A power switch with an alarm function comprises a support frame (1), a mounting frame (2) and a starting switch (3), wherein the support frame (1) is provided with the mounting frame (2), the mounting frame (2) is connected with the starting switch (3), the power switch is characterized by further comprising a pressing alarm mechanism (4) and a control mechanism (5), the upper part of the mounting frame (2) is provided with the pressing alarm mechanism (4) for alarming when the power switch is abnormally used, the pressing alarm mechanism (4) comprises a covering pressing device (41), an alarm (42), a rotating assembly and a speed reducing assembly, the mounting frame (2) is connected with the covering pressing device (41) along the periphery in a sliding manner, the covering pressing device (41) is used for covering the starting switch (3), the starting switch (3) is protected, the left side and the right side of the upper part of the mounting frame (2) are both connected with the alarm (42), the left side and the right side of the top of the mounting frame (2) are both provided with the rotating assembly, the speed reducing assembly is arranged on the mounting frame (2), when the covering pressing device (41) is pressed, the rotating assembly rotates, the rotating assembly (42) to send an alarm to carry out, the alarm to remind the power switch (5), the control mechanism (5), when the starting switch is normally, the pressing assembly (41) is opened, the rotating assembly is far away from the mounting frame (3), after the control mechanism (5) is loosened, the speed reduction assembly reduces the speed of resetting the rotating assembly, and the rotating assembly is not contacted with the alarm (42) in the resetting process.

The power switch with the alarm function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises an n-shaped connecting rod (43), a rotating plate (44) and a torsion spring (45), the n-shaped connecting rod (43) is connected to the left side and the right side of the top of the mounting frame (2) through bolts, the n-shaped connecting rod (43) is located between the two alarms (42), the rotating plate (44) is rotatably connected to the middle of the n-shaped connecting rod (43), the covering presser (41) is in press fit with the rotating plate (44), the torsion spring (45) is connected between the front side and the rear side of the rotating plate (44) and the n-shaped connecting rod (43), the torsion spring (45) is respectively wound on the n-shaped connecting rod (43), and when the covering presser (41) moves downwards to contact with the rotating plate (44), the outer side of the rotating plate (44) swings upwards to trigger the alarms (42) to give an alarm.

The power switch with the alarm function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the speed reduction assembly comprises a speed reduction block (46) and a speed reduction spring (47), a group of speed reduction blocks (46) for reducing the speed of the rotating plate (44) are slidably connected to the left and right sides of the upper portion of the mounting frame (2), the speed reduction blocks (46) are in contact fit with the rotating plate (44), and the speed reduction spring (47) is respectively connected between the upper side and the lower side of the speed reduction block (46) and the mounting frame (2).

The power switch with the alarm function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the control mechanism (5) comprises a push plate (51), wedge-shaped push rods (52) and push springs (53), the left side and the right side of the upper portion of the mounting frame (2) are connected with at least one wedge-shaped push rod (52) with a wedge-shaped surface facing to one side of the adjacent rotating plate (44) in a sliding manner, the wedge-shaped push rods (52) are in extrusion fit with the rotating plate (44), rectangular push plates (51) are welded between the outer sides of the adjacent wedge-shaped push rods (52) so as to press the wedge-shaped push rods, the push plates (51) are pressed inwards to drive the wedge-shaped push rods (52) to move inwards to press the outer side of the rotating plate (44) to rotate downwards to be away from the alarm (42), the push springs (53) are wound on the wedge-shaped push rods (52), the outer ends of the push springs (53) are connected with the adjacent push plates (51), and the inner ends of the push springs (53) are respectively connected with the mounting frame (2).

The power switch with the alarm function as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a reset mechanism (6) for driving the covering presser (41) to automatically reset, wherein the reset mechanism (6) comprises a sliding block (61), a sliding connecting rod (62) and a pressure spring (63), the sliding block (61) is slidably connected to the front side and the rear side of the mounting frame (2) in a bilateral symmetry manner, the sliding connecting rod (62) is rotatably connected to the sliding block (61), the upper portion of the sliding connecting rod (62) is rotatably connected to the covering presser (41), and the pressure spring (63) is respectively connected between the inner side of the sliding block (61) and the mounting frame (2).

The power switch with the alarm function as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a misleading mechanism (7) for misleading invalid triggering of non-working personnel, wherein the misleading mechanism (7) comprises a pressing frame (71), limiting blocks (74) and limiting components, the limiting blocks (74) are connected to the front side and the rear side of the lower portion of the covering pressing device (41), the pressing frame (71) is slidably connected to the upper portion of the covering pressing device (41), a pressing icon is arranged on the top of the pressing frame (71) and used for misleading the non-working personnel to press the pressing frame (71), and the limiting components used for limiting the downward movement of the covering pressing device (41) are arranged on the mounting frame (2).

The power switch with the alarm function as claimed in claim 6, wherein the limiting assembly comprises an n-shaped limiting rod (72) and a limiting spring (73), the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the mounting frame (2) are both connected with the n-shaped limiting rod (72) in a sliding mode, the top of the n-shaped limiting rod (72) is in contact fit with the bottom of the limiting block (74), four corners of the lower portion of the n-shaped limiting rod (72) are both arranged in an inclined plane, the limiting springs (73) are connected between the left side and the right side of the n-shaped limiting rod (72) and the mounting frame (2), and the limiting block (74) is not limited when the n-shaped limiting rod (72) moves outwards when the pressing frame (71) moves downwards.

The power switch with the alarm function as claimed in claim 7, further comprising an auxiliary pushing mechanism (8) for assisting the n-shaped limiting rod (72) to push outwards, wherein the auxiliary pushing mechanism (8) comprises a guide sleeve (81) and an auxiliary push rod (82), the guide sleeve (81) is symmetrically welded to the front and the back of the left and the right sides of the upper portion of the mounting rack (2), the auxiliary push rod (82) is slidably connected to the guide sleeve (81), the outer side of the auxiliary push rod (82) is respectively connected to the adjacent push plate (51), the inward movement of the push plate (51) drives the auxiliary push rod (82) to push inwards, and the auxiliary push rod (82) pushes the n-shaped limiting rod (72) outwards.
