背景技术
化学方法除草是农业上控制杂草的主要手段之一。近年来,由于一些除草剂品种大面积单独使用,已经导致很多杂草产生抗药性。同时,杂草发生时的草相复杂,禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草、莎草多类杂草混生,单一品种除草剂使用不能解决农田杂草,均会表现出某一方面的缺陷和局限性。不同种类除草剂混配,具有除草谱广、提升实际效果、延缓杂草抗药性、省时省工优点。
氰氟草酯,是芳氧苯氧丙酸类除草剂中对水稻具有高度安全性的品种。氰氟草酯也是内吸传导性除草剂,由植物体的叶片和叶鞘吸收,韧皮部传导,积累于植物体的分生组织区,抑制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶,使脂肪酸合成停止,细胞的生长分裂不能正常进行,膜系统等含脂结构破坏,最后导致植物死亡。在水稻体内,氰氟草酯可被迅速降解为对乙酰辅酶A羧化酶无活性的二酸态,因而氰氟草酯对水稻具有高度的安全性。由于氰氟草酯在水和土壤中降解迅速,对后茬作物安全。氰氟草酯适用于水稻各种栽培方式(如旱育秧、水育秧、直播、抛秧、插秧等),在推荐用量下水稻由苗期到拔节期使用都不会产生药害。氰氟草酯不仅对各种稗草高效,还可防治千金子、马唐、双穗雀稗、狗尾草、牛筋草、看麦娘等禾本科杂草。
噁嗪草酮属于有机杂环类,是内吸传导型水稻田除草剂,主要由杂草的根部和茎叶基部吸收。杂草接触药剂后茎叶部失绿、停止生长,直至枯死不同农药品种的混配,是防治农业抗性病虫草害的常见方法。
而通过农药配方筛选,筛选出合理的配方,可有效提高实际防治效果,减少用药量,降低成本,延缓病虫草害抗药性的产生,是农业综合治理的重要手段。现缺乏一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂,通过将氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮组合制成油悬浮液后提高其在联合作用下的除草表现。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,解决了上述背景中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草油悬浮剂生产工艺,如下步骤:
S1、将防冻剂、消泡剂、可分散油悬浮剂混合于砂磨釜中;
S2、在高度剪切搅拌下加入氰氟草酯与噁嗪草酮;
S3、砂磨至90%的粒径2~4μm,得氰氟草酯·噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂。
优选的,防冻剂为甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、聚乙二醇等中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述悬浮稳定剂可任选凸凹棒土、膨润土、白炭黑、硅酸镁铝、蒙脱土、羟乙基纤维素、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚等中的一种多种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为正辛醇或者硅酮。
优选的,所述可分散油悬浮剂为活性组分、表面活性剂、增稠剂、非水分散介质、稳定剂组成。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,如下步骤:
S1、将防冻剂、消泡剂、可分散油悬浮剂混合于砂磨釜中;
S2、在高度剪切搅拌下加入氰氟草酯与噁嗪草酮;
S3、砂磨至90%的粒径2~4μm,得氰氟草酯·噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂。
进一步的,防冻剂为甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、聚乙二醇等中的一种或多种。
进一步的,悬浮稳定剂可任选凸凹棒土、膨润土、白炭黑、硅酸镁铝、蒙脱土、羟乙基纤维素、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚等中的一种多种。
进一步的,消泡剂为正辛醇或者硅酮。
进一步的,可分散油悬浮剂为活性组分、表面活性剂、增稠剂、非水分散介质、稳定剂组成。
进一步的,表面活性剂为乳化剂和润湿分散剂组合物。
乳化剂为脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或者烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物;
润湿分散剂为羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸酯、萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、硫酸盐、琥珀磺酸盐中的一种或多种。
进一步的,增稠剂可以为黄原胶、白炭黑、硅藻土、有机膨润土、硅酸镁铝中的一种或多种。
进一步的,非水分散介质可以为植物油、矿物油、油酸甲酯、油酸丁酯、苯二甲酸酯中的一种或多种。
进一步的,稳定剂BH-2,6-二叔丁基-4-4甲基苯酚,丁基羟基茴香醚、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或多种。
综上可得,本发明的工作流程:防冻剂、消泡剂、可分散油悬浮剂混合于砂磨釜中;在高度剪切搅拌下加入氰氟草酯与噁嗪草酮;砂磨至90%的粒径2~4μm,得氰氟草酯·噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂,利用将噁嗪草酮和氰氟草酯特性,增加实际除草效果,扩大除草谱,具有省时省工,降低单一品种用量,延缓杂草抗药性,并可保持噁嗪草酮和氰氟草酯的稳定状态。

Claims (9)
1.一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于,如下步骤:
S1、将防冻剂、消泡剂、可分散油悬浮剂混合于砂磨釜中;
S2、在高度剪切搅拌下加入氰氟草酯与噁嗪草酮;
S3、砂磨至90%的粒径2~4μm,得氰氟草酯·噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于:防冻剂为甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、聚乙二醇等中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于:所述悬浮稳定剂可任选凸凹棒土、膨润土、白炭黑、硅酸镁铝、蒙脱土、羟乙基纤维素、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚等中的一种多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为正辛醇或者硅酮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于:所述可分散油悬浮剂为活性组分、表面活性剂、增稠剂、非水分散介质、稳定剂组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为乳化剂和润湿分散剂组合物。
所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或者烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物;
所述润湿分散剂为羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸酯、萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、硫酸盐、琥珀磺酸盐中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于:所述增稠剂可以为黄原胶、白炭黑、硅藻土、有机膨润土、硅酸镁铝中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于:所述非水分散介质可以为植物油、矿物油、油酸甲酯、油酸丁酯、苯二甲酸酯中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种氰氟草酯和噁嗪草酮油悬浮剂生产工艺,其特征在于:所述稳定剂BH-2,6-二叔丁基-4-4甲基苯酚,丁基羟基茴香醚、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或多种。
