As shown in fig. 1, a health data monitoring method based on an intelligent wearable device group, an application and a server, the main flow of the method is described as follows (steps S101 to S104):
step S101: acquiring various health data acquired by a current intelligent wearable device group;
intelligence wearing equipment group includes the wrist-watch, the bracelet, the medical walking stick of intelligence, medical intelligent undershirt, intelligent equipment such as medical intelligent waistband, the wrist-watch, the bracelet, medical intelligent undershirt, medical intelligent waistband can be used to detect corresponding user's rhythm of the heart, blood pressure, blood oxygen, the respiratory rate, health data such as body temperature, wrist-watch or bracelet still can gather user's sleep data, the medical walking stick of intelligence is used for gathering walking stick inclination's health data, wherein, walking stick inclination is the inclination on walking stick and ground, whether fall down according to walking stick inclination and then detect corresponding user. In this embodiment, the user may be a group such as an elderly person and a disabled person who needs to be cared for in life.
All equipment that user of same community, same asylum for the aged or same region corresponds all with same server communication connection, each equipment of intelligence wearing equipment group sends the health data that detect to the server, and the server carries out analysis processes to each item health data that receive.
Step S102: comparing each item of health data with the corresponding standard value respectively to obtain health alarm information of the user corresponding to the current intelligent wearable equipment group;
the server is preliminarily preset with standard values corresponding to various items of health data, and exemplarily, the preliminarily preset standard values include: the heart rate range standard value of a human body is 60-100 times per minute, the blood pressure standard value is that the systolic pressure can not be lower than 100mmhg, the diastolic pressure standard value can not be lower than 60mmhg, the blood oxygen saturation standard value is 95% -100%, the respiration rate standard value is 16-20 times per minute, the body temperature standard value is 36-37 ℃, and the inclination angle standard value of the crutch is more than 20 ℃.
And comparing various health data acquired in real time with corresponding standard values respectively, judging whether the various health data are normal or not, and acquiring health alarm information according to the abnormal health data, wherein the health alarm information comprises the current numerical value of the abnormal health data and the deviation value of the abnormal health data and the standard values.
Step S103: acquiring information to be served based on the health alarm information;
service items corresponding to various unhealthy data are preset in the server, the service information comprises the service items to be serviced, the service items comprise basic rescue, telephone consultation service, related medicine distribution and emergency delivery to a hospital, and the basic rescue service comprises heart rescue, respiratory rescue, body temperature rescue and tumble rescue.
Since there is a possibility that the same disease causes physical attacks of the users who need to be attended to, such as the elderly or the disabled, there is a record that the same service is provided to the users in the statistical period, and therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of the user service items, the step S103 further includes the following processing: acquiring historical health information corresponding to a current intelligent wearable device group, wherein the historical health information comprises various historical health data and historical alarm information; if the historical alarm information has the same information as the health alarm information, acquiring a service record corresponding to the historical alarm information; and acquiring historical service information in the service record, and taking the historical service information as information to be served.
The server is internally stored with historical health information corresponding to the intelligent wearable device group, wherein the historical health data is historical data collected in each device counting period, the historical alarm information is alarm information of abnormal health data in the historical data, the historical alarm information corresponds to a service record serving for a user, the service record comprises historical service time and historical service information, wherein the historical service information comprises effective drug types and service types, so that the historical service information can be directly used as information to be served, and a service provider can provide more accurate and effective services for the user in time.
Because different users have different constitutions, the standard value corresponding to each item of health data may be different from the preliminary preset value, for example, there is no abnormality in the actual body of a user who is engaged in physical exercise for a long time when the heart rate is 50 times per minute, but if the comparison is performed according to the preliminary preset standard value in step S102, a false alarm condition of the health alarm information may exist, and in order to improve the accuracy of the health alarm information, step S102 further includes the following processing: judging whether the health alarm information in the comparison result is accurate or not based on the service record; and if not, correcting the standard value of the health data corresponding to the health alarm information.
The service record also comprises information for providing whether the health alarm information filled by the service personnel is accurate, if the health alarm information is not accurate, a standard value of abnormal health data corresponding to the health alarm information is corrected, wherein the correction mode can be that the current numerical value of the abnormal health data is used as the standard value; thereby can constantly adjust the standard value of healthy data for the standard value that the user corresponds can laminate more with the condition of self, has improved health alarm information's accuracy.
