技术领域
本发明涉及一种欧标插头转换器,用于不同插头之间的转换,属于电气设备技术领域。
背景技术
与常见的插头一样,汽车充电线的插头与电线为一个整体,往往充电插头只能与一种插座适用。电动汽车经常在家用充电与公共充电的方式之间转换,不同国家地区插座样式,输出电流也不一样,无法实现通用性,需要根据不同的插座样式来配备充电线,这样使用起来十分不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种欧标插头转换器,解决电动汽车充电线转换插头与插座之间的通用性,实现一个充电插头能与多种插座通电使用。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
欧标插头转换器,包括一体式铜脚和位于其上方的端子限位板,所述一体式铜脚上安装有零线铜脚、火线铜脚,所述零线铜脚、火线铜脚分别连接有零线压接孔、火线压接孔,所述一体式铜脚上具有地线压接孔,所述端子限位板上安装有地线载流端子、零线载流端子、火线载流端子和电路板,所述地线载流端子、零线载流端子、火线载流端子通过连接线分别与地线压接孔、零线压接孔、火线压接孔连接,所述电路板上连接有信号端子,所述一体式铜脚、端子限位板安装在插头外壳内,在端子限位板上方,所述插头外壳内安装有端子定位内架,所述端子定位内架具有地线端子安装孔、零线端子安装孔、火线端子安装孔和信号端子安装孔,所述地线载流端子、零线载流端子、火线载流端子、信号端子分别安装在地线端子安装孔、零线端子安装孔、火线端子安装孔、信号端子安装孔内。
为了插接的稳固性,地线载流端子、零线载流端子、火线载流端子、信号端子内均设置有触止件(即管状内弹片)。
具体地,所述地线压接孔通过地线弹片安装在一体式铜脚上。
具体地,所述电路板上安装有电流检测电阻和温度检测电阻。
为了连接的稳固性,所述插头外壳上安装有按钮,所述按钮用于卡紧充电线转换插头。
具体地,所述端子限位板下方具有支撑柱,所述支撑柱支撑在端子限位板和一体式铜脚之间。
本发明结构紧凑、体积小、轻巧便捷,解决电动汽车充电线转换插头与插座之间的通用性,实现一个充电插头能与多种插座通电使用。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示,欧标插头转换器,包括一体式铜脚和位于其上方的端子限位板,所述端子限位板下方具有支撑柱,所述支撑柱支撑在端子限位板和一体式铜脚之间。所述一体式铜脚上安装有零线铜脚1、火线铜脚1’,所述零线铜脚1、火线铜脚1’分别连接有零线压接孔4、火线压接孔3,所述一体式铜脚上具有地线压接孔2,具体地,地线压接孔2通过地线弹片安装在一体式铜脚上。
所述端子限位板上安装有地线载流端子9、零线载流端子14、火线载流端子16和电路板13,所述电路板13上还安装有电流检测电阻11和温度检测电阻12。所述地线载流端子9、零线载流端子14、火线载流端子16通过连接线10,15,17分别与地线压接孔2、零线压接孔4、火线压接孔3连接,所述电路板13上连接有三个信号端子22,23,24,所述一体式铜脚、端子限位板安装在插头外壳28内,在端子限位板上方,所述插头外壳28内安装有端子定位内架29,所述端子定位内架29具有地线端子安装孔、零线端子安装孔、火线端子安装孔和三个信号端子安装孔,所述地线载流端子9、零线载流端子14、火线载流端子16、三个信号端子分别安装在地线端子安装孔、零线端子安装孔、火线端子安装孔、三个信号端子安装孔内。地线载流端子9、零线载流端子14、火线载流端子16、三个信号端子内均设置有触止件(即管状内弹片)。
所述插头外壳上安装有按钮,所述按钮用于卡紧充电线转换插头。具体地,此部分的结构包括按钮一6、弹簧一7、按钮二19和弹簧二18,如图4所示,上述部件分别组装到欧标插头外壳28两侧对应的孔内,当与充电线转换插头对插后,可以卡紧插头,增加产品充电安全性能。当需要与充电线转换插头分离时,按到两侧的按钮一6和按钮二19可以使二者分离,方便插拔。
