When the driving motor 305 and the fan main body 304 work to generate vibration, the sliding rod 402 is extruded, and the sliding rod 402 drives the piston plate 403 to slide in the fixed cylinder 401; so that the viscous fluid inside the fixed cylinder 401 passes through the orifice 404, so that the viscous fluid in the two spaces partitioned by the piston plate 403 can be mutually supplemented; thereby achieving the purpose of shock absorption; plays a role in multidirectional damping of the driving motor 305 and the fan main body 304; the fan main body 304 and the driving motor 305 are prevented from generating larger noise during working; by adding the auxiliary silencing reinforcing plate 107 inside the fan case 1, the effect of outwards emitting noise by the fan main body 304 is reduced on the basis of reducing resonance noise by reinforcing the fan case 1, and the noise reduction and silencing effect is enhanced.
