Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the technical solution provided in this embodiment of the present application will be exemplarily described below by taking the first request as the second message type as an example, and the technical solution provided in this embodiment of the present application may include the following steps S201 to S207.
S201, the terminal equipment and the network all support VoNR, and the terminal equipment VoNR starts calling.
S202, the network activates VoNR voice PDU and the mapping relation between VoNR and VoLTE bearing.
When a network calls a terminal device through a first network, the network may configure a PDU session modification request in a New Radio (NR) over the air interface of the first network, where the PDU session modification request includes a VoNR voice bearer parameter and a parameter mapped to a VoLTE bearer by a VoNR bearer.
S203, the terminal equipment establishes a VoNR conversation.
Under the condition that the 5G voice bearing parameters are normal, the terminal equipment can establish a VoNR conversation with other terminal equipment through the network.
S204, the terminal equipment moves from the VoNR area to the non-VoNR area, and the network instructs the terminal equipment to carry out switching from VoNR to VoLTE.
Specifically, the network may instruct the terminal device to perform the VoNR to VoLTE handover through an air interface signaling.
S205, the terminal equipment carries out mapping from VoNR bearing to VoLTE bearing.
And the terminal equipment carries out mapping from the VoNR bearer to the VoLTE bearer according to the VoNR to VoLTE bearer parameter mapping information provided by the network.
S206, when the terminal device detects that the mapping of the VoLTE bearer is abnormal, the terminal device initiates a PDNrequest carrying a Handover type and a voice parameter, and informs the network to reestablish the VoLTE voice bearer.
It can be understood that, due to the problems of mapping parameter configuration error, network and terminal compatibility, etc., the terminal 5G bearer is mapped to the 4G bearer exception, and after the terminal device falls back to 4G, the 4G bearer exception is detected. The terminal equipment actively initiates a PDN request carrying a Handover type and session parameters and informs a network to activate LTE voice bearer.
And S107, after PDN Reuqest is completed, the terminal equipment acquires the VoLTE bearing parameters again, and voice is switched to VoLTE.
After the network redistributes the 4G bearer, the conversation can be switched to VoLTE normally.
The embodiment of the application provides a call bearer establishing method, in the case that a terminal device is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process, if a call bearer of the second network is abnormal, the terminal device may send a first request to a network side device to request the network side device to reallocate the call bearer of the second network, and receive call bearer information sent by the network side device, so that the terminal device may reestablish a call connection according to the call bearer information to perform a call in the second network. In the scheme, the terminal equipment can send the first request to the network side equipment when the terminal equipment is switched from the first network to the second network to execute the call process and the call of the second network is abnormal, so that the network side equipment is requested to redistribute the bearer resources, the probability that the terminal equipment acquires the bearer resources is improved, the success rate of switching VoNR to VoLTE call is improved, and the call quality of the terminal equipment is improved.
It should be noted that, in the call bearer establishing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be a call bearer establishing apparatus, or a terminal device, or may also be a functional module or an entity in the terminal device. In the embodiment of the present application, a call bearer setup apparatus is taken as an example to execute a call bearer setup method, and the call bearer setup apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of a possible structure of a call bearer setup apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the call bearer establishing apparatus 70 may include: a transmitting module 71 and a receiving module.
The sending module 71 is configured to send a first request to the network side device when the terminal device is switched from the first network to the second network to execute a call process, and the first request is used to request the network side device to reallocate a call bearer of the second network, if the call bearer of the second network is abnormal. The receiving module 72 is configured to receive call bearer information sent by the network side device, and establish a call bearer based on the call bearer information to execute a call process, where the call bearer information is used to indicate a call bearer reallocated by the network side device for the terminal device.
In a possible implementation manner, the sending module 71 is specifically configured to send a first request of a first message type to a network side device; or, sending a first request of a second message type to the network side device.
In a possible implementation manner, the first request includes a call parameter of the terminal device in the second network, and the call bearer information is information generated by the network side device according to the call parameter; wherein the call parameters include at least one of: voice configuration information, resource allocation information, port information.
In a possible implementation manner, the sending module 71 is further configured to send a second request to the network-side device under the condition that the terminal device performs the call process through the second network, before sending the first request to the network-side device under the condition that the terminal device performs the call process through the first network if the call bearer of the second network is abnormal, where the second request is used to request the network-side device to perform the call process through the second network; the receiving module 72 is further configured to receive call bearer mapping information sent by the network side device, where the call bearer mapping information is used to indicate a target call bearer mapped by a call bearer of a first network, and the target call bearer is a call bearer of a second network.
