when a plate to be processed is placed at the upper end of the production rack 1 for processing, the plate is placed at the upper end of the placing rack plate 301, and then is pushed to move towards one side of the upper end of the production rack 1, and the guide rotating rod 303 is driven to rotate during movement, so that the flexibility of the plate during movement is increased, the friction force during movement is reduced, the placed plate is guided and aligned through the placing guide plate 302 in a horn mouth structure, the accuracy during processing and placing is increased, the plate is prevented from being placed neatly and insufficiently during placing, processing and transporting, and the deviation of later-stage transportation movement is caused, and the normal transportation movement is influenced, so that the processing efficiency is reduced;
simultaneously at the in-process of production frame 1 and the work of processing organism 6, install 1 front side of production frame and rear side upper end both sides to dead lever 5 earlier, install between dead lever 5 upper end baffle 4 again, through sheltering from of baffle 4, increase the protectiveness and the ability of preventing accident of processing organism 6 in the use, prevent at the in-process of processing, outside debris drop in the transportation panel upper end of transporting processing, influence the later stage and add efficiency man-hour, still can make the outside dirt of panel remain even.

An intelligent flexible edge sealing production line applied to the production of customized furniture, which comprises a production rack (1), wherein a plurality of conveying rollers (7) are movably arranged at the upper end of an inner cavity, a processing machine body (6) is arranged at the upper end of the production rack (1), and is characterized in that,
the edge cleaning mechanism (2) is movably arranged in the middle of the upper end of the production rack (1) and is transversely arranged in the middle of the upper end of the edge cleaning mechanism (2);
the alignment guide mechanism (3) is arranged at the upper end of the middle part of the left side of the production rack (1);
the fixing rods (5) are arranged on two sides of the upper ends of the front side and the rear side of the production rack (1) and are distributed in a rectangular shape in a overlooking mode, and the upper ends of the fixing rods are movably provided with shielding plates (4).
2. An intelligent flexible edge sealing production line applied to customized furniture production according to claim 1, wherein the edge sealing mechanism (2) further comprises:
the mounting frame (207) is mounted in the middle of the upper end of the production rack (1) through bolts;
mounting notches (201) which are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the middle part of the upper end of the production rack (1);
the rotating rollers (203) are all installed inside the installation notch (201) through bearings, and rotating rods (205) are installed on the upper ends of the rotating rollers (203) and the front side and the rear side of the upper end of the inner cavity of the installation frame (207) through bearings;
the motor (209) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the middle part of the rear side of the inner cavity of the mounting frame (207) through a mounting seat, the output end of the motor is provided with a rotating rod, and the motor is electrically connected with a control center inside the processing machine body (6) through a lead;
a rotating wheel (208) which is movably arranged on the rotating rod (205) and the upper end of the rotating rod through threads, and a transmission belt (206) is arranged between the outer parts of the rotating wheel;
the short-distance edge cleaning sleeves (202) are movably arranged at the lower end of the outer side of the rotating roller (203);
and the long-distance edge cleaning sleeves (204) are movably arranged at the upper ends of the outer sides of the rotating rollers (203) and are positioned at the upper ends of the short-distance edge cleaning sleeves (202).

The intelligent flexible edge sealing production line applied to customized furniture production according to claim 2, wherein the rotating rollers (203) are circular in plan view, and a plurality of screws are screwed on the outer peripheries of the short-distance edge sealing sleeve (202) and the long-distance edge sealing sleeve (204) and the outer periphery of the rotating rollers (203).

The intelligent flexible edge sealing production line applied to customized furniture production according to claim 2, wherein the mounting frame (207) is of a rectangular structure, bolts are mounted at the lower ends of the front side and the rear side of the mounting frame (207) and the middle parts of the front side and the rear side of the production rack (1), and the transmission belt (206) is made of synthetic rubber.

the placing frame plate (301) is installed at the upper end of the left side of the production rack (1) through a bolt;
a placing guide plate (302) which is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper end of the placing frame plate (301) and is in a bell mouth structure in a overlooking mode;
the fixed notch (304) is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the placing frame plate (301), and a plurality of guide rotating rods (303) are movably arranged on the fixed notch through bearings.
