The economical gear selection method, the gear shifting recommendation method, the device and the system of the transmission provided by the embodiment of the invention are obtained based on test, modeling calculation and logic judgment, and the economical gear of the vehicle transmission can be selected better. The general idea of the selection method of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: firstly, acquiring external characteristics of energy conversion efficiency/transmission efficiency of a vehicle driving system; a powertrain efficiency evaluation model of the vehicle drive system is then established. Meanwhile, acquiring the required torque and speed of the vehicle; the potential transmission gear matching the prime mover is then calculated. Then, calculating the power transmission efficiency of the vehicle driving system under each potential gear of the transmission; the transmission gear with the highest power transmission efficiency of the vehicle drive system is selected as the economical gear of the transmission.
Example 1
In the embodiment, a 12-gear transmission with an overdrive gear is taken as an example, and the economical gear of the transmission is selected according to the step flow of the economical gear selection method of the transmission shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, an economical gear selection method for a transmission provided by an embodiment of the present application includes:
s100: the method includes configuring prime mover external characteristics and transmission external characteristics, wherein the prime mover external characteristics include speed-torque-energy conversion efficiency characteristics of the prime mover, and the transmission external characteristics include gear-speed-torque-transmission efficiency characteristics of the transmission.
The method comprises the steps that the energy conversion efficiency of a prime mover is tested or simulated by a rack when the prime mover works under different rotating speeds and torques, and the external characteristics of the prime mover are obtained; and testing or simulating the transmission efficiency of the transmission under different gears, rotating speeds and torques by using the bench to obtain the external characteristics of the transmission. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a gear-rotation speed-transmission efficiency map of the transmission under a certain torque condition and a rotation speed-torque-transmission efficiency map under a certain gear condition; as shown in fig. 4, the rotational speed-torque-energy conversion efficiency map of a certain prime mover.
In the specific implementation process, a mapping relation table of prime motor energy conversion efficiency and prime motor rotating speed-torque and a mapping relation table of transmission efficiency and transmission gear-rotating speed-torque are preset in a vehicle control module. Specifically, a possible mapping table of transmission efficiency (%) to rotational speed-torque for the transmission under certain gear conditions is shown in table 1:

a configuration module for configuring an external characteristic of the prime mover and an external characteristic of the transmission; the external characteristics of the prime motor comprise the rotation speed-torque-energy conversion efficiency characteristics of the prime motor, and the external characteristics of the transmission comprise the gear-rotation speed-torque-transmission efficiency characteristics of the transmission;
the model creating module is used for constructing a power transmission efficiency evaluation model of the vehicle driving system by using the acquired external characteristics of the prime mover and the transmission;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the driving required torque and the vehicle speed of the vehicle;
the first calculation module is used for calculating potential gears matched with the prime mover speed-torque and the transmission;
the second calculation module is used for calculating the power transmission efficiency of each potential gear by using the power transmission efficiency evaluation model of the vehicle driving system;
the comparison module is used for searching a gear with the highest power transmission efficiency in the calculated power transmission efficiencies of the vehicle driving system under each potential gear;
and the recommending module is used for sending the economical gear information of the transmission by taking the highest gear as the economical gear of the current driving requirement of the transmission.
Example 3
The transmission gear shifting recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps:
acquiring transmission economic gear information sent by the transmission economic gear selection method of embodiment 1;
and displaying the obtained economic gear information on a vehicle instrument panel.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 6, the embodiment of the present application provides a transmission gear shift recommendation system, which includes a control module, a display module and the economical gear selection device described in embodiment 2; the transmission economic gear recommendation system acquires economic gear information under the current working condition output by the economic gear selection device through the control module, and is used for displaying a gear with the highest power transmission efficiency of a vehicle driving system on a vehicle instrument panel through the display module.
According to the transmission economical gear selection method, the transmission economical gear selection device and the gear shifting recommendation system, the power transmission efficiency of the vehicle driving system under the potentially-matched gear can be predicted through the power transmission efficiency evaluation model of the vehicle driving system, and the gear enabling the power transmission efficiency of the vehicle driving system to be the highest is provided. Accurate selection of economical gears of the transmission is achieved. Compared with the prior art that only the prime mover is operated in the high-efficiency interval to switch gears of the transmission, the method provided by the invention can realize the global optimization of the power transmission efficiency of the vehicle driving system and further improve the vehicle economy.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one type of logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one position, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. Claims (10)

1. A method of selecting an economical gear of a transmission comprising the steps of:
configuring external characteristics of a prime motor and external characteristics of a speed changer; the external characteristics of the prime motor comprise the rotation speed-torque-energy conversion efficiency characteristics of the prime motor, and the external characteristics of the transmission comprise the gear-rotation speed-torque-transmission efficiency characteristics of the transmission;
constructing a power transmission efficiency evaluation model of the vehicle driving system by using the configured external characteristics of the prime mover and the external characteristics of the transmission;
collecting the driving demand torque and the vehicle speed of the vehicle;
calculating potential gears matched with the prime mover speed-torque and the transmission;
calculating the power transmission efficiency of each potential gear by using a power transmission efficiency evaluation model of a vehicle driving system;
searching a gear with the highest power transmission efficiency according to a calculation result;
and sending transmission economic gear information by taking the highest gear as an economic gear required by the current driving of the transmission.

The transmission economy gear selection method according to claim 1, wherein in the step of constructing the vehicle drive system power transmission efficiency evaluation model using the acquired prime mover out characteristic and the transmission out characteristic, the constructed vehicle drive system power transmission efficiency evaluation model is as shown in formula (1):

selecting corresponding prime motor energy conversion efficiency and transmission efficiency of the transmission by utilizing the mapping relation table according to the running rotating speed and torque of the prime motor and the gear position of the transmission;
and calculating the power transmission efficiency of the vehicle driving system by using the power transmission efficiency evaluation model of the vehicle driving system.
4. The transmission economy gear selection method of claim 3, wherein the step of finding the gear with the highest power transfer efficiency based on the calculation comprises:
selecting a gear with the highest power transmission efficiency of a vehicle driving system according to a formula (2);

the comparison module is used for searching a gear with the highest power transmission efficiency in the calculated power transmission efficiencies of the vehicle driving system under each potential gear;
and the recommending module is used for sending the economical gear information of the transmission by taking the highest gear as the economical gear of the current driving requirement of the transmission.
