Are generally designed for use in a home or small business.
The operator develops the home base station, on one hand, the home base station aims to improve indoor coverage, improve indoor broadband access rate, reduce time delay, meet various multimedia application experiences of users, and further reduce the load of a macro base station, so that the capacity of the macro base station is mainly served for outdoor users and users in motion. Another aspect is to cope with the competition of emerging wireless operators and MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network operators).
By adopting the home base station, an operator can reduce CAPAX (Capital Expenditure) and OPAX (Operating cost), support voice and data services in a monthly-covering mode and facilitate fixed and mobile bundled services. Since the femtocell is movable and the service range of the macro base station is fixed, it is inconvenient for an operator to service the user if the user moves the femtocell arbitrarily, and thus, a method for managing the location of the femtocell is absent in the prior art.

In the embodiment of the invention, the position information of the base station comprises two types, wherein one type is the geographical position information of the base station; and the other is legal indication information of the position of the base station.
For a specific flow and a specific manner of sending, refer to the description of the subsequent method flow.
102. The operator service apparatus receives the base station location verification request transmitted by the base station location management apparatus.
103. The operator service equipment responds to the base station position verification request, and verifies the position of the base station to determine whether the base station is a legal base station.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the position information of the base station is the geographical position information of the base station, the geographical position of the base station is matched with the pre-stored legal position set of the base station, when the geographical position of the base station belongs to the legal position set of the base station, the base station is determined as a legal base station, otherwise, the base station is determined as an illegal base station.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the position information of the base station is legal indication information of the position of the base station; and when the base station position legal indication information indicates that the base station position is legal, determining the base station as a legal base station, otherwise, determining the base station as an illegal base station.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before step 101, the operator service device may further send a prestored valid location set of the base station to the user terminal or the application server.
In the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the position information of the base station is reported to the operator service equipment by the base station position management equipment, so that the operator service equipment can verify the position of the base station, when the position of the base station passes the verification, the base station is allowed to access the operator service equipment and perform subsequent management operations such as configuration and the like, so that the operator can manage the base station, and the position verification of the base station can be completed by the assistance of third-party equipment, so that the management of the base station by the aid of a cross-domain service provider or the third-party equipment is realized, and the problem that a method for managing the position of the base station is lacked in the prior art is solved.
Next, the above-described method flow is explained according to a specific example. Fig. 2 is another signaling diagram of an embodiment of an information processing method according to the present invention, in the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, 3 execution entities are involved, which are respectively an operator service device, a user terminal, and a base station, as shown in fig. 2, the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention may specifically include the following steps:
201. the base station sends the position information of itself to the user terminal.
And after the base station is connected with a power supply, the base station is electrified and starts to work. The user terminal also needs to obtain a base station identifier for the user terminal to connect to the base station, for example, the user terminal scans the two-dimensional code on the base station to obtain the base station identifier. After the base station identification is obtained, the user terminal is connected with the base station, the user terminal can send position request information to the base station, and after the base station receives the sent position information, the base station sends the position information of the base station to the user terminal, or the base station actively sends the position information of the base station to the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the location information of the base station is used to indicate the current geographic location of the base station, and in a specific implementation process, the location information may be a coordinate, for example, 45 degrees north latitude and 40 degrees east longitude.
202. The user terminal obtains the position information of the base station.
203. The user terminal sends a base station location verification request to the operator service equipment.
And after obtaining the position information of the base station, the terminal equipment is connected to the operator service equipment and sends the position of the base station to the operator service equipment. The sending mode is that the user terminal sends a base station position verification request to the operator service equipment, the base station position verification request carries the position information of the base station, and the base station position verification request is used for requesting the operator service equipment to verify the position of the base station so as to determine whether the base station is a legal base station or not
204. The operator service equipment receives a base station location verification request.
205. The operator service equipment responds to the base station position verification request, and verifies the position of the base station to determine whether the base station is a legal base station.
The base station registration data information is used for registering the use position of the base station in the operator management system when the user purchases the base station, and the use position can comprise at least one preset position. In the embodiment of the invention, the operator management system is connected with the operator service equipment, and the operator management system can send the base station registration data information to the operator service equipment, so that the operator service equipment can match the position information carried in the base station position verification request according to the base station registration data information.
After receiving a base station position verification request sent by a user terminal, an operator service device matches position information reported by the user terminal with preset position information in base station registration data information based on the base station registration data information. Specifically, when only one preset position information is included in the base station registration data information, the position information carried in the base station position verification request is matched with the preset position information, and if the two preset position information are the same, the position of the base station passes the verification. And when the number of the preset position information in the base station registration data information is two or more, matching the position information carried in the base station position verification request with all the preset position information, and if the position information carried in the base station position verification request is the same as any one of all the preset position information, the position of the base station passes the verification.
And when the base station passes the verification, the operator service equipment determines the base station as a legal base station. The operator service device allows the base station to access (for example, the operator service device allows an S1 connection establishment request or a network management service activation request sent by the base station device), performs subsequent management operation on the base station (for example, sends a configuration parameter of a network management to the base station), and the like.
When the base station is not authenticated, the operator service equipment determines the base station as an illegal base station. The operator service device does not allow the access of the base station (for example, the operator service device rejects the S1 connection establishment request sent by the base station device or rejects the network management service activation request), rejects the subsequent management operation on the base station (for example, does not send the configuration parameters of the network management to the base station), and so on. At this time, the operator service device may send the preset location information when the base station is registered to the user terminal, for example, a text prompting the preset location information in a display screen of the user terminal, or a specific location of the preset location information is displayed in a map of the user terminal. After the user moves the base station to a preset position, the verification process in the embodiment of the present invention may be restarted.
The information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the operator service equipment to verify the position of the base station by reporting the position information of the base station to the operator service equipment by means of the user terminal, and allows the base station to access the operator service equipment and to perform subsequent management operations such as configuration and the like when the position of the base station passes the verification, so that the operator can manage the base station, the management of the base station by means of third-party equipment is realized, and the problem that a method for managing the position of the base station is lacked in the prior art is solved.
In the foregoing method flow, the user terminal sends the authentication request to the operator, where the authentication request carries the location information of the base station, and in a specific implementation process, when the location of the user terminal is the same as that of the base station, the user terminal may not need to acquire the location information of the base station, specifically, fig. 3 is another signaling diagram of an embodiment of the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may specifically include the following steps:

The user terminal may acquire its location information through its own positioning system or positioning apparatus, or the user terminal may acquire its location information through a network, or the user terminal may acquire its location information through communication with the macro base station, and the user terminal uses its location information as the location information of the base station.
302. The user terminal sends a base station location verification request to the operator service equipment.
It can be understood that, in a specific implementation process, when the ue and the base station are located at the same geographic location, the location information of the ue itself may be considered to be the same as the location information of the base station. At this time, the location information of the user terminal itself may be replaced with the location information of the base station, so that the user terminal does not need to send location request information to the base station, and directly takes the location information of itself as the standard. And the user terminal sends a base station position verification request to the operator service equipment, wherein the verification request carries the position information of the user terminal, and the base station position verification request is used for requesting the operator service equipment to verify the position of the base station.
303. The operator service device receives a base station location verification request.
