Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization and disinfection, in particular to a sterilizing and disinfecting device for an elevator button. The elevator comprises an elevator base plate, a button arranged on the elevator base plate, an electric control device, a support and a deep ultraviolet LED arranged on the support, wherein the electric control device is electrically connected with the deep ultraviolet LED, and the deep ultraviolet LED is positioned on the surface of the support towards the elevator base plate. In addition, an anti-reflection coating can be arranged on the surfaces of the elevator base plate and the button to prevent ultraviolet rays irradiated on the elevator base plate and the button from being reflected to a human body. The elevator button sterilizing device solves the problem of safely and effectively sterilizing the elevator button, and has good sterilizing effect and high safety.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization and disinfection, in particular to a sterilizing and disinfecting device for an elevator button.
Background
The elevator button is equipment which needs to be touched frequently in daily life, and bacteria and viruses are easy to spread and spread by contacting the elevator button frequently by a large number of people. The elevator button can be sterilized by an alcohol or disinfectant wiping method, but the method can not sterilize bacteria and viruses on the elevator button in real time, and meanwhile, the elevator can be damaged by extremely frequent alcohol and disinfectant spraying. There is an elevator disinfection and sterilization device in the prior art, which comprises a double-machine ionizer, an ultraviolet light source and a titanium dioxide key coating, wherein the double-machine ionizer is installed in an elevator car, the titanium dioxide key coating is coated on an elevator operation panel, and the ultraviolet light source can irradiate the titanium dioxide key coating. The device purifies the air in the car through two ionizers, through plating titanium dioxide button coating on elevator operating panel, ultraviolet ray light source shines in titanium dioxide button coating, the titanium dioxide coating is under the irradiation of ultraviolet ray light source, produces the free radical that has high catalytic activity, can produce very strong photooxidation and reduction ability, has disinfection, bactericidal effect. However, the ultraviolet action area in the device is the whole elevator car, and can only sterilize the elevator when the elevator is empty, however, the virus transmission is often in the peak period of using the elevator, and people exist in the elevator in the period basically, so that the disinfection and sterilization of the elevator cannot be realized.
There is also a self-sterilizing public button, an elevator button plate and an elevator system in the prior art, in the self-sterilizing button, a pressing part can be pressed on a carrier, an elastic piece can reset the pressed pressing part, a sensing piece can sense the pressed pressing part to be pressed, the pressing part comprises a transparent part, an ultraviolet lamp is used as an indicator lamp, the outside of the pressing part can be irradiated by ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet lamp to be used for a part pressed by a user, the public button can sterilize itself when a function command is effective, and can be carried out when people exist nearby, thereby being beneficial to reducing the possibility of transmitting pathogens between users contacting the public button successively when the public button is used as the public button, and being beneficial to guaranteeing public health safety under the large environment of epidemic situations. However, in this button, the ultraviolet lamp is provided on the carrier, and emits ultraviolet light toward the pressing portion, and on the one hand, the ultraviolet light passes through the transparent pressing portion to reach the surface of the pressing portion, which is in contact with the person, and the pressing portion body weakens the sterilization effect to some extent; on the other hand, the passengers who take the elevator inevitably get on the elevator, and therefore, certain injuries to the human body are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of safely and effectively sterilizing the elevator button, the invention provides a sterilizing device for the elevator button, which comprises: the elevator comprises an electric control device, a support and a deep ultraviolet LED, wherein the electric control device is arranged on an elevator substrate, the support is arranged on the deep ultraviolet LED, the electric control device is electrically connected with the deep ultraviolet LED, and the deep ultraviolet LED is positioned on the surface, facing the elevator substrate, of the support.
Further, the electric control device provides power for the deep ultraviolet LED.
Still further, the electric control device also comprises a sensor, the sensor can detect the distance between the human body and the elevator button, and the electric control device can judge whether to supply power to the deep ultraviolet LED according to the detection result.
Further, when the distance between the human body and the elevator button is detected to be smaller than a preset value, the power supply to the deep ultraviolet LED is stopped; otherwise, power is supplied to the deep ultraviolet LED.
Further, the bracket has a first portion fixedly connected to the elevator base plate and a second portion connected to the first portion, and an end of the first portion connected to the elevator base plate is substantially perpendicular to the elevator base plate.
Still further, the second portion is perpendicular to the first portion, and the second portion and the first portion are perpendicular to each other, so that the second portion and the first portion form a T shape or an L shape, and the deep ultraviolet LED is disposed on one side or two sides of the first portion and/or on a surface of the second portion facing the elevator substrate.
Further, the first portion and the second portion together form an arc shape and are bent toward the elevator base plate, and the deep ultraviolet LED is disposed on the inner surface of the arc shape.
Further, the elevator base plate and the button surface are provided with an anti-reflection coating.
Further, the material of the anti-reflection coating is transition metal oxide.
Still further, the thickness of the anti-reflection coating is: between 10 and 1000 microns.
Still further, the anti-reflective coating is distributed over the elevator button surface and the area of the elevator substrate surrounding the elevator button.
Still further, the anti-reflective coating is applied to the predetermined area by a radio frequency magnetron sputtering process.