The condition deterioration of the existing diseases can be caused when the environmental parameters of the user possibly change, for example, the user has a history of angina pectoris, and when the temperature drop is cold, the vasoconstriction can be induced, so that the symptoms of angina pectoris are induced, the blood pressure of the patient can be increased, and the pressure load of the heart can be increased due to the increase of the blood pressure; therefore, the service record comprises the illness information of the user and the historical environment change information causing the disease deterioration, the illness information comprises the illness type of the user, the historical environment change information comprises a plurality of environment types and environment variation amounts which can cause the disease deterioration of different types of diseases of the user, and the environment types comprise cooling, heating, precipitation, dryness, illumination intensity and the like.
In order to analyze and process the service required by the user in advance when the environmental parameter changes, and reduce the possibility of response delay, the method further includes the following processing before step S102: receiving current environment parameter change information sent by environment detection equipment; comparing the current environmental parameter change information with historical environmental change information, and judging whether the current environmental parameter change information can cause the disease condition of the user to become worse; if yes, generating health early warning information of the user, acquiring historical service information corresponding to the health early warning information in the service record, and taking the historical service information as information to be served; and selecting an optimal service provider based on the information to be served, and sending the information to be served to a processor corresponding to the optimal service provider.
The environment detection equipment can be detection equipment except the intelligent wearable equipment group, and also can be detection equipment arranged on equipment such as a watch and a bracelet, and the environment detection equipment is in communication connection with the server.
Before the disease condition of the user is worsened, each item of health data of the body also has a corresponding change trend, so that in order to analyze and process the service required by the user in advance when the health data is changed and reduce the possibility of response failure, the service record further includes the historical change information of the health data of each item of health data before the disease condition is worsened, and the method further includes the following processing after step S101: acquiring current change information of health data of each direction of health data in a first acquisition period; comparing the current change information of the health data with the historical change information of the health data, and judging whether the illness state of the user is worsened after the current change information of the health data; if yes, generating health early warning information of the user, acquiring historical service information corresponding to the health early warning information in the service record, and taking the historical service information as information to be served; and selecting an optimal service provider based on the information to be served, and sending the information to be served to a processor corresponding to the optimal service provider.
Step S104: and selecting an optimal service provider based on the information to be served, and sending the information to be served to a processor corresponding to the optimal service provider.
In the embodiment of the application, each type of project service corresponds to at least one service provider, and it is easy to understand that a plurality of service providers can provide project services of the same type for users, so that an optimal service provider needs to be selected from the service providers to provide services for the users, a processor corresponding to the optimal service provider provides related services for the corresponding users after receiving information to be served sent by a server, so that the physical conditions of the users can be judged in time according to abnormal behaviors or abnormal physical parameters of the users, and the optimal provider provides the related services for the users according to the judgment conditions.
In this embodiment, when the optimal service provider is selected, the basic information of the multiple candidate service providers may be scored, where the basic information includes information such as a location where the service provider is located, a historical response time of the service provider, a rating of the service provider, and the like, a weight corresponding to each item of information in the basic information is stored in the server, and the highest-scoring service provider in the multiple candidate service providers is the optimal service provider.
In this embodiment, the method further includes, before step S101, the following processing: and receiving user information sent by the current intelligent wearable device group, and binding the user information with device information corresponding to the current intelligent wearable device group.
After each device of the intelligent wearable device group is started after being used for the first time, a user needs to input user information through each device, the user information comprises a user name, and the device information comprises a device name and a device number, so that the user information and each device are bound, and related services are provided for corresponding users conveniently.
Users in the same community, the same nursing home or the same area need to be gathered together frequently for communication, and in the communication process, the equipment may need to be separated from the bound user, so that the separated equipment is easily taken by the unbound user; exemplarily, the old people A, B and C in the same community play chess together every day, and in the chess playing process, the old people A, B and C all place the intelligent medical crutch in the same area, and after the chess playing is finished, the old people A and the intelligent medical crutch of the old people B are taken by mistake.
