The following describes preferred technical schemes of the air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present disclosure from a first perspective, and fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present disclosure from a second perspective.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an outdoor unit 100 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a casing assembly 110 and a heat exchange assembly 120, wherein the heat exchange assembly 120 is disposed in the casing assembly 110.
It can be understood that the heat exchange assembly 120 is located inside the housing assembly 110 and is fixedly connected with the housing assembly 110, and a person skilled in the art can set the fixing manner between the heat exchange assembly 120 and the housing assembly 110 according to actual needs.
Illustratively, the housing assembly 110 may be a regular three-dimensional structure, such as a cubic structure, to improve its space utilization.
The housing assembly 110 includes a housing 111, the housing 111 has a first sidewall 1111, and the first sidewall 1111 opens the air inlet 130 and the air outlet 140.
It should be noted that the first side wall 1111 faces away from the side of the external wall where the outdoor unit 100 is installed, that is, the first side wall 1111 faces the outside, and the air inlet 130 and the air outlet 140 are both disposed on the first side wall 1111 facing the outside.
The heat exchange assembly 120 includes an outdoor heat exchanger 121, and the intake vent 130 and the outtake vent 140 are respectively located at opposite sides of the outdoor heat exchanger 121.
It can be understood that, when the outdoor heat exchanger 121 is close to the air inlet 130, the outside air firstly enters the casing 111 through the air inlet 130, and after heat exchange is performed through the outdoor heat exchanger 121, the outside air flows out through the air outlet 140.
Typically, the outdoor heat exchanger 121 is a condenser.
In addition, since the intake vent 130 is disposed on the first sidewall 1111, it means that the outdoor heat exchanger 121 is close to the first sidewall 1111 and further away from the outer wall.
Through the above arrangement, namely, the air inlet 130 and the air outlet 140 are both arranged on the first side wall 1111 of the casing 111, and the first side wall 1111 is arranged on one side of the outer wall deviating from the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, so that the outdoor heat exchanger 121 and the outer wall can be far away from each other, the heat exchange effect of the outdoor heat exchanger 121 is improved, namely, the heat exchange effect of the condenser is improved, the performance of the test in a laboratory can be embodied to the maximum degree in the house of a user, and the user experience is better.
In an alternative embodiment, the outdoor heat exchanger 121 is enclosed into a closed shape, and the air inlet 130 and the air outlet 140 are respectively located at the inner side and the outer side of the closed shape.
It can be understood that the outdoor heat exchanger 121 is designed to ensure that the intake vent 130 and the outtake vent 140 are simultaneously located on the first side wall 1111, and to ensure the normal operation of the outdoor heat exchanger 121.
In some examples, the intake vent 130 is located on an inside of the closed shape and the outtake vent 140 is located on an outside of the closed shape.
That is, the external air firstly enters the inside of the closed shape through the inlet opening 130, and after heat exchange is performed through the outdoor heat exchanger 121, the external air flows out through the outlet opening 140 on the outside of the closed shape.
In an alternative embodiment, the heat exchange assembly 120 further includes a fan 122, the fan 122 is located in the casing 111, and the fan 122 is disposed in parallel with the outdoor heat exchanger 121.
It is understood that the fan 122 is used for sucking outdoor air and discharging the air processed by the outdoor unit 100 to the outside, and exchanges heat with the outdoor heat exchanger 121 using natural wind.
In order to shorten the flow path of air in the casing 111 and reduce the air volume loss, the fan 122 may be disposed opposite to the outdoor heat exchanger 121. That is, the fan 122 is disposed in parallel with the outdoor heat exchanger 121.
In an alternative embodiment, the outdoor heat exchanger 121 surrounds the outer circumferential side of the blower 122 to form a closed shape.
It will be appreciated that the blower 122 is located on the inside of the closed shape, opposite the intake vent 130. Thereby ensuring the normal operation of the outdoor heat exchanger 121 and the fan 122.
In some examples, the outdoor heat exchanger 121 may be detachably connected to the housing 111, so that the outdoor heat exchanger 121 may be mounted and dismounted, and the use and maintenance of the outdoor heat exchanger 121 may be facilitated.
In other embodiments, the outdoor heat exchanger 121 and the casing 111 may also be connected by other connection methods, so long as the connection method for fixedly connecting the outdoor heat exchanger 121 and the casing 111 can achieve the purpose of the present embodiment, and here, the connection method of the outdoor heat exchanger 121 and the casing 111 is not limited.
Certainly, the fan 122 and the housing 111 may be detachably connected, so that the fan 122 may be mounted and dismounted, and the fan 122 may be used and maintained conveniently.
In other embodiments, the blower 122 and the housing 111 may also be connected in other connection manners, as long as the connection manner that the blower 122 and the housing 111 can be fixedly connected can achieve the purpose of the embodiment, and herein, the connection manner of the blower 122 and the housing 111 is not limited.
In an alternative embodiment, the outdoor heat exchanger 121 includes a heat exchange body surrounding the circumferential outer side of the fan 122, and a first end of the heat exchange body faces the first sidewall 1111 and a second end of the heat exchange body extends along the axial direction of the fan 122.
