Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the method for controlling a management device of a portable medical device according to the present application, and based on the second embodiment, before step S201, the method further includes
Step S301, at least one of display content, display layout and alarm setting of the management device is determined based on the authority and/or management attribute corresponding to the administrator logging in the management device.
In this embodiment, different administrators have different permissions. The administrator includes hospital administrator, hospital group administrator, department administrator, community administrator, family doctor administrator, doctor advice issuer administrator, manufacturer maintenance administrator, user, family members of the user, etc.
In addition, at least one of display content, display layout, alarm setting of the management apparatus may be determined based on the management attribute of the administrator. The management attributes may indicate a management category of the administrator, and the management attributes may further include at least one of equipment maintenance management, medical care, home care.
The larger the management category of the portable medical device by the administrator is, the more contents are displayed by the management device, the larger the authority of the personalized setting opened by the display layout to the administrator is, and the more the alarm setting modes are.
Exemplarily, if the administrator is a doctor and the management scope of the doctor is large, the display content is the treatment stage of the patient, the drug usage condition of the current treatment stage, the drug to be used in the next treatment stage, the physiological parameter of the patient, the family of the patient, and the historical treatment information of the patient, the personalized setting options of the display layout are 10 items, and the alarm setting is telephone alarm, buzzer alarm, and short message alarm; if the administrator is a nurse, the management scope of the nurse is small, the display contents are the medicine use condition of the current treatment stage of the patient, the medicine to be used in the next treatment stage and the like, the personalized setting option of the display layout is 1 item, and the alarm setting is buzzer alarm.
In addition, the management category of the administrator can be determined by the type of the management attribute, that is, equipment maintenance management, medical care, and home care. For example, if the management attribute is medical management, the administrator is a doctor, and the management category of the doctor is the largest; if the management attribute is medical care, the administrator is a nurse, and the management scope of the nurse is smaller than that of the doctor; if the management attribute is family care, the administrator is a family member of the patient, and the management scope of the family member of the patient is smaller than that of the nurse; if the management attribute is equipment maintenance management, the administrator is a serviceman, the management scope of the serviceman may be different from the management scope of the doctor, the nurse, the family of the patient, and the like, and the serviceman pays more attention to the operation, the failure condition, the maintenance, and the like of the equipment.
Illustratively, an administrator logs in an account to obtain a management attribute at a management device through the account, the management device may determine a type of the administrator based on the management attribute, and may determine a management category of the administrator based on the type of the administrator.
In addition, the management device can directly acquire the authority of the administrator through the logged account. And if the administrator is different, the authority of the administrator on the management device is different. The display layout and the alarm setting of the management device are determined by the management device based on the authority of the administrator. The alarm setting is for example that the management device gives an alarm through short messages, telephone or other communication modes. The display content may be device information and associated information of the portable medical device. The display layout refers to layout of display contents.
The higher the authority of the administrator is, the more the content displayed by the management equipment is, the richer the alarm setting modes or choices are, and the setting of the display layout is more appropriate to the personalized requirements of the administrator. For example, if the hospital administrator has the highest authority, after the hospital administrator logs in the management device, the management device displays the device information and the associated information of all the portable medical devices of the hospital associated with the hospital administrator, the alarm mode may be set by short messages and telephone notifications, and the display layout may be set by the hospital administrator. For another example, if the authority of the user is the minimum, the management terminal can only display the device information and the associated information of the portable medical device of the user, the alarm setting can be set as a short message notification, and the display layout is a default layout mode, but the personalized layout setting is not opened for the user.
The administrator can view the contact information of the patient or the family of the patient corresponding to the portable medical equipment through the content displayed by the management equipment, and based on the contact information, the administrator can make a call to the patient or the family of the patient in an encrypted mode to inform the patient of the matters related to the treatment.
In addition, a manufacturer maintenance manager can determine whether the equipment has a fault through the equipment information of the portable medical equipment displayed by the pipeline system, and if the equipment has the fault, the position of the portable medical equipment is determined based on the equipment information, so that the portable medical equipment is maintained in time.
It should be noted that, for convenience of understanding, step S301 is located before step S201, but step S301 may occur at any time, that is, step S301 may be located after step S201, or may be located after step S203.
In this embodiment, if the administrator is different, the authority of the administrator is different, and the management device determines at least one of display content, display layout, and alarm setting based on the authority of the administrator, thereby avoiding the leakage of privacy of the patient.
Referring to fig. 4, as shown in fig. 4, a third embodiment of the method for controlling a management device of a portable medical device according to the present application, based on the first or second embodiment, after step S202, the method further includes:
step S401, receiving information sent by a target device, or sending encrypted information to the target device, wherein the target device comprises at least one of a portable medical device, a terminal associated with a user using the portable medical device and a terminal associated with a family corresponding to the user.
In this embodiment, the management device may receive information sent by the target device, or the management device may send encrypted information to the target device.
The target device may include a portable medical device, a terminal associated with a user using the portable medical device, and a terminal associated with a family member corresponding to the user. If the management device needs to send a control instruction to the portable medical device, the target device is the portable medical device, and the encrypted information is the encrypted control instruction. If the portable medical device needs to report the physiological parameters of the patient to the management device, the target device is the portable medical device, and the encrypted information is the encrypted physiological parameters. If the management device sends the notice to the patient, the target device may be a terminal associated with the user using the portable medical device or a terminal associated with a family member corresponding to the user, and the information sent by the management device is the notice.
The management device may obtain the identifier corresponding to the target device from the association information, and send the encrypted information to the target device based on the identifier. The encryption information may be a stream of information. The information flow includes an operation prompt of the portable medical device, an action range prompt of the patient, a follow-up visit prompt of medical staff, a next treatment prompt of the patient, and the like.
Furthermore, because the information received by the management equipment is private information of the patient or the family members of the patient, in order to avoid leakage of the private information, the management equipment desensitizes the received information and displays the desensitized information. The private information includes, for example, the contact address of the patient, the name of the patient, etc.
In this embodiment, the management device receives the message sent by the target device to perform desensitization, displays the desensitized information, and sends encrypted information to the target device, thereby avoiding leakage of private information.
In an embodiment, the management device may set the priority of the different portable medical devices based on the association information, i.e. the management device sets the priority of the portable medical devices based on at least one of physical parameters, physiological parameters, past medical history of the patient, medical usage information of the patient. The higher the priority of the portable medical device, the more likely the patient is to be treated when the patient using the portable medical device is at risk. The priority of the portable medical devices can be represented by the display position of each portable medical device in the management device, for example, the interface of the management device includes a plurality of display positions in an up-down order, and if the portable medical device is displayed at the top-ranked display position in the interface, the priority of the portable medical device is the highest; if the portable medical treatment is displayed at the lowest ranked display position within the interface, the priority of the portable medical treatment device is lowest.
In addition, the priority of the portable medical device may also be set by color. For example, the device information and the associated information of the portable medical device with the highest priority are displayed in a red font in the management device, and the device information and the associated information of the portable medical device with the lowest priority are displayed in a green font in the management device.
In the present embodiment, the priority is set so that the information related to the portable medical device having the highest priority, the device information, and the alarm are preferentially displayed.
