In general, a paper bag comprises a bag body for containing articles and two hand straps adhered to the bag body, wherein the hand straps are also called handles, the conventional handles on the market comprise round rope handles and flat rope handles, different types of handles are produced according to the requirements of different customers in production, but in the production process, the round rope handle making mechanism and the flat rope handle making mechanism are two split-type machines, so that the difficulty is quite high in switching, the time of workers is wasted easily, the occupied space is quite large, the use is inconvenient, and a handle machine with a round rope flat rope making mechanism integrated is needed.

As shown in fig. 1-7, the round rope flat rope handle integrated machine comprises a chassis 1, a round rope handle forming mechanism 2 is arranged on the chassis 1, a material conveying wheel set 201 is sequentially arranged on the round rope handle forming mechanism 2 from front to back, a round rope winding assembly 202, a cutting mechanism 7 and a handle reversing mechanism 8 are further arranged on the chassis 1, a flat rope handle forming mechanism 5 is further arranged on the chassis 1, the flat rope handle forming mechanism 5 sequentially comprises a feeding roller set 501, a rubber roller set 502, a flattening roller set 503, a discharging roller set 504 and a cutting mechanism 7 and a handle reversing mechanism 8 which are shared with the round rope handle forming mechanism 2 from front to back, and the shared cutting mechanism 7 and the handle reversing mechanism reduce the volume of the equipment, reduce the occupied area and simultaneously enable workers to be more convenient when the handle types produced by the hand machine are converted.

As shown in fig. 4, the chassis 1 is provided with a connecting frame 9 above the round rope assembly 202, the connecting frame 9 is rotatably connected with a connecting rod 901 connected with a tensioning wheel 431, one end of the connecting rod 901 is fixedly connected with a locking plate 902, one end of the locking plate 902 close to the connecting rod 901 is provided with a locking groove 903, the locking plate 902 is further provided with a locking nut 904 penetrating through the locking groove 903, the locking plate 902 can clamp the connecting rod 901 through the locking nut 904, the space between the locking grooves 903 can be adjusted through controlling the locking nut 904 so as to limit the rotation of the connecting rod 901, when the locking nut 904 is loosened, the hole on the locking plate 903 is in clearance fit with the connecting rod 901 so that the connecting rod 901 can rotate, the manual control wheel 431 swings downwards to be attached to the upper surface of an upper paper tape or swings upwards to be attached to the lower surface of the upper paper tape, when the locking nut 904 is rotated tightly, the space between the locking grooves 903 is reduced, the locking plate 902 deforms so that the connecting rod 901 can clamp the hole on the locking plate 902 tightly, and the connecting rod 901 is tightly pressed.
In this embodiment, the lower paper tape wheel set includes a transfer wheel 412 disposed at the bottom.
In this embodiment, a discharging box 311 is disposed at one end of the stand 301 near the cutting mechanism 7, and the discharging roller set 305 is rotatably disposed on the discharging box 311.
In this embodiment, a transition wheel 441 for supporting the upper paper tape is further disposed between the reversing wheel 421 and the fixed wheel 411, and the transition wheel 441 is configured to prevent the upper paper tape from swinging up and down due to the excessively long distance between the fixed wheel and the reversing wheel, so as to support the upper paper tape.
In this embodiment, the flattening rope assembly 503 includes a conveying chain row 513, a plurality of guide shafts 523 are disposed on the conveying chain row 513, an outer pushing plate 533 and an inner pushing plate 543 are slidably connected to each two guide shafts 523, and a forming plate 553 is disposed between the outer pushing plate 533 and the inner pushing plate 543.
The working principle is that as shown in figure 1, the flat rope handle forming mechanism 3 and the round rope handle forming mechanism 2 are installed on the chassis 1 through adaptation, so that the volume of equipment is reduced, the occupied area is saved, and meanwhile, compared with the prior art, the device does not need to be moved when the round rope handle and the flat rope handle are switched, and the operation of staff is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 5, when the round rope handle is produced, the round rope and the lower paper tape pass through the lower part of the frame 6, are conveyed to the round rope winding assembly 202 through the conveying wheel group 201 and are adhered to each other in the round rope winding assembly 202, are conveyed into the cutting mechanism 7 through the middle wheel at the tail end of the round rope winding assembly 202, are conveyed to the reversing wheel 421 through the fixed wheel 411, are conveyed to the conveying wheel at the rear end of the round rope winding assembly 202 and are positioned above the round rope, are adhered to the lower paper tape through the pressing of the conveying wheel, are clamped by the round rope, are finally divided into the handle parts through the cutting mechanism 7, are conveyed to the next station through the handle reversing mechanism 8, and in the process, the tensioning wheel 431 is downwards inclined to be adhered to the upper surface of the upper paper tape, so that the upper paper tape is downwards pressed, and the upper paper tape is kept in a tight state.
When the flat rope handle is produced, as shown in fig. 6, the round ropes are broken, two formed flat ropes are fed into the flat rope pressing assembly 503 through the feeding roller group 501 on the frame 6, meanwhile, the lower paper tape is kept tight through the middle rotating wheel 412 and fed into the flat rope pressing assembly 503, the upper surface of the lower paper tape is glued through the gluing roller group 502 in the process and is attached to the flat ropes in the flat rope pressing assembly 503, the upper paper tape enters between the discharging roller group 504 and the flat rope pressing assembly 503 after passing through the reversing wheel 421 and is adhered to the surface of the lower paper tape in the discharging roller group 504, so that the flat ropes are clamped in the middle to form the handle, then the handle is fed into the cutting mechanism 7 through the conveying wheel around the tail end of the round rope assembly 202, and then the cut-off paper tape is fed into the next procedure through the handle reversing mechanism 8, the conveying wheel can further squeeze the upper paper tape and the lower paper tape, and the bonding firmness is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the tensioning wheel 431 is lifted upwards to be attached to the lower surface of the upper paper tape in the process, and the tensioning wheel is supported and tensioned.
When the production type of the production handle rope is required to be switched, the round rope or the flat rope is only required to be cut off, the conveying path of the paper tape is changed, and the equipment is not required to be moved, so that the operation of staff is more convenient, the working efficiency of the staff is improved, the occupied space of the equipment is reduced, and the production cost of the equipment is also saved.