It can be understood that the heat exchange body has a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, wherein the first end faces the first side wall 1111, and the second end extends back to the first side wall 1111 to the inside of the shell 111, and the extending length thereof can be adjusted accordingly according to practical situations, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein.
With the design, the heat exchange main body can be enclosed into a closed shape wrapping the fan 122 so as to ensure the heat exchange effect.
Wherein the first end of the heat exchange body is located between the air inlet 130 and the air outlet 140.
That is to say, the position of the first end of the heat exchange main body facing the first side wall 1111 may separate the air inlet 130 and the air outlet 140 from each other, so as to ensure that the air inlet 130 has an independent air inlet channel, and similarly, ensure that the air outlet 140 has an independent air outlet channel, thereby avoiding the mutual interference of air.

It can be understood that the centrifugal turbo fan 122 draws the outside air into the casing 111 through the air inlet 130 and enters the closed shape enclosed by the outdoor heat exchanger 121, and after heat exchange is performed by the outdoor heat exchanger 121, the air is sent out through the air outlet 140 by the centrifugal turbo fan 122.
In an alternative embodiment, an air inlet grille is disposed at the air inlet 130;
and/or an air outlet grille is arranged at the air outlet 140.
It is understood that there may be three different situations, where the air inlet 130 is provided with an air inlet grille; or, an air outlet grille is arranged at the air outlet 140; or an air inlet grille is arranged at the air inlet 130, and an air outlet grille is arranged at the air outlet 140.
In addition, it can be understood that both the air inlet grille and the air outlet grille can play a role in filtering impurities in air, so as to avoid polluting the inside of the shell 111, especially polluting structures such as the outdoor heat exchanger 121, the fan 122 and the like.
In some examples, the air inlet grille and the first side wall 1111 may be detachably connected, so that the air inlet grille may be mounted and dismounted, and the air inlet grille may be conveniently used and maintained.
In other embodiments, the air inlet grille and the first side wall 1111 may also be connected by other connection methods, as long as the connection method of the air inlet grille and the first side wall 1111 can be fixedly connected to achieve the purpose of the present embodiment, and herein, the connection method of the air inlet grille and the first side wall 1111 is not limited.
Similarly, in some examples, the air outlet grille and the first side wall 1111 may be detachably connected to each other, so that the air outlet grille may be mounted and dismounted, and the air outlet grille may be used and maintained conveniently.
In other embodiments, the air outlet grille and the first side wall 1111 may also be connected by other connection manners, as long as the connection manner that the air outlet grille and the first side wall 1111 can be fixedly connected can achieve the purpose of this embodiment, and herein, the connection manner of the air outlet grille and the first side wall 1111 is not limited.
In an alternative embodiment, the heat exchange assembly 120 further includes a compressor 123, and the compressor 123 is disposed in the casing 111 and is in communication with the outdoor heat exchanger 121.
When the air conditioner performs a heating operation, low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor from the outdoor heat exchanger 121 is sucked by the compressor 123, compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then discharged into the indoor heat exchanger, and subjected to heat exchange with indoor air, i.e., heat dissipation, by the action of the fan to become refrigerant liquid, and then subjected to capillary throttling, pressure reduction, temperature reduction, and then introduced into the outdoor heat exchanger 121, and subjected to heat exchange with outdoor air, i.e., heat absorption, by the action of the outdoor fan 122 to become low-pressure refrigerant gas.
When the air conditioner performs refrigeration operation, the electromagnetic four-way reversing valve enables the refrigerant to circulate according to the reverse process of the heating process, low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant steam from the indoor heat exchanger is sucked by the compressor 123, compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, then discharged into the outdoor heat exchanger 121, exchanges heat with outdoor air through the action of the fan 122, namely radiates heat to form refrigerant liquid, enters the indoor heat exchanger through capillary throttling, pressure reduction and temperature reduction, exchanges heat with the indoor air under the action of the fan of the indoor unit, namely absorbs heat to form low-pressure refrigerant gas, and the refrigeration purpose is achieved through continuous circulation in this way.

Illustratively, in the refrigeration process, the compressor 123 compresses a gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then sends the gaseous refrigerant to the condenser for heat dissipation to form a normal-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant, the liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator through the capillary tube assembly, because the space of the refrigerant after reaching the evaporator from the capillary tube is suddenly increased, the pressure applied to the refrigerant is reduced, the liquid refrigerant is vaporized to become a gaseous low-temperature refrigerant, so that a large amount of heat is absorbed, the evaporator is cooled, and the centrifugal fan of the indoor air conditioner guides indoor air to blow through the evaporator, so that the indoor air conditioner blows cold air.
The heating process of the air conditioner is the same as the principle of the cooling process, but the flow direction of the refrigerant in the condenser and the evaporator is opposite to that in the cooling process by using the four-way valve, thereby achieving the purpose of heating.
According to the operation principle of the air conditioner, it is known that the refrigerant needs to flow between the compressor 123, the condenser, and the evaporator, and therefore, the compressor 123, the condenser, and the evaporator need to be connected by pipes. Alternatively, the tubing may be copper tubing.
The air conditioner of this embodiment employs all the technical solutions of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 in the foregoing embodiments, so that at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions can be made on the related technical characteristics by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can be within the protection scope of the invention.
