Claims (10)

1. A cost index data management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring project information from a target database, and cleaning the project information according to preset conditions to acquire target project information;
grouping the target project information according to the project parameters to determine a target project group;
when a calling instruction containing the target engineering project group is detected, determining a target engineering project according to the calling instruction;
acquiring a cost index corresponding to the target engineering project from the target engineering project group, and determining a target cost index according to a historical cost index corresponding to the target engineering project;
matching a preset number of similar engineering projects according to the target engineering project to obtain a cost index of the similar engineering projects;
and feeding back a target construction cost index, a construction cost index and the similar construction project construction cost index of the target construction project according to the calling instruction.
2. The cost index data management method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining project information from a target database and cleaning the project information according to preset conditions to obtain target project information comprises:
acquiring project information from a target database, and acquiring a project completion score from the project information;
acquiring a grading threshold corresponding to a preset condition;
and screening according to the score threshold value and the project completion score to obtain target project information.
3. The cost index data management method of claim 2, wherein the step of filtering to obtain target project information based on the score threshold in combination with the project completion score comprises:
determining a lowest entry score according to the score threshold;
judging whether the project information meets the screening requirement or not according to the lowest entry score and the project completion score in the project information;
and if so, screening according to the lowest entry score in the score threshold value and the project completion score to acquire target project information.
4. The cost index data management method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining a cost index corresponding to the target project item from the target project item group and determining a target cost index based on a historical cost index corresponding to the target project item comprises:
acquiring a cost index corresponding to the target engineering project from the target engineering project group;
acquiring a historical cost index corresponding to the target engineering project;
determining the cost variation trend according to the historical cost index;
acquiring a cost index, and judging whether the cost index meets the change trend;
and if so, taking the cost index as a target cost index.
5. The cost index data management method of claim 4, wherein said step of obtaining a cost index and determining whether said cost index satisfies said trend of change further comprises:
if the cost index does not meet the change trend, acquiring the cost index generation log;
and determining whether the cost index is a target cost index according to the cost index generation log.
6. The cost index data management method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the cost index of the similar project by matching a preset number of similar project projects according to the target project comprises:
acquiring matching factors of the target engineering project and acquiring a preset matching number;
matching corresponding similar engineering projects in the project information according to the matching factors and the preset matching number;
and acquiring the cost index corresponding to the similar engineering project.
7. The cost index data management method of claim 6, wherein the matching factors include: building type, building size, building form, number of floors, floor height, foundation type, and engineering structure.
8. A cost index data management apparatus characterized by comprising:
the project information acquisition module is used for acquiring project information from a target database and cleaning the project information according to preset conditions to acquire target project information;
the engineering project module is used for grouping the target project information according to engineering parameters to determine a target engineering project group;
the instruction confirming module is used for determining a target engineering project according to a calling instruction when the calling instruction containing the target engineering project group is detected;
the construction cost index module is used for acquiring the construction cost index corresponding to the target engineering project from the target engineering project group and determining a target construction cost index according to the historical construction cost index corresponding to the target engineering project;
the second construction cost index module is used for matching a preset number of similar engineering projects according to the target engineering project and obtaining the construction cost indexes of the similar engineering projects;
and the data feedback module is used for feeding back the target construction cost index, the construction cost index and the similar construction project construction cost index of the target construction project according to the calling instruction.
9. A computer device, the device comprising: a memory, a processor that, when executing computer instructions stored by the memory, performs the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
