cover 2 is installed on the housing 11, so that the cable connector 200 is synchronously adjusted to the unlocking position. When the unlocking type cover 2 is mounted to the housing 11, the cable connector 200 in the unlocking position can normally operate with the connector 13; however, when the cable connector 200 needs to be removed from the connector 13, the unlocking type cover 2 can be removed from the housing 11, and the unlocking type cover 2 can also clamp the cable connector 200 to be removed from the apparatus body 1.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the unlocking type outer cover 2 is described by that two pressing sections 231 are respectively clamped between two unlocking portions 201a, but any one of the pressing sections 231 and the connected guiding section 233 may be jointly pressed against the corresponding unlocking portion 201a.
In addition, the two pressing portions 23a of the unlocking type outer lid 2 are described above with reference to the configurations shown in fig. 8 and 9, but the specific configurations of the two pressing portions 23a may be adjusted and changed according to design requirements. For example, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, each of the pressing portions 23a may be connected to the inner surface of the shielding plate 212 vertically, and the cross section of each of the pressing portions 23a (for example, the cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the pressing portion 23 a) is substantially T-shaped.
[ third example ]
Please refer to fig. 12 to 14, which illustrate a third embodiment of the present invention. Since the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, the same parts of the two embodiments are not repeated (e.g. the cable connector 200, the device body 1, the baffle 211 of the cover 21, the two mounting portions 22, the operating distance Do, and the triggering height H23), and the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are substantially as follows:
in the embodiment, the shielding plate 212 of the cover 21 is not formed with any crevasses 2121, and the shielding plate 212 has a pivot portion 2122 away from the baffle 211 and pivoted to the housing 11. The pivotal portion 2122 includes two pivots respectively formed at two corners of the shielding plate 212, and the housing 11 is formed with two shaft holes respectively corresponding to the two pivots, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the pivot part 2122 includes two shaft holes respectively formed at two corners of the shielding plate 212, and the housing 11 is formed with two pivot shafts respectively corresponding to the two shaft holes.
Furthermore, each of the pressing portions 23a is vertically connected to the inner surface of the shielding plate 212, and configured by the shape of each of the pressing portions 23a, so that when the cable connector 200 is in the locking position, the shielding plate 212 can rotate to a predetermined angle range relative to the housing 11, so that the two pressing portions 23a are clamped between the two unlocking portions 201a, and the cable connector 200 is adjusted from the locking position to the unlocking position.
[ example four ]
Please refer to fig. 15 to 17, which illustrate a fourth embodiment of the present invention. Since the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, the same parts of the two embodiments are not repeated (e.g., the device body 1, the baffle 211 of the cover 21, and the two mounting portions 22), and the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are generally described as follows:
in the present embodiment, the cable connector 200 includes one unlocking portion 201b, and the unlocking portion 201b is located on a side of the cable connector 200 adjacent to the opening 112 (e.g., a top side of the cable connector 200 in fig. 15). The cable connector 200 can be in a locking position (e.g., fig. 15 and 16) by being inserted and locked into the connector 13, such that the unlocking portion 201b is separated from the adjacent portion of the device body 1 by an operating distance Do of 1mm to 3mm. It should be noted that the operating distance Do can be adjusted and varied according to design requirements, and is not limited to the technical contents described in the embodiment and the first embodiment; for example, the operating distance Do may be between 1mm and 8mm in the present invention.
Further, the shielding plate 212 of the cover body 21 is not formed with any crevasses 2121, and the number of the pressing portions 23b of the unlocking type cover 2 is one in the present embodiment. The pressing portion 23b is connected to an inner surface portion of the shielding plate 212 away from the shutter 211, and the pressing portion 23b protrudes beyond an edge of the shielding plate 212 away from the shutter 211. Wherein, the triggering height H23 corresponding to the pressing part 23b is between 3.5mm and 5mm. That is, according to the technical contents described in the present embodiment and the first embodiment, the triggering height H23 may be between 3.5mm and 9mm in the present invention.
Accordingly, when the cable connector 200 is in the locking position, the pressing portion 23b of the unlocking type cover 2 can abut against the unlocking portion 201b of the cable connector 200, so that the cable connector 200 is adjusted from the locking position to an unlocking position where the cable connector 200 can be separated from the connector 13. Further, when the cable connector 200 is inserted into the connector 13 and the unlocking type cover 2 is fixed to the housing 11, the pressing portion 23b is located in the accommodating space 111 and abuts against the unlocking portion 201b, so that the cable connector 200 is maintained at the unlocking position.
That is, after the cable connector 200 is in the locking position, the unlocking type cover 2 is installed on the housing 11, so that the cable connector 200 is adjusted to the unlocking position synchronously. When the unlocking type cover 2 is mounted on the housing 11, the cable connector 200 in the unlocking position can normally operate with the connector 13; however, when the cable connector 200 needs to be removed from the connector 13, the unlocking type cover 2 can be removed from the housing 11, and the unlocking type cover 2 can also clamp the cable connector 200 to be removed from the apparatus body 1.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the unlocking type cover 2 may further include two pressing portions 23a described in any one of the first to third embodiments in addition to the pressing portion 23b of the present embodiment, so that the unlocking type cover 2 can be applied to different cable connectors 200.
[ example five ]
Please refer to fig. 18 to 20, which illustrate a fifth embodiment of the present invention. Since the present embodiment is similar to the fourth embodiment, the same parts of the two embodiments are not repeated (e.g. the cable connector 200, the device body 1, the baffle 211 of the cover 21, the two mounting portions 22, the operating distance Do, and the triggering height H23), and the differences between the present embodiment and the fourth embodiment are substantially as follows:
in the embodiment, the shielding plate 212 has a pivot portion 2122 away from the baffle 211 and pivoted to the housing 11.
Furthermore, the contact portion 23b is connected to the inner surface of the shielding plate 212, and the shape of the contact portion 23b is configured, so that when the cable connector 200 is located at the locking position, the shielding plate 212 can rotate to a predetermined angle range relative to the housing 11, so that the contact portion 23b abuts against the unlocking portion 201b, and the cable connector 200 is adjusted from the locking position to the unlocking position.
[ technical effects of embodiments of the present invention ]
In summary, in the electronic device disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, the unlocking type cover can be installed on the housing to serve as a protection cover, and the unlocking type cover can also serve as a tool for detaching the cable connector from the device body; that is, the unlocking type cover can be used for adjusting the cable connector from the locking position to the unlocking position, thereby facilitating the plugging and the removal between the device body (such as a connector) and the cable connector.
The disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, so that all equivalent technical changes made by using the contents of the specification and the drawings are included in the scope of the invention.
