During specific operation, when the temperature sensor 36 detects that the air temperature in the cabinet body 1 exceeds the alarm value, the axial flow fan 39 is controlled to be electrified to rotate forward so as to exhaust air, so that the air in the cabinet body 1 and the external air circulate, the temperature in the cabinet body 1 is ensured to be normal, and the installed electrical components in the cabinet body 1 are protected, and the sealing block 42 is in an initial state and does not block the second grid net opening 35. When the humidity sensor 37 detects that the air humidity in the cabinet 1 exceeds the alarm value, the controller controls the dryer 38 to heat, controls the axial fan 39 to reversely rotate, and simultaneously controls the electric push rod 41 to push the sealing block 42 to the second grid opening 35 so as to block the second grid opening 35 for blocking, at this time, because the first grid opening 34 is formed on three sides of the assembly shell 33, air in the cabinet 1 enters the assembly shell 33 from one part of the first grid openings 34, and after being heated by the PTC dryer 38, hot air is blown into the cabinet 1 through the other part of the first grid openings 34, so that the air convection in the cabinet 1 is formed, and the air humidity in the cabinet 1 meets the range required by the operation of installed electrical components in the cabinet 1. By providing the air filter 40, the air entering the cabinet 1 can be filtered and purified, thereby playing a role in protecting the electrical components installed in the cabinet 1.
When the air in the cabinet 1 is heated by the dryer 38, the opening and closing valve of the ventilation pipe orifice 4 needs to be closed. When the air in the cabinet 1 needs to be cooled by the axial flow fan 39, the on-off valve of the ventilation pipe orifice 4 needs to be opened.

the first supporting legs 6 are fixed at the bottom of the cabinet body 1, a connecting plate 24 and a second mounting plate 25 are symmetrically fixed between the first mounting plate 9 and the top cover 2, the connecting plate 24 is used for increasing the stability of connection between the top cover 2 and the first mounting plate 9, the connecting plate 24 is positioned at the positions of two ends of the first mounting plate 9, the second mounting plate 25 is positioned at the positions between the connecting plates 24, the dual-power switch 28 and the dual-power controller 3 are respectively fixed on the upper surface of the second mounting plate 25, the bottom of the top cover 2 is symmetrically fixed with second supporting legs 26, pulleys 27 are rotatably connected inside the second supporting legs 26 through pins, and the second supporting legs 26 and the pulleys 27 are used for moving the top cover 2 so as to improve the stability of equipment movement;
based on the first embodiment: the square support 5 is driven to move upwards through the pushing mechanism, the square support 5 drives the top cover 2 and the second mounting plate 25 to move left and right in the cabinet body 1, so that the dual-power switch 28 and the dual-power controller 3 are pushed out of the cabinet body 1, the dual-power switch 28 and the dual-power controller 3 are convenient to maintain and install, wires are fixed in the wire protection mechanism after entering from the wire inlet 7 through the wire protection mechanism installed between the wire outlet 10 and the wire inlet 7, and then pass out from the wire outlet 10, so that the wire protection mechanism is connected with the dual-power switch 28 and the dual-power controller 3, and the wire protection mechanism is used for preventing the wires from being damaged during equipment operation.
