Claims (10)

1. A method for supplementing house property information, the method comprising:
receiving a real estate information additional recording instruction, wherein the real estate information additional recording instruction comprises a target page identifier;
inquiring a target field identifier corresponding to a target page identifier according to a first preset rule table, wherein the first preset rule table records field identifiers corresponding to a plurality of page identifiers;
judging whether an AI real estate information data source needs to be configured or not;
if yes, configuring the AI property information data source according to the target page identifier;
acquiring first field data corresponding to the target field identifier in the AI property information data source;
and complementing the corresponding first field data in a plurality of input boxes of the entry page.
2. The property information entry method of claim 1 wherein the field identification comprises one or more of the following in combination: land acquisition mode, house use, land use age, land start date, land expiration date, completion date, construction time, address, construction area and building floor.
3. The method for entering house property information according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: and automatically monitoring the data change of the AI property information data source in real time through the AI process.
4. The method for entering house property information according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps that house property information data in a target area are crawled in a third-party information platform through a crawler tool or house property information data uploaded by a client are received;
storing the property information data in a pre-constructed AI property information database;
determining attribute information of each second field data in the property information data;
and associating each second field data with the field identification according to a second preset rule table, wherein a plurality of field identifications corresponding to the attribute information are recorded in the second preset rule table.
5. The property information complementing method of claim 4, wherein said step of determining whether to configure the AI property information data source comprises:
accessing the AI property information database;
judging whether second field data corresponding to the target field identification exists in the AI property information database;
if not, determining that an AI property information data source needs to be configured;
and if so, determining that the AI property information data source does not need to be configured.
6. The property information entry method of claim 5, wherein after the step of determining that an AI property information data source does not need to be configured, the method further comprises:
configuring the AI property information database according to the target page identifier;
acquiring second field data corresponding to the target field identifier in the AI property information database;
and complementing the corresponding second field data in a plurality of input boxes of the entry page.
7. The property information entry method of claim 1 or 6, further comprising:
receiving a property information deleting instruction, wherein the property information deleting instruction comprises a target page identifier and the field identifier to be deleted;
and deleting the field data in the input box corresponding to the field identifier to be deleted in the input page.
8. A property information entry device, the device comprising:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a judging unit and a judging unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a house information additional recording instruction, and the house information additional recording instruction comprises a target page identification;
the query unit is used for querying a target field identifier corresponding to a target page identifier according to a first preset rule table, wherein the first preset rule table records field identifiers corresponding to a plurality of page identifiers;
the judging unit is used for judging whether an AI real estate information data source needs to be configured or not;
the configuration unit is used for configuring the AI property information data source according to the target page identifier when the AI property information data source needs to be configured;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring first field data corresponding to the target field identifier in the AI property information data source;
and the supplementary recording unit is used for supplementary recording the corresponding first field data in a plurality of input frames of the input page.
9. A computer device, characterized in that the computer device comprises: a memory storing at least one instruction; and
a processor executing instructions stored in the memory to implement the method of building information entry according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction for execution by a processor in a computer device to implement the method of building information entry according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