The embodiment of the application provides a call bearer establishing device, and the call bearer establishing device can send a first request to a network side device when a terminal device is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process and the call bearer of the second network is abnormal, so that the network side device is requested to reallocate bearer resources, the probability that the call bearer establishing device acquires the bearer resources is improved, the success rate of switching from VoNR to VoLTE call is improved, and the call quality of the call bearer establishing device is improved.
Fig. 7 shows a schematic diagram of a possible structure of a call bearer setup apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the call bearer establishing apparatus 80 may include: a receiving module 81 and a transmitting module.
The receiving module 81 is configured to receive a first request sent by a terminal device, where the first request is a request sent by the terminal device when the terminal device is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process and a call bearer of the second network is abnormal, and the first request is used to request a network-side device to reallocate the call bearer of the second network. A sending module 82, configured to send, according to the first request, call bearer information to the terminal device, where the call bearer information is used to indicate a call bearer reallocated by the network side device for the terminal device, and the call bearer information is used for the terminal device to establish a call bearer to execute a call process.
In a possible implementation manner, the receiving module 81 is specifically configured to receive a first request of a first message type sent by a terminal device; or receiving a first request of a second message type sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the first request is a request of the second message type.
In a possible implementation manner, the receiving module 81 is further configured to receive a second request sent by the terminal device before receiving the first request sent by the terminal device, where the second request is a request sent by the terminal device when the terminal device executes a call process through the first network, and the second request is used to request the network-side device to execute the call process through the second network. The sending module 82 is further configured to send call bearer mapping information to the terminal device, where the call bearer mapping information is used to indicate a target call bearer mapped by a call bearer of the first network, and the target call bearer is a call bearer of the second network.
The embodiment of the application provides a call bearer establishing device, and the call bearer establishing device can send a first request to a network side device when a terminal device is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process and the call bearer of the second network is abnormal, so that the network side device is requested to reallocate bearer resources, the probability that the call bearer establishing device acquires the bearer resources is improved, the success rate of switching from VoNR to VoLTE call is improved, and the call quality of the call bearer establishing device is improved.
The call bearer establishing method and device in the embodiment of the present application may be a device, or may be a component, an integrated circuit, or a chip in a terminal device. The device can be mobile terminal equipment or non-mobile terminal equipment. The Mobile terminal Device may be, for example, a Mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal Device, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), an Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR) Device, a robot, a wearable Device, an ultra-Mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like, and may also be a server, a Network Attached Storage (Network Attached Storage, NAS), a personal computer (NAS), a Television (TV), a teller machine, a self-service machine, and the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in particular.
The call bearer establishing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application may be an apparatus having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an IOS operating system, or other possible operating systems, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The call bearer establishment method and apparatus provided in this embodiment of the application can implement each process implemented in the method embodiments of fig. 1 to fig. 5, and are not described here again to avoid repetition.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal device 90, which includes a processor 91 and a memory 92, where the memory 92 stores a program or an instruction that can be executed on the processor 91, and when the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 91, the steps of the embodiment of the call bearer establishing method are implemented, and the same technical effects can be achieved, and are not described again here to avoid repetition.
It should be noted that the terminal device in the embodiment of the present application includes the mobile terminal device and the non-mobile terminal device described above.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a terminal device for implementing the embodiment of the present application.
The terminal device 100 includes but is not limited to: a radio frequency unit 101, a network module 102, an audio output unit 103, an input unit 104, a sensor 105, a display unit 106, a user input unit 107, an interface unit 108, a memory 109, and a processor 110.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal device 100 may further include a power supply (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and the power supply may be logically connected to the processor 110 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption through the power management system. The terminal device structure shown in fig. 9 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal device, and the terminal device may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or arrange different components, and thus, the description is omitted here.
The radio frequency unit 101 is configured to send a first request to a network side device if a call bearer of a second network is abnormal when a terminal device is switched from a first network to the second network to execute a call process, where the first request is used to request the network side device to reallocate the call bearer of the second network. The radio frequency unit 101 is further configured to receive call bearer information sent by the network side device, and establish a call bearer based on the call bearer information to execute a call process, where the call bearer information is used to indicate a call bearer reallocated by the network side device for the terminal device.
