a cross-fed continuous blanking process for a reinforced steel sheet using a cross-fed continuous blanking apparatus for a reinforced steel sheet as shown in example 1, comprising:
step 1, controlling the complete first material belt to be conveyed in a first material belt conveying groove 24, and simultaneously controlling the adhesive tape to be conveyed in an adhesive tape conveying groove 26 along a conveying direction perpendicular to the first material belt;
step 2, controlling the continuous stamping die 2 to close the die, wherein the first strip stamping column 210 penetrates through the first strip stamping groove 27 to stamp out the required reinforcing steel sheet from the first strip and continuously penetrates through the steel sheet transmission groove 29 to adhere the stamped steel sheet to the adhesive tape until the primary stamping of the first strip is finished, and the first strip after the primary stamping is the second strip;
step 3, inserting the second material belt into the second material belt conveying groove 25, simultaneously inserting the complete material belt and the complete adhesive tape into the first material belt conveying groove 24 and the adhesive tape conveying groove 26 respectively, and simultaneously driving the second material belt releasing disc 44 and the second material belt winding disc 46 to adjust by controlling the driving motor, so that the punched holes on the second material belt in the second material belt conveying groove 25 correspond to the first material belt punched grooves 27;
step 4, controlling the continuous stamping die 2 to perform continuous stamping and die assembly, wherein in the process of primary die assembly, the first strip stamping column 210 penetrates through the first strip stamping groove 27 to stamp out a required reinforcing steel sheet from the first strip and continuously penetrates through the steel sheet transmission groove 29 to adhere the stamped reinforcing steel sheet to the adhesive tape, and meanwhile, the second strip stamping column 211 penetrates through the second strip stamping groove 28 to stamp out the reinforcing steel sheet from the second strip and continuously adheres the stamped reinforcing steel sheet to the adhesive tape along the second strip transmission groove 25, so that the steps are repeated until the stamping of the first strip and the stamping of the second strip are completed;
and step 5, discarding the punched second material belt, continuously inserting the punched first material belt into the second material belt punching groove 28 for punching, simultaneously inserting the complete material belt into the first material belt conveying groove 24, and performing the process of the step 4.

A cross-shaped feeding continuous punching device for a reinforced steel sheet comprises a base (1) and a continuous punching die (2) fixedly arranged on the base (1); the continuous stamping die is characterized in that a first stamping die (21), a second stamping die (22) and a third stamping die (23) are respectively arranged on the continuous stamping die (2) from top to bottom along the vertical direction, a first material belt conveying groove (24) is formed in the second stamping die (22), a second material belt conveying groove (25) which is in the same direction as the first material belt conveying groove (24) and a rubber belt conveying groove (26) which is perpendicular to the first material belt conveying groove (24) are respectively formed in the third stamping die (23) from top to bottom, a plurality of first material belt stamping grooves (27) and a plurality of second material belt stamping grooves (28) which are arranged in a staggered mode are respectively and uniformly formed in the second stamping die (22) and the third stamping die (23) along the vertical direction, a first stamping column (210) and a second stamping column (211) are respectively and fixedly connected to the first stamping die (21) and the second stamping die (22), a distance between the first stamping column (210) and the second stamping groove (28) is larger than a width of a first material belt stamping groove (27.4) which is adjacent to the stamping groove (27).

The cross-shaped feeding continuous punching device for the reinforced steel sheet according to claim 1, wherein a material belt conveying device (4) for respectively conveying a first material belt and a second material belt is fixedly arranged at two ends of the continuous punching die (2) along the long side direction, a rubber belt conveying device (5) for conveying a rubber belt is fixedly arranged at two ends of the continuous punching die (2) along the direction perpendicular to the long side direction, a whole belt device (6) is fixedly arranged between the material belt conveying device (4) and the rubber belt conveying device (5) and the continuous punching die (2), a cleaning device (7) is further fixedly arranged between the material belt conveying device (4) and the continuous punching die (2), and a continuous punching device (3) for driving the continuous punching die (2) to realize continuous punching is fixedly arranged on the base (1) based on a support frame.

