It should be noted that the various embodiments of the present application may be referred to or referred to one another, for example, the same or similar steps, method embodiments, system embodiments, and apparatus embodiments may be referred to one another, without limitation.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a project management method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step 201, the project management device obtains the identification of the target user.
Illustratively, the project management apparatus may include a front end and a server end. The front end is used for displaying information such as a login page and a data display page to a user, and the server is used for acquiring and processing user data and project data.
The target user can log in through the login page displayed at the front end, and after the login is successful, the server side of the project management device can acquire the identifier of the current target user so as to facilitate subsequent further data processing.
Step 202, the project management device obtains target project data corresponding to the target user according to the identification of the target user.
Wherein the target item data comprises at least one of code data, log data, monitoring data, and quality data.
Illustratively, the code data may include corresponding data such as project name, code information, code submitter information, code submission date, code type, and the like.
The log data comprises corresponding data such as project names, bug information, log creation time, problem solving time, creator information, problem solving person information, assigned person information, log types and log states.
The monitoring data comprises corresponding data such as project names, exception information, exception occurrence time, exception types and exception quantities.
The quality data comprises corresponding data such as project names, inspection time, submitting personnel information, project types, project states, severity levels, vulnerability numbers, solved vulnerability numbers, bad taste numbers, solved bad taste numbers, reliability levels, security levels, maintenance levels and the like.
Currently, code data, log data, monitoring data, and quality data of an item are stored in different servers, respectively. For example, code data may be stored in a first server, log data may be stored in a second server, monitoring data may be stored in a third server, and quality data may be stored in a fourth server. The project management apparatus may acquire the corresponding target project data from the server through a post network request instruction in node.
In step 203, the project management apparatus filters the target project data based on the filtering condition indicated by the first operation in response to the first operation.
Illustratively, the first operation may be a click operation.
In one possible implementation, the screening conditions include one or more of: personnel information, project names, and time periods.
For example, the first operation may indicate that the time period of the target item data which needs to be viewed is from the first time to the second time, and the item name is item a. At this time, the item management apparatus may filter out other data from the target item data, and retain only data whose time period is from the first time to the second time and whose item name is item a.
In step 204, the project management apparatus displays the filtered target project data.
In a possible implementation manner, the project management apparatus determines a corresponding data display manner according to the filtered target project data, and controls the display device to display the filtered target project data based on the data display manner. Therefore, the target user can visually check the overall situation of the project, such as work results, recent problems and other information, and the target user can conveniently manage the project.
The data presentation mode may include various forms, such as a table form, a statistical graph form, and a form of displaying extracted keywords.
Illustratively, the statistical graph form may include a bar graph, a line graph, a histogram, a scatter plot, a pie chart, a mesh graph, and the like.
Based on the technical scheme, the project management device in the application can acquire the identification of the target user and acquire the target project data corresponding to the target user according to the identification of the target user. Then, the project management apparatus may filter the target project data based on the filtering condition indicated by the first operation in response to the first operation, and display the filtered target project data. The target project data can comprise one or more of code data, log data, monitoring data and quality data, so that the project management device can display the overall situation of the project from multiple dimensions, and in addition, the project management device can filter out partial information in the target project data through indicated screening conditions, so that only information required by related personnel can be displayed. In conclusion, the method and the device for displaying the current project can not only integrally display the current project from multiple dimensions, but also remove unnecessary information according to screening conditions, so that project management efficiency is improved.
Hereinafter, a process in which the project management apparatus acquires target project data corresponding to a target user will be described.
As a possible embodiment, in the case where the target item data includes code data, as shown in fig. 3, the above step 202 includes the following steps 301 to 303.
In step 301, the project management apparatus sends a first request message to a first server. Accordingly, the first server receives a first request message from the project management apparatus.
Wherein the first request message is used for requesting to acquire code data of a plurality of items.
It should be noted that the first server is configured to store the code data of multiple items, and the code data of the multiple items is the code data of items corresponding to different users, so that the data volume is large, and therefore the first request message may be sent to the first server periodically according to a preset period in the present application. Therefore, the project management device in the application can reduce the resource overhead of acquiring the code data.
For example, the preset period may be one day, and the first request message may be a post network request message in node.
Step 302, the first server sends a first response message to the project management apparatus. Accordingly, the item management apparatus receives a first response message from the first server.
Wherein the first response message includes code data of the plurality of items.
Illustratively, the code data may include corresponding data such as project name, code information, code submitter information, code submission date, code type, and the like.
When the item management apparatus receives the code data of the plurality of items, the item management apparatus may store the code data of the plurality of items in the memory,
step 303, the project management apparatus determines code data corresponding to the target user from the code data of the plurality of projects according to the identification of the target user.
In a possible implementation manner, a project form may be stored in the project management apparatus. The project form includes project information managed by a plurality of users. The item information includes item names and item identifications of corresponding items in the first server, respectively.
Therefore, the project management device can determine the mapping relation between the target user and the plurality of projects in the first server according to the identification of the target user, so that the code data corresponding to the target user is determined from the code data of the plurality of projects according to the mapping relation.