The embodiment of the application provides a terminal device, and the terminal device can send a first request to a network side device when the terminal device is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process and the call of the second network is abnormal, so that the network side device is requested to reallocate bearer resources, the probability that the terminal device acquires the bearer resources is improved, the success rate of switching VoNR to VoLTE call is improved, and the call quality of the terminal device is improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 101 is specifically configured to send a first request of a first message type to a network side device; or, sending a first request of a second message type to the network side equipment.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the radio frequency unit 101 is specifically configured to, when the terminal device is switched from the first network to the second network to execute a call process, send a second request to the network-side device before sending the first request to the network-side device if a call bearer of the second network is abnormal and when the terminal device executes the call process through the first network, where the second request is used to request the network-side device to execute the call process through the second network; and receiving call bearer mapping information sent by the network side equipment, wherein the call bearer mapping information is used for indicating a target call bearer mapped by the call bearer of the first network, and the target call bearer is the call bearer of the second network.
The terminal device provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented by the method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and for avoiding repetition, the details are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the application also provides network side equipment. As shown in fig. 10, the network-side device 600 includes: an antenna 61, a radio frequency device 62, a baseband device 63, a processor 64, a memory 65, and a network interface 66. The antenna 61 is connected to a radio frequency device 62. In the uplink direction, the rf device 62 receives information via the antenna 61 and sends the received information to the baseband device 63 for processing. In the downlink direction, the baseband device 63 processes information to be transmitted and transmits the information to the radio frequency device 62, and the radio frequency device 62 processes the received information and transmits the processed information through the antenna 61.
The radio frequency device 62 is configured to receive a first request sent by a terminal device, where the first request is sent by the terminal device when the terminal device is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process and a call bearer of the second network is abnormal, and the first request is used to request a network-side device to reallocate the call bearer of the second network; and sending call bearing information to the terminal equipment according to the first request, wherein the call bearing information is used for indicating the call bearing redistributed to the terminal equipment by the network side equipment, and the call bearing information is used for establishing the call bearing by the terminal equipment so as to execute a call process.
The embodiment of the application provides a network side device, and the network side device sends a first request according to a terminal device, so that a bearer resource is redistributed for the terminal device, the probability that the terminal device acquires the bearer resource is improved, the success rate of switching from VoNR to VoLTE call is improved, and the call quality of the terminal device is improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency device 62 is further configured to receive a first request of a first message type sent by a terminal device; or receiving a first request of a second message type sent by the terminal equipment.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the radio frequency device 62 is specifically configured to receive a second request sent by the terminal device before receiving a first request sent by the terminal device, where the second request is a request sent by the terminal device when the terminal device executes a call process through a first network, and the second request is used to request a network-side device to execute the call process through a second network; and sending call bearer mapping information to the terminal device, wherein the call bearer mapping information is used for indicating a target call bearer mapped by the call bearer of the first network, and the target call bearer is the call bearer of the second network.
The beneficial effects of the various implementation manners in this embodiment may specifically refer to the beneficial effects of the corresponding implementation manners in the above method embodiments, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 104 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 1041 and a microphone 1042, and the Graphics Processing Unit 1041 processes image data of a still picture or a video obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 106 may include a display panel 1061, and the display panel 1061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 107 includes at least one of a touch panel 1071 and other input devices 1072. The touch panel 1071 is also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 1071 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 1072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in detail herein.
The memory 109 may be used to store software programs as well as various data. The memory 109 may mainly include a first storage area storing a program or an instruction and a second storage area storing data, wherein the first storage area may store an operating system, an application program or an instruction (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like. Further, memory 109 may comprise volatile memory or non-volatile memory, or memory 109 may comprise both volatile and non-volatile memory. The non-volatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. The volatile Memory may be a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (Static RAM, SRAM), a Dynamic Random Access Memory (Dynamic RAM, DRAM), a Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (Synchronous DRAM, SDRAM), a Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (Double Data Rate SDRAM, ddr SDRAM), an Enhanced Synchronous SDRAM (ESDRAM), a Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), and a Direct bus RAM (DRRAM). Memory 109 in the embodiments of the subject application includes, but is not limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements the processes of the foregoing method embodiments, and can achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
The processor is the processor in the terminal device described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a computer read only memory ROM, a random access memory RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, and the like.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to execute a program or an instruction to implement each process of the foregoing method embodiments, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the details are not repeated here.
