Technical Field
The invention relates to a liquid film, in particular to an enhanced liquid packaging composite film.
Background
Plastic packages and plastic package products occupy more and more share in the market, and particularly, composite plastic flexible packages are widely applied to the fields of food, medicine, chemical industry and the like, wherein the proportion of the plastic packages is the largest. The liquid packaging film is a packaging film whose content is liquid, and has been widely used as a new mode of plastic flexible packaging. The liquid soft plastic packaging film adopts a Polyethylene (PE) co-extrusion film as a main film material, and the film material needs to meet the requirements of packaging, printing, processing, storage, transportation, sanitation and the like.
In the prior art, the structure of a composite film for a packaging bag generally comprises a protective layer, a barrier layer and a heat sealing layer, wherein the protective layer plays a role in protecting a printed pattern; the barrier layer is a functional layer and has the functions of air resistance, light shading and the like; the heat-sealing layer is used for heat-sealing, and a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film is usually used as a heat-sealing material. The packaging bag made of the composite film in the prior art has the problems of poor pressure resistance, easy breakage of the packaging bag caused by light falling and leakage of articles in the packaging bag.
In order to solve the technical problems, chinese patent document CN202072106U discloses a pressure-resistant packaging composite film, which structurally comprises a surface layer, a barrier layer and a heat-sealing layer, wherein an adhesive layer is arranged between the surface layer and the barrier layer, a reinforcing layer is arranged between the barrier layer and the heat-sealing layer, the barrier layer and the reinforcing layer, and the reinforcing layer and the heat-sealing layer are respectively provided with an adhesive layer, the surface layer adopts polyester, the barrier layer adopts aluminum foil, the reinforcing layer adopts polyester, and the heat-sealing layer adopts polyethylene. The pressure-resistant packaging composite film has the advantage that the external pressure resistance of the packaging composite film is improved due to the fact that the reinforcing layer is additionally arranged between the barrier layer and the heat sealing layer. However, in the above technology, polyethylene is used as the heat sealing layer of the packaging composite film, and because polyethylene has high hardness, high strength, and low flexibility and compressive strength, the falling resistance and compressive resistance at the sealing position of the packaging bag are still poor after heat sealing.
To address this problem, we have attempted to design a multilayer composite liquid packaging film that achieves enhanced liquid packaging film performance by separating the different functions required of the liquid packaging film into multiple layers of functionality that are complementary to each other.

4. A reinforced liquid packaging composite film according to claim 1, wherein: the functional auxiliary agent comprises an opening agent and a slipping agent.
5. A reinforced liquid packaging composite film according to claim 4, wherein: the functional auxiliary agent also comprises a stabilizer and an antibacterial agent.
6. A reinforced liquid packaging composite film according to claim 5, wherein: the stabilizer comprises one or more of zinc laurate, zinc oleate and zinc stearate.
7. A reinforced liquid packaging composite film according to claim 5, wherein: the antibacterial agent comprises one or more of triglycerol monolaurate, glycerol monolaurate and methyl jasmonate.