Since the user can submit the item in the first server through a plurality of user names, it is difficult to directly determine the item corresponding to the target user from the first server. The project management device in the application can determine the project data corresponding to the target user according to the mapping relation by establishing the mapping relation between the target user and the project in the first server, so that the data screening efficiency is improved.
As a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in the case where the target item data includes log data, the above step 202 includes the following steps 401 to 402.
Step 401, the project management apparatus sends a second request message to the second server based on the identification of the target user. Accordingly, the second server receives a second request message from the item management device.
The second request message is used for requesting to acquire log data corresponding to the target user.
Illustratively, the log data includes data of corresponding project name, bug information, log creation time, problem solving time, creator information, problem solving person information, assigned person information, log type, log status, and the like. The log data specifically further includes project start time, project end time, estimated time consumption, actual time consumption, registered person information, and associated object information.
In a possible implementation manner, the project management apparatus may establish a mapping relationship between an identifier of a target user and a user name of the target user in the second server, and obtain, through an api interface provided by the second server, log data corresponding to the target user according to the identifier of the target user.
Step 402, the second server sends a second response message to the project management apparatus. Accordingly, the item management device receives a second response message from the second server.
And the second response message comprises log data corresponding to the target user.
Based on the technical scheme, the project management device in the application can send the second request message to the second server based on the identification of the target user, so that the log data corresponding to the target user in the second server is obtained.
As a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in the case where the target item data includes monitoring data, the above step 202 includes the following steps 501 to 502.
Step 501, the project management apparatus sends a third request message to a third server based on the identification of the target user. Accordingly, the third server receives a third request message from the item management device.
And the third request message is used for requesting to acquire the monitoring data corresponding to the target user.
Illustratively, the monitoring data includes data such as a corresponding project name, exception information, an exception occurrence time, an exception type, and an exception amount. The exception types include network request exception, resource loading exception, white screen exception, code error reporting exception, special reported exception event and the like.
In a possible implementation manner, the project management apparatus may obtain, through an api interface provided by the third server, the monitoring data corresponding to the target user according to the identifier of the target user.
Step 502, the item management device receives a third response message from the third server. Accordingly, the third server receives a third response message from the project management apparatus.
And the third response message comprises monitoring data corresponding to the target user.
Based on the technical scheme, the project management device in the application can send the third request message to the third server based on the identification of the target user, so that the monitoring data corresponding to the target user in the third server is obtained.
As a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, in the case where the target item data includes quality data, the above step 202 includes the following steps 601 to 602.
Step 601, the project management apparatus sends a fourth request message to the fourth server based on the identification of the target user. Accordingly, the fourth server receives a fourth request message from the item management device.
The fourth request message is used for requesting to acquire quality data corresponding to the target user.
Illustratively, the quality data includes data for a corresponding project name, inspection time, submitter information, project type, project status, severity level, number of vulnerabilities resolved, number of bad tastes resolved, reliability level, security level, maintenance level, and the like.
In a possible implementation manner, the project management apparatus may obtain, through an api interface provided by the fourth server, the quality data corresponding to the target user according to the identifier of the target user.
Step 602, the fourth server sends a fourth response message to the project management apparatus. Accordingly, the item management apparatus receives a fourth response message from the fourth server.
And the fourth response message comprises quality data corresponding to the target user.
Based on the technical scheme, the project management device in the application can send the fourth request message to the fourth server based on the identification of the target user, so that the quality data corresponding to the target user in the fourth server is obtained.
Hereinafter, a procedure of the item management apparatus for accessing the content based on the user authority setting will be described.
As a possible embodiment of the present application, in conjunction with fig. 2, as shown in fig. 7, after step 202 described above, the method further includes the following steps 701-702.
Step 701, the project management apparatus determines the access authority of the target user according to the identifier of the target user.
Illustratively, the item management device stores therein a permission form. The permission form includes access permissions corresponding to a plurality of users. The item management device may retrieve the access rights of the target user from the rights form.
Step 702, the item management apparatus selects item data within a range permitted by the access authority of the target user from the target item data.
For example, when the target user is a technician, the project management apparatus may determine that the target user may access data for each project in the target project data. When the target user is a developer, the project management apparatus may determine that the target user may access data of a project for which the target user is responsible for development in the target project data.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the execution sequence of steps 701 to 702 and step 203 is not limited, and steps 701 to 702 may be executed before step 203, in which case, the item management apparatus may select item data within a range allowed by the access authority of the target user from the target item data, and then filter the target item data based on the filtering condition indicated by the first operation instruction.
In this application, steps 701 to 702 may be executed after step 601, and in this case, the project management apparatus may filter the target project data based on the filtering condition indicated by the first operation instruction, and then select project data within a range allowed by the access authority of the target user from the target project data.
Steps 701-702 may also be executed in parallel with step 203 described above, that is, the item management apparatus may filter the target item data based on the access right of the target user and the filtering condition indicated by the first operation.
Fig. 7 only illustrates the katton parameter reporting method provided in the present application by taking the steps 701 to 702 as an example before the step 203.
Based on the technical scheme, the project management device in the application can determine the access authority of the target user according to the identification of the target user, and select the project data in the range allowed by the access authority of the target user from the target project data. Therefore, sensitive data outside the access authority of the user can be avoided, and safety guarantee is provided for data access.
