The battery end cap assembly 10 is as described in the above embodiments, and in combination with the above battery end cap assembly 10, due to the detachable seal, the electrolyte can be supplemented to the battery 100 in the following process, so that the secondary use of the battery 100 is facilitated.
The present application also provides a battery pack including a battery pack, wherein the battery pack includes the battery shown in fig. 10.
The application also provides an electric device, which adopts the battery pack. The electric equipment may take various forms, for example, a mobile phone, a portable device, a notebook computer, a battery car, a ship, a spacecraft, an electric toy, an electric power tool, and the like, for example, the spacecraft includes an airplane, a rocket, a space shuttle, a spacecraft, and the like, the electric toy includes a stationary or mobile electric toy, for example, a game machine, an electric car toy, an electric ship toy, an electric airplane toy, and the like, and the electric power tool includes a metal cutting electric tool, an abrasive electric tool, an assembly electric tool, and an electric tool for railways, for example, an electric drill, an electric grinder, an electric wrench, an electric screwdriver, an electric hammer, an electric impact drill, a concrete vibrator, and an electric planer.
It should be noted herein that the cell end cap assemblies shown in the drawings and described in this specification are only a few examples of the wide variety of cell end cap assemblies that can employ the principles of the present application. It should be clearly understood that the principles of the present application are in no way limited to any of the details or any of the components of the cell end cap assembly shown in the drawings or described in this specification.
The foregoing is a detailed description of several exemplary embodiments of the cell end cap assembly set forth herein, which is described below as an example of the use of the cell end cap assembly set forth herein.

When sealing is needed, the turnover piece and the sealing ring are in sealing fit with the first groove of the liquid injection hole. The liquid injection hole is sealed and closed by the turnover piece; when liquid is injected to needs, external force is applied to the edge of the turnover part, so that the turnover part is turned over, and the liquid injection hole is opened. First connecting portion are connected with the second connecting portion for the installed part is connected in the apron and is covered the one end of locating the upset piece near the battery outside. The installed part can be connected in the apron through interconnect complex first connecting portion and second connecting portion, and the protection upset piece is established to the lid. The battery end cover assembly realizes sealing and dismounting, can realize opening of the liquid injection hole by pressing, and is convenient for secondary liquid injection of a battery.
The battery that this application provided, including foretell battery end cover subassembly, sealed respond well, can supply electrolyte, realize the secondary of battery and use to easy and simple to handle need not destroy battery end cover subassembly.

Claims (19)

1. A battery end cap assembly, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:

the turnover piece is provided with a second groove along the periphery;
the sealing ring has elasticity;
a mounting member having a second connecting portion;
the turnover piece is matched with the liquid injection hole, the sealing ring is sleeved on the second groove, and when liquid injection is not needed, the turnover piece seals and closes the liquid injection hole; when liquid needs to be injected, external force is applied to the edge of the turnover piece to enable the turnover piece to turn over, and the liquid injection hole is opened;
the first connecting portion is connected with the second connecting portion, so that the mounting piece is connected to the cover plate and covers one end, close to the outside of the battery, of the turnover piece.

The battery end cap assembly of claim 1, wherein: the cover plate comprises a body and a boss arranged on the body and close to the outside of the battery, the liquid injection hole penetrates through the body and the boss, and the first connecting portion is arranged on the periphery of the boss.
3. The battery end cap assembly of claim 2, wherein: the mounting part is close to one end of the inside of the battery is provided with a cavity, the second connecting part is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, and the boss is accommodated in the cavity.
4. The battery end cap assembly of claim 2, wherein: the battery end cover assembly further comprises a gasket, and the gasket is sleeved on the boss and located between the mounting piece and the body of the cover plate.
5. The battery end cap assembly of claim 4, wherein: the mounting piece compresses the gasket to realize the sealing connection with the cover plate, and the compression rate of the gasket is 25% -40%.

8. The battery end cap assembly of claim 7, wherein: the battery end cover assembly further comprises a cushion block, wherein the cushion block is arranged in the counter sink hole and is positioned between the mounting piece and the bottom wall of the counter sink hole.
9. The battery end cap assembly of claim 8, wherein: the diameter of the cushion block is larger than that of the liquid injection hole and smaller than that of the counter sink hole.
10. The battery end cap assembly of claim 8, wherein: the mounting piece compresses the cushion block to achieve sealing connection with the cover plate, and the compression rate of the cushion block is 25% -40%.
11. The battery end cap assembly of claim 1, wherein: the turning piece is provided with a shaft extending along the radial direction, and the turning piece is connected with the first groove of the liquid injection hole through the shaft.

The battery end cap assembly of any one of claims 1-11, wherein: the first groove is provided with an arc-shaped inner wall in the radial direction of the liquid injection hole, and after the second groove is sleeved with the first groove, the outer diameter of the sealing ring is larger than the diameters of the two end parts of the arc-shaped inner wall and smaller than the maximum diameter of the arc-shaped inner wall.
13. The battery end cap assembly of any one of claims 1-11, wherein: the first groove is in interference fit with the sealing ring, and the interference magnitude of the first groove and the sealing ring is 0.15-0.25mm.
14. The battery end cap assembly of any one of claims 1-11, wherein: the second groove is provided with a linear outer wall in the radial direction of the turnover piece, and the diameter of the linear outer wall is larger than the inner diameter of the sealing ring.
15. The battery end cap assembly of any one of claims 1-11, wherein: the second groove is in interference fit with the sealing ring, and the interference magnitude of the second groove and the sealing ring is 0.3-0.45mm.
16. The battery end cap assembly of any of claims 1-11, wherein the end of the mounting member adjacent the exterior of the battery is provided with a cross-slot, a straight slot, a circular slot, or a polygonal slot.
17. A battery comprising a housing, a cell assembly disposed within the housing, and a battery end cap assembly attached to the housing, wherein the battery end cap assembly comprises the battery end cap assembly of any of claims 1-11.
18. A battery pack comprising a battery pack, wherein the battery pack comprises the battery of claim 17.
19. An electrical device comprising the battery pack of claim 18.