The invention has the following advantages:
the invention uses the deep ultraviolet LED to sterilize and disinfect the surface of the elevator button, has good sterilization and disinfection effects, is more environment-friendly, light and portable and has small power consumption compared with mercury lamps. The surface that deep ultraviolet LED directly shines elevator button, it is better than the effect of disinfecting that sees through a transparent pressing part, simultaneously, the ultraviolet ray only shines button region, because the shielding of support can not shine the passenger of taking the elevator, consequently can not cause the injury to the passenger. In addition, by providing the substrate and the button surface with the anti-reflection coating, ultraviolet light irradiated to the button or the substrate can be prevented from being reflected to the passenger, and the possibility of injury to the human body is further reduced. The ultraviolet light can not irradiate or reflect to the human body, so that the elevator can be opened when people exist in the elevator car, and the elevator button can be disinfected and sterilized more safely and effectively.

The disclosure will now be discussed with reference to several exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that these embodiments are discussed only to enable those of ordinary skill in the art to better understand and thus practice the present disclosure, and are not meant to imply any limitation on the scope of the present disclosure.
As used herein, the term "comprising" and variants thereof are to be interpreted as meaning "including but not limited to" open-ended terms. The term "based on" is to be interpreted as "based at least in part on". The terms "one embodiment" and "an embodiment" are to be interpreted as "at least one embodiment. The term "another embodiment" is to be interpreted as "at least one other embodiment".
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present embodiment discloses an elevator button sterilization and disinfection apparatus, comprising: an elevator base plate 100, a button 101 arranged on the elevator base plate 100, an electric control device 102, a bracket 103 and a deep ultraviolet LED104 arranged on the bracket, wherein the electric control device 102 is electrically connected with the deep ultraviolet LED104, and the deep ultraviolet LED104 is positioned on the surface of the bracket 103 facing the elevator base plate 100.
Wherein, the electric control device 102 provides power for the deep ultraviolet LED 104.
In some embodiments, the electric control device 102 further includes a sensor, the sensor may detect a distance between a human body and an elevator button, and the electric control device 102 may determine whether to supply power to the deep ultraviolet LED104 according to the detection result.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the distance between the human body and the elevator button 101 is smaller than a predetermined value, the power supply to the deep ultraviolet LED104 is stopped; otherwise, power is supplied to the deep ultraviolet LED 104.
The predetermined value of this distance may be pre-stored in the electronic control device, the predetermined value being in the range of 0.2m to 5 m.
Through this setting, can close the ultraviolet ray when the human body is nearer from the button, open the ultraviolet ray when the human body is slightly far away from the button, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing safety, not injuring the passenger, disinfect effectively.
Referring to fig. 2-5, in some embodiments, the bracket 103 has a first portion fixedly coupled to the elevator base plate and a second portion coupled to the first portion, the end of the first portion coupled to the elevator base plate being substantially perpendicular to the elevator base plate.
In some embodiments, the second portion is perpendicular to the first portion, the second portion and the first portion form a T-shape or an L-shape, and the deep ultraviolet LED is disposed on one side or both sides of the first portion and/or on a surface of the second portion facing the elevator substrate.
In some embodiments, the first portion and the second portion together form an arc and curve toward the elevator base plate, and the deep ultraviolet LED is disposed on an inner surface of the arc.
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment in which the second part and the first part form an L-shape. Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which the second part and the first part form a Y-shape. Fig. 5 shows an embodiment in which the second part and the first part form an umbrella shape.
The first part mainly plays a role in fixing the whole bracket and the deep ultraviolet LED on the elevator base plate, and the whole bracket and the elevator base plate can be connected with each other in a threaded mode, a clamping mode, an adhesive mode or a welding mode through conventional fixing connection modes. The first part may also be provided with deep ultraviolet LEDs on its sides.
The second part can also be provided with a deep ultraviolet LED on the surface facing the elevator base plate, and meanwhile, the second part can also play a role of shielding and can shield ultraviolet rays emitted to passengers in the elevator.
The first part and the second part can be an integral part and manufactured in an integrated molding mode; or the two parts can be connected together by adopting a conventional fixed connection mode such as threaded connection, clamping connection, gluing or welding.
In some embodiments, the elevator base plate and the surface of the button are provided with an anti-reflection coating 105, the anti-reflection coating 105 is made of titanium dioxide, hafnium dioxide or other transition metal oxide, and has a thickness of 10-1000 micrometers, and the anti-reflection coating is distributed on the surface of the elevator button and the area of the elevator base plate around the elevator button and is applied to a preset area through a radio frequency magnetron sputtering process.
The anti-reflection coating 105 can absorb ultraviolet rays irradiated thereon, effectively prevent the ultraviolet rays from reaching the human body through reflection, cause harm to the human body, and further improve the safety of the device.

when the first part and the second part form an arc together and bend towards the direction of the elevator base plate, the deep ultraviolet LED is arranged on the inner surface of the arc;
the elevator base plate and the button surface are provided with an anti-reflection coating;
the anti-reflection coating is distributed on the elevator button surface and in the area of the elevator base plate around the elevator button.