The cross-shaped feeding continuous punching device for the reinforced steel sheets, according to claim 2, is characterized in that the material belt conveying device (4) comprises a first mounting frame (41) and a second mounting frame (42) which are fixedly arranged at two ends of the continuous punching die (2) along a material belt conveying direction respectively, a first material belt releasing disc (43) and a second material belt releasing disc (44) are rotatably connected to the first mounting frame (41) from top to bottom along a vertical direction respectively, a first material belt winding disc (45) and a second material belt winding disc (46) are also rotatably connected to the second mounting frame (42) respectively, the adhesive tape conveying device (5) comprises a third mounting frame (51) and a fourth mounting frame (52) which are fixedly arranged at two sides of the continuous punching die (2) respectively, and the third mounting frame (51) and the fourth mounting frame (52) are rotatably connected to an adhesive tape releasing disc (53) and an adhesive tape winding disc (54) respectively.

The cross-shaped feeding continuous punching device for the reinforced steel sheet according to claim 2, wherein the strip-shaping device (6) comprises a fixedly arranged strip-shaping frame (61), a strip-shaping roller (62) and a plurality of conveying rollers (63) are arranged on the strip-shaping frame (61) in an adjustable rotating manner, and a positioning guide column (64) is arranged between the strip-shaping roller (62) and the conveying rollers (63) in an adjustable sliding manner.

The cross-shaped feeding continuous punching device for the reinforced steel sheet according to claim 2, characterized in that the cleaning device (7) comprises a cleaning seat (71) and cleaning holes (72) formed in the cleaning seat (71) along the feeding direction of the material strips and used for allowing the first material strip and the second material strip to pass through respectively, cleaning cotton sheets (73) are adhered and connected to the top surface and the bottom surface of each cleaning hole (72) respectively, and an infusion groove for continuously feeding cleaning alcohol to the cleaning cotton sheets (73) is fixedly formed in the cleaning seat (71).

The cross-shaped feeding continuous punching device for the reinforced steel sheets as claimed in claim 2, wherein the continuous punching device (3) comprises a continuous punching mechanism (31) fixedly arranged on the supporting frame and a positioning punching seat (32) fixedly arranged on the continuous punching mechanism (31) and used for driving the continuous punching die (2) to perform continuous positioning punching, the positioning punching seat (32) comprises a lower positioning punching plate (321) fixedly arranged on the base (1) and an upper positioning punching plate (322) fixedly arranged on the continuous punching mechanism (31), the upper positioning punching plate (322) is fixedly provided with a plurality of positioning posts (323), the lower positioning punching plate (321) is fixedly provided with a plurality of positioning slots (324), and the positioning posts (323) are sleeved with first restoring springs (325).

9. A cross-fed continuous blanking process for reinforced steel sheet using the cross-fed continuous blanking apparatus for reinforced steel sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
step 1, controlling a complete first material belt to be conveyed in a first material belt conveying groove (24), and controlling a rubber belt to be conveyed in a rubber belt conveying groove (26) along a conveying direction perpendicular to the first material belt;
step 2, controlling the continuous stamping die (2) to carry out die assembly, wherein a first material belt stamping column (210) penetrates through a first material belt stamping groove (27) to stamp out a required reinforcing steel sheet from the first material belt and continuously penetrates through a steel sheet transmission groove (29) to adhere the stamped steel sheet to the adhesive tape until the primary stamping of the first material belt is finished, and the first material belt which is subjected to the primary stamping is the second material belt;

and 5, discarding the punched second material belt, continuously inserting the punched first material belt into a second material belt conveying groove (25) for punching, simultaneously inserting the complete material belt into a first material belt conveying groove (24), and performing the step 4.