It should be understood that the chips mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as system-on-chip, system-on-chip or system-on-chip, etc.
Embodiments of the present application provide a computer program product, where the program product is stored in a storage medium, and the program product is executed by at least one processor to implement the processes of the foregoing call bearer establishment method embodiments, and can achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not described here again.

Claims (13)
1. A call bearer establishment method is applied to terminal equipment and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
under the condition that the terminal equipment is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process, if the call bearer of the second network is abnormal, sending a first request to network side equipment, wherein the first request is used for requesting the network side equipment to redistribute the call bearer of the second network;
receiving call bearer information sent by a network side device, and establishing a call bearer based on the call bearer information to execute a call process, wherein the call bearer information is used for indicating the call bearer redistributed by the network side device for the terminal device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the first request to the network-side device comprises:
sending the first request of a first message type to the network side equipment;
or,
and sending the first request of a second message type to the network side equipment.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first request includes a call parameter of the terminal device in the second network, and the call bearer information is information generated by the network-side device according to the call parameter;
wherein the call parameters include at least one of: voice configuration information, resource allocation information, port information.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in a case where the terminal device is handed over from a first network to a second network to perform a call process, before sending a first request to a network-side device if a call bearer of the second network is abnormal, the method further includes:
under the condition that the terminal equipment executes a call process through the first network, sending a second request to the network side equipment, wherein the second request is used for requesting the network side equipment to execute the call process through the second network;
receiving call bearer mapping information sent by the network side device, where the call bearer mapping information is used to indicate a target call bearer mapped by a call bearer of the first network, and the target call bearer is a call bearer of the second network.
5. A call bearer establishment method is applied to network side equipment, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first request sent by terminal equipment, wherein the first request is a request sent by the terminal equipment under the condition that the terminal equipment is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process and the call bearer of the second network is abnormal, and the first request is used for requesting the network side equipment to redistribute the call bearer of the second network;
and sending call bearing information to the terminal equipment according to the first request, wherein the call bearing information is used for indicating the call bearing redistributed to the terminal equipment by the network side equipment, and the call bearing information is used for establishing the call bearing by the terminal equipment so as to execute a call process.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the receiving the first request sent by the terminal device comprises:
receiving the first request of a first message type sent by the terminal equipment;
or,
and receiving the first request of the second message type sent by the terminal equipment.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein before the receiving the first request sent by the terminal device, the method further comprises:
receiving a second request sent by the terminal device, where the second request is a request sent when the terminal device executes a call process through the first network, and the second request is used to request the network-side device to execute the call process through the second network;
and sending call bearer mapping information to the terminal equipment, wherein the call bearer mapping information is used for indicating a target call bearer mapped by the call bearer of the first network, and the target call bearer is the call bearer of the second network.
8. A call bearer setup apparatus, characterized in that the call bearer setup apparatus comprises: a transmitting module and a receiving module;
the sending module is configured to send a first request to a network side device if a call bearer of a second network is abnormal when the terminal device is switched from a first network to the second network to execute a call process, where the first request is used to request the network side device to reallocate the call bearer of the second network;
the receiving module is configured to receive call bearer information sent by a network side device, and establish a call bearer based on the call bearer information to execute a call process, where the call bearer information is used to indicate that the network side device is a call bearer reallocated for the terminal device.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the sending module is specifically configured to send the first request of a first message type to the network-side device; or, the first request of the second message type is sent to the network side device.
10. A call bearer setup apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a receiving module and a sending module;
the receiving module is configured to receive a first request sent by a terminal device, where the first request is sent by the terminal device when the terminal device is switched from a first network to a second network to execute a call process and a call bearer of the second network is abnormal, and the first request is used to request the network-side device to reallocate the call bearer of the second network;
the sending module is configured to send call bearer information to the terminal device according to the first request, where the call bearer information is used to indicate the network-side device to re-allocate a call bearer to the terminal device, and the call bearer information is used for the terminal device to establish a call bearer to execute a call process.
11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the receiving module is specifically configured to receive the first request of the first message type sent by the terminal device; or, receiving the first request of the second message type sent by the terminal device.
12. A terminal device comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program or instructions when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the call bearer establishment method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or the steps of the call bearer establishment method according to any one of claims 5 to 7.
13. A readable storage medium, on which a program or instructions are stored, which program or instructions, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the call bearer establishment method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or the steps of the call bearer establishment method according to any one of claims 5 to 7.
