It can be understood that the paper rejecting device of the web offset printing press provided by the disclosure can be controlled by an upper computer. When the camera 42 identifies the unqualified paper, the upper computer determines the timing for the rejecting mechanism 43 to reject the unqualified paper according to the distance between the camera 42 and the rejecting mechanism 43 in the paper conveying direction and the conveying speed of the paper identifying and rejecting platform 4, so that the unqualified paper is accurately rejected, and the qualified paper is conveyed to the paper output platform 5.
In some embodiments, the paper input platform, the patting mechanism, and the paging head are integrated. Therefore, the size of the paper removing device of the web offset printing press can be shortened, and the cost is reduced.

The method is executed by the paper rejecting device of the offset web printing press provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, and comprises the following steps:
s101, the paper input platform conveys the paper of the paper receiving and conveying platform to the paper shooting mechanism.
S102, the paper shooting mechanism stacks and stacks paper and conveys the paper to a paper placing position of the page separation head.
S103, the paging head delivers the paper sheets which are stacked and stacked one by one to the paper sheet identification and removal platform.
And S104, identifying and removing the unqualified paper by the paper identifying and removing platform, wherein the conveying speed of the paper identifying and removing platform is matched with the paper discharging speed of the paging head so that the paper is conveyed on the paper identifying and removing platform at intervals.

Claims (10)

1. A paper removing device of a web offset printing press is characterized by comprising a paper input platform, a paper shooting mechanism, a paging head and a paper identification removing platform;
the paper input platform is used for being butted with a paper receiving and conveying platform of the web offset printing press and conveying the paper of the paper receiving and conveying platform to the paper shooting mechanism; the paper shooting mechanism is used for stacking and stacking the paper and transmitting the paper to a paper placing position of the page separation head; the page separation head is used for distributing the paper stacked and piled up one by one to the paper identification and rejection platform; the conveying speed of the paper identifying and rejecting platform is matched with the paper discharging speed of the paging head so that paper can be conveyed on the paper identifying and rejecting platform at intervals, and the paper identifying and rejecting platform is used for identifying and rejecting unqualified paper.
2. The web offset printing press sheet removal unit as recited in claim 1 further comprising a sheet output platform;
the paper identification and rejection platform is also used for conveying qualified paper to the paper output platform; and the paper output platform is used for restoring the qualified paper into the state of the paper input by the paper input platform and transmitting the paper to a paper receiving part of the offset web printing press.

The web offset printing press sheet reject device according to claim 2, wherein the sheet recognition reject platform comprises a transport platform, a camera, and a reject mechanism, the camera and the reject mechanism being fixed to the transport platform; the conveying platform is used for conveying the paper; the camera is used for acquiring images of the paper conveyed on the conveying platform, identifying the paper with the unqualified mark based on the images of the paper, and determining the paper with the unqualified mark as unqualified paper; the rejecting mechanism is used for rejecting the unqualified paper.

The device for removing sheets from a web offset printing press according to claim 3, wherein the sheet output platform is spaced from the sheet recognition and removal platform, and a transport surface of the sheet output platform is lower than a transport surface of the sheet recognition and removal platform;
the rejecting mechanism comprises a high-pressure air nozzle, the high-pressure air nozzle is located in a gap between the paper output platform and the paper identifying and rejecting platform, and a nozzle of the high-pressure air nozzle is higher than a conveying surface of the paper identifying and rejecting platform and is used for downwards spraying high-pressure air.

The device for removing sheets from a web offset printing press according to claim 3, wherein the sheet output platform is spaced from the sheet recognition and removal platform, and a transport surface of the sheet output platform is lower than a transport surface of the sheet recognition and removal platform;
the rejecting mechanism comprises a turning plate, the turning plate is located between the paper output platform and the paper identifying and rejecting platform, the turning plate can turn around a fixed rotating shaft, and in the turning process of the turning plate, one end, close to the paper identifying and rejecting platform, of the turning plate can be higher than and lower than a conveying surface of the paper identifying and rejecting platform.
6. The paper rejecting device for offset web printing presses according to claim 4 or 5, further comprising a reject collecting mechanism for collecting the rejected paper rejected by the rejecting mechanism.
7. The web offset printing press paper rejection device according to claim 6, wherein the reject collection mechanism includes a reject collection bin having an opening facing a gap between the paper output platform and the paper identification rejection platform, and having an opening lower than a conveying surface of the paper output platform.
8. The web offset printing press paper reject device according to claim 6, wherein the reject collection mechanism comprises a reject collection conveyor, and a gap between the paper output platform and the paper recognition reject platform is located above the reject collection conveyor.
9. The web offset printing press sheet removal unit as recited in claim 1 wherein the sheet input platform, the patting mechanism and the sorting head are integrated.
10. A paper rejecting method for an offset web printing press, performed by the paper rejecting device for an offset web printing press according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
the paper input platform conveys the paper of the paper delivery platform to the paper shooting mechanism;
the paper shooting mechanism is used for stacking and stacking the paper and transmitting the paper to a paper placing position of the page separation head;
the page separation head distributes the stacked and stacked paper to the paper identification and rejection platform one by one;
and identifying and rejecting unqualified paper by a paper identification rejecting platform, wherein the conveying speed of the paper identification rejecting platform is matched with the paper outlet speed of the paging head so that the paper is conveyed on the paper identification rejecting platform at intervals.
