Claims (6)
1. The composite process of the super-soft elastic liner cloth is characterized in that the super-soft elastic liner cloth comprises nylon base cloth and TPU film layers, wherein the front side and the back side of the nylon base cloth are respectively adhered with one layer of TPU film layer through glue, pinholes are distributed on the TPU film layers, the diameter of the pinholes is between 0.2 and 0.5 mm, the nylon base cloth is 15D of super-fine denier porous nylon fiber knitted fabric, and the thickness of the TPU film layers is between 0.008 and 0.013 mm; adhesive tapes are attached to two sides of the liner cloth;
the used compound device comprises an unreeling mechanism, a dipping mechanism, a laminating mechanism, a puncture mechanism and a reeling mechanism;
the unreeling mechanism comprises a first vertical unreeling frame and a second vertical unreeling frame, wherein the first vertical unreeling frame is sequentially provided with an adhesive tape unreeling shaft, a film roller I and a base cloth roller from top to bottom, two adhesive tape seats capable of axially moving along the adhesive tape unreeling shaft are sleeved on the adhesive tape unreeling shaft, adhesive tape rolls are sleeved outside the adhesive tape seats, positioning bolts are connected to the adhesive tape seats in a threaded manner, the first vertical unreeling frame and the second vertical unreeling frame are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the dipping mechanism, the second vertical unreeling frame is provided with a film roller II and a guide roller, and the guide roller is positioned above the film roller II;
the dipping mechanism comprises a dipping tank and a dipping roller, the dipping roller is rotationally connected in the dipping tank, a group of scraping plates are also fixed in the dipping tank, and nylon base cloth passes through the middle of the scraping plates;
the laminating mechanism comprises a laminating motor, a working table plate and a laminating frame fixed on the working table plate, wherein two laminating rollers which are arranged up and down are rotationally arranged on the laminating frame, and the laminating motor is fixed on one side of the laminating frame and is in power connection with one of the laminating rollers;
the puncture mechanism comprises a puncture motor, a puncture frame, a puncture roller and a grooving roller, wherein the puncture frame is fixed on the working platen, the roller surface of the puncture roller is fully provided with puncture needles, and the needle holes are punctured on the liner cloth through the puncture needles; the surface of the puncture roller is also provided with two circles of perforating needles which are circumferentially distributed, and an easy-to-tear line is formed on the inner side of the adhesive tape through the perforating needles; the slotting roller is provided with an annular groove for embedding a perforating needle, the puncture roller and the slotting roller are both rotationally connected to the puncture frame, the puncture roller is positioned below the slotting roller, the puncture motor is fixed on one side of the puncture frame and is in power connection with the puncture roller, and the slotting roller is a rubber roller;
the winding mechanism comprises a winding motor, a winding frame and a winding roller, wherein the winding frame is fixed on a working table plate, the winding roller is rotationally connected to the winding frame, the winding motor is fixed on one side of the winding frame and is in power connection with the winding roller, the winding frame is rotationally connected with a mounting shaft, two mounting seats are sleeved on the mounting shaft, the mounting seats are provided with L-shaped supporting arms, marker pens are clamped on the supporting arms, and pen points of the marker pens abut against the upper surface of an adhesive tape.

The process for compounding the ultra-soft elastic liner cloth according to claim 1, wherein a stirring shaft is transversely connected in the dipping tank in a rotating manner, a stirring motor for driving the stirring shaft is fixed outside the dipping tank wall, and an electric heating rod is further arranged on the dipping tank wall in a penetrating manner.

The process for compounding the ultra-soft elastic liner cloth according to claim 1, wherein the lamination frame is provided with a first sliding seat capable of sliding up and down along the lamination frame, two ends of a lamination roller positioned above the lamination frame are connected to the first sliding seat, the lamination frame is further connected with a first screw in a threaded manner, and the lower end of the screw is rotationally connected with the sliding seat.

The process for compounding the ultra-soft elastic liner cloth according to claim 1, wherein the puncture frame is provided with a second sliding seat capable of sliding up and down along the puncture frame, two ends of a grooved roller positioned above the puncture frame are connected to the second sliding seat, a second screw is further connected to the puncture frame in a threaded manner, and the lower end of the second screw is rotationally connected with the second sliding seat.

The process for compounding the ultra-soft elastic liner cloth according to claim 1, wherein the rolling frame is provided with a sliding seat III which can slide up and down along the rolling frame, two ends of an installation shaft positioned above the rolling frame are connected to the sliding seat III, the rolling frame is further connected with a screw rod III in a threaded manner, and the lower end of the screw rod III is rotationally connected with the sliding seat III.
6. The process for compounding an ultra-soft elastic liner cloth according to claim 1, wherein the mounting seat is connected with a locking bolt for positioning the mounting seat on the mounting shaft in a threaded manner.