装配步骤:
1.按照设计要求将连接线一10、连接线二15和连接线三17两端剥内皮,控制铜丝露出长度,剥完后确认尺寸符合标准要求。
2.先将电流检测电阻11和温度检测电阻12分别用焊接的方式焊接在PCB电路板13对应的区域;再将信号端子触止一25、信号端子触止二26和信号端子触止三27分别组装到信号端子一22、信号端子二23和信号端子三24对应的孔槽内,最后将信号端子一22、信号端子二23和信号端子三24分别用焊接的方式焊接在PCB电路板13对应的区域,使之成为一个整体。
3.将载流端子触止一8、载流端子触止二20和载流端子触止三21分别组装到地线载流端子9、零线载流端子14和火线载流端子16对应的孔槽内。
4.采用目前市场上常用的欧标插头铜脚,地线压接孔2用连接线一10与地线载流端子9通过焊接的方式进行连接;火线铜脚1’上的火线压接孔3用连接线三17与火线载流端子16通过焊接的方式进行连接;零线铜脚1上的零线压接孔4用连接线二15与零线载流端子14通过焊接的方式进行连接。
5.将焊接好电流检测电阻11、温度检测电阻12、信号端子一22、信号端子二23和信号端子三24的PCB电路13板放置在端子限位板5对应的卡槽内,端子限位板5固定在欧标插头铜脚对应的卡槽内。
6.将端子定位内架29上对应的孔内分别穿入上述所说的母端子,最后将欧标插头外壳28从欧标插头零线铜脚1、火线铜脚1’外露端子内穿入,与端子定位内架29通过超声波压接的方式使之连接成为一个整体。
7.按钮一6,弹簧一7和按钮二19,弹簧二18分别组装到欧标插头外壳28两侧对应的孔内,当与充电线转换插头对插后,可以卡紧插头,增加产品充电安全性能。当需要与充电线转换插头分离时,按动两侧的按钮一6和按钮二19可以使二者分离,方便插拔。
使用时,产品一端与常用的充电线转换插头连接,另一端与欧洲16A插座连接通电。

1.欧标插头转换器,其特征在于包括一体式铜脚和位于其上方的端子限位板,所述一体式铜脚上安装有零线铜脚、火线铜脚,所述零线铜脚、火线铜脚分别连接有零线压接孔、火线压接孔,所述一体式铜脚上具有地线压接孔,所述端子限位板上安装有地线载流端子、零线载流端子、火线载流端子和电路板,所述地线载流端子、零线载流端子、火线载流端子通过连接线分别与地线压接孔、零线压接孔、火线压接孔连接,所述电路板上连接有信号端子,所述一体式铜脚、端子限位板安装在插头外壳内,在端子限位板上方,所述插头外壳内安装有端子定位内架,所述端子定位内架具有地线端子安装孔、零线端子安装孔、火线端子安装孔和信号端子安装孔,所述地线载流端子、零线载流端子、火线载流端子、信号端子分别安装在地线端子安装孔、零线端子安装孔、火线端子安装孔、信号端子安装孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的欧标插头转换器,其特征在于:地线载流端子、零线载流端子、火线载流端子、信号端子内均设置有触止件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的欧标插头转换器,其特征在于:所述地线压接孔通过地线弹片安装在一体式铜脚上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的欧标插头转换器,其特征在于:所述电路板上安装有电流检测电阻和温度检测电阻。
5.根据权利要求1所述的欧标插头转换器,其特征在于:所述插头外壳上安装有按钮,所述按钮用于卡紧充电线转换插头。
6.根据权利要求1所述的欧标插头转换器,其特征在于:所述端子限位板下方具有支撑柱,所述支撑柱支撑在端子限位板和一体式铜脚之间。
