a second beacon provided on a landing operating panel of a second floor, which is another arbitrary floor among the plurality of floors, and transmitting second information for specifying the second floor by wireless communication; and
and a portable terminal which is held by a user of an elevator, and which determines whether the user uses the elevator from the first floor to the second floor based on a first time when the first information is received from the first beacon and a second time when the second information is received from the second beacon after the first time.
