Specifically, when a small amount of sampling is needed for the quality control liquid 5, the rotating handle bar 62 is rotated to enable the rotating joint sleeve 61 to rotate along the matching rotating cavity 312, the connecting rod 63 and the extending side block 64 are utilized to be connected with the L-shaped annular sliding groove 319 so as to limit the closing adjusting piece 6, the connecting inclined sliding groove 72 and the traction small block 65 are utilized to be connected to drive the lifting sliding column 71 to slide downwards along the inner side of the rotating joint sleeve 61, the splicing traction rod 73 drives the closing ball 74 to be separated from the matching closing groove 42, the bottle body 1 is turned over again, the quality control liquid 5 enters the sampling cavity groove 41 along the gap between the closing ball 74 and the matching closing groove 42, the rotating handle bar 62 is reversed again to enable the closing ball 74 to be closed again with the matching closing groove 42, sampling can be completed by opening the plug cover, the quality control liquid 5 does not need to be poured out by pouring the bottle body 1, liquid materials can be saved, the working environment can be kept clean, the quality control liquid 5 sampled by the sampling cavity groove 41 is fixed, and the sampling volume of the quality control liquid 5 is convenient to control volume control is controlled.
